    @SkyHelpTeam I phoned to review and change my Sky broadband and TV package today. Checked confirmation email and your customer adviser has cancelled services that I didn’t agree to. I only wanted Sky Cinema removed but he has also removed Box Sets and Sky + - why?!!

    The moment you realise that nobody outside the family circle has been in your house for months is when you’re happy to have a socially distanced visit from an @WeAreOpenreach engineer. Line is fine, it’s @SkyUK equipment that’s not. So hopefully the replacements on order fix it!

    @SkyHelpTeam New customer for broadband on the 11th of September and still no Internet in my home I have spoke to several people including a manager and still no further forward.24 plus phone calls made and two complaints and nothing been done to resolve this Absolutely shocking

    @hokayleigh306 @SkyHelpTeam I’d suggest waiting until the update date which the order recovery team that have taken over your case will give you as Openreach need time to resolve whatever issue is preventing your installation. I bet you don’t actually tell us what reason has been given you’ll just moan
