@SkyHelpTeam I phoned to review and change my Sky broadband and TV package today. Checked confirmation email and your customer adviser has cancelled services that I didn’t agree to. I only wanted Sky Cinema removed but he has also removed Box Sets and Sky + - why?!!

Hey @SkyUK really poor service only 2 devices can watch sky at same time yet you can have 6 registered. Other streaming companies allow far more. Think this needs addressing!!!!
