@SkyHelpTeam I phoned to review and change my Sky broadband and TV package today. Checked confirmation email and your customer adviser has cancelled services that I didn’t agree to. I only wanted Sky Cinema removed but he has also removed Box Sets and Sky + - why?!!

@SkyUK absolutely fuming! You book an engineer to come and install my new service but he’s not allowed in my house so why book it!!!! Now left with no tv service as I cancelled my old provider!!!!😡😡

14 years with @SkyUK and despite the genuine efforts of the Advisor their best price was pitiful. £1.193 Million they pay to show the English Premier League per season but ultimately it’s the customer who pays for it with higher subscription costs.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi there. I have an iPhone 11 with ~11 months remaining of the 36 month contract and therefore am eligible for a swap, which I would like to do. However… the phone now has a problem with dead spots on the screen - completely unresponsive to touch in places. (1/3)

@SkyHelpTeam No, the first engineer just replaced the box, and we list all our recordings, this didn't fix the issue. The next engineer changed a few settings and suggested that we try hard wiring instead of wifi, tried this, didn't work

@SkyHelpTeam - Trying to cancel Sky is like trying to leave the mafia. Sent written request on Sunday to cancel account, per website. Garbled voice message left on my mobile yesterday, no call back. I'm cancelling my DD 31 days from notice regardless. Shockingly bad service.

@gillyglister @SkyHelpTeam Basically happy for you to click and make your package more expensive but you can’t easily make it cheaper. ‘Call us and we will convince you to keep paying us more than you would like’. I had the same problem recently
