@SkyHelpTeam I phoned to review and change my Sky broadband and TV package today. Checked confirmation email and your customer adviser has cancelled services that I didn’t agree to. I only wanted Sky Cinema removed but he has also removed Box Sets and Sky + - why?!!

14 years with @SkyUK and despite the genuine efforts of the Advisor their best price was pitiful. £1.193 Million they pay to show the English Premier League per season but ultimately it’s the customer who pays for it with higher subscription costs.

@SkySports Nope… they’ll end up with massive annual spend at no consequence to the owners and finish thereabouts which will not be good enough… 10 years down the line they’ll be back in the basement of English soccer leagues…

1st world problems I know, but when you're paying for option of UHD and The Last of Us won't download from on-demand on @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam because you've switched to 3rd party broadband & the Sky engineer that came out tells you "it is what it is, just because", not good enough.

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah I know there will always be some kind of delay, but why was the older streaming service 50 seconds ahead of the new one? Seems like it's been made worse? Feels like something that needs to be improved on the newer app.
