@SkyUK absolutely fuming! You book an engineer to come and install my new service but he’s not allowed in my house so why book it!!!! Now left with no tv service as I cancelled my old provider!!!!😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam I phoned to review and change my Sky broadband and TV package today. Checked confirmation email and your customer adviser has cancelled services that I didn’t agree to. I only wanted Sky Cinema removed but he has also removed Box Sets and Sky + - why?!!

@SkyHelpTeam I have run that test more time than I can remember. It all way says everything is ok. EXCEPT for the first time it said.We have detected a problem 1. Renew your contract. 2. Will will send an engineer for £65. Except there was no problem till my contract ran out . #strangethat

@SkyHelpTeam can I ask why after an hour on the phone to you and an engineer booked for tomorrow to resolve broadband issues you failed to mention the engineer will not come into the house to resolve a problem that requires him too, seems like a waste of both of our time.
