Line is fine, it’s @SkyUK equipment that’s not. So hopefully the replacements on order fix it!

I called back and demanded to speak to someone in the UK (they have a call ctr in Scotland). The guy was v helpful and easy to understand. Got my bill down by over £45 a month. Moral of story, demand to speak to a brit!

They quote you high, you threat to leave they knock it down by at least 30%. No two people are on the same pricing mechanisms.
