The moment you realise that nobody outside the family circle has been in your house for months is when you’re happy to have a socially distanced visit from an @WeAreOpenreach engineer. Line is fine, it’s @SkyUK equipment that’s not. So hopefully the replacements on order fix it!

@SkyHelpTeam I phoned to review and change my Sky broadband and TV package today. Checked confirmation email and your customer adviser has cancelled services that I didn’t agree to. I only wanted Sky Cinema removed but he has also removed Box Sets and Sky + - why?!!

@SkyHelpTeam Unless you offer multiple main boxes - I don’t want a stupid mini box and share a planner with my 70year old mum that I pay for! Thought the whole point of Sky Go Extra was to get extra features — heck it’s works on Xbox why not Apple TV like it did in BETA ?

@petercardwell @TalkTV I have been with @SkyUK for at least 5 years now. Not once have I had a negative customer service experience and their staff, both on phone and in person are so happy to be employed by Sky. I can't think of another company I've not had issues with.
