    14 years with @SkyUK and despite the genuine efforts of the Advisor their best price was pitiful. £1.193 Million they pay to show the English Premier League per season but ultimately it’s the customer who pays for it with higher subscription costs.

    @SkyUK absolutely fuming! You book an engineer to come and install my new service but he’s not allowed in my house so why book it!!!! Now left with no tv service as I cancelled my old provider!!!!😡😡

    @SkySports Nope… they’ll end up with massive annual spend at no consequence to the owners and finish thereabouts which will not be good enough… 10 years down the line they’ll be back in the basement of English soccer leagues…

    @SkyHelpTeam My mobile has had no signal in my home the past 3 days! Having to hang out of a window to make a call & signal is still poor. Service status says there’s a mast down in my area, what are you doing to fix this? I’ve missed multiple important calls! Not good enough

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes did all of that and it did not work! It’s up and running nows but in general the amount I pay and the service I receive do not add up. I will be in touch with customer services this week

    @SkyHelpTeam Hope you realise that that means I would be without any internet for 10 days (31st May to 10th June) at least. Very very disappointed with Sky's speed of complaint resolution. My work is suffering because of this. @annacook
