@SkyUK absolutely fuming! You book an engineer to come and install my new service but he’s not allowed in my house so why book it!!!! Now left with no tv service as I cancelled my old provider!!!!😡😡

The moment you realise that nobody outside the family circle has been in your house for months is when you’re happy to have a socially distanced visit from an @WeAreOpenreach engineer. Line is fine, it’s @SkyUK equipment that’s not. So hopefully the replacements on order fix it!

@SkyHelpTeam My Sky mobile is completely dead. No network at all since 12.30pm yesterday. I’ve heard that O2 are doing work in the area but when I rang Sky earlier they said there were no problems in my area.
