The moment you realise that nobody outside the family circle has been in your house for months is when you’re happy to have a socially distanced visit from an @WeAreOpenreach engineer. Line is fine, it’s @SkyUK equipment that’s not. So hopefully the replacements on order fix it!

Ringing @SkyUK at 9:30am and the auto reply says “we are very busy, if we’re still busy at 8pm you will get cut off”. Seems that getting through at 9:34am will still cut you off! Awful as always
