    @SkyHelpTeam I'm trying to contact office to sort out billing issue. 1/Cant understand why you are not taking DD. 2/ Trying to sort out new DD, but keep getting stupid text which doesn't help then I get hung up on.

    @SkyUK I am trying to contact customer services to sort out an issue with my landline, today I am being hung up on by 03337593502. I cant make or recieve calls, I am a disabled & vulnerable customer, Not happy that I cant contact Sky direct to resolve the issue.

    Had enough of #SkyQ and #SkyBroadband Yet another night ruined while trying to watch TV, something seriously wrong with their WiFi. To their credit @SkyUK have sent out Engineers but to no avail. Been a loyal Sky Customer since 1988 without so much of a hiccup. Moving to @bt_uk

    @SkyHelpTeam Well my payment might be less as dependent on the standard of service so if I not getting the service I signed up to then I will not pay my monthly bill until its fully restored and the speed and numbers are correct my end. Think that's a fair deal

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I just signed up for a sky mobile sim and noticed in the emails it says 5G Network Add on, can you tell me does that mean I’ll be receiving a 5G sim? If so, my mobile is not compatible as it’s running on 4G. Can you help with this please?

    @UtdPlug @SkySports I mean isn’t the issue still that Frenkie doesn’t want to come, of course his agent would agree terms with United cause he also represents Ty, VDB, and Lindelof but if Frenkie doesn’t want to come an agent agreement means nothing

    @cjjc @SkyHelpTeam Yeah, I mean once is fair enough innit, but how hard is it to take info from a customer and relay to an engineer? I think I (foolishly, looking back) had about 6 failed visits before going to another provider who fitted our internet in minutes.
