Had enough of #SkyQ and #SkyBroadband Yet another night ruined while trying to watch TV, something seriously wrong with their WiFi. To their credit @SkyUK have sent out Engineers but to no avail. Been a loyal Sky Customer since 1988 without so much of a hiccup. Moving to @bt_uk

@simonshmimen @SkyHelpTeam Yes the two main ones are the internet going down and the fact you can't record anything. I'm not seeing the value in it apart from the fact it saves sky in labour costs and materials.

@SkyHelpTeam internet issues in OX17 2da it has been fine all day until just now and boom gone nothing. Tried resetting and following online help. Tells me I need an engineer as it is a problem my end. No it isn’t. Nothing has changed in my house.
