Had enough of #SkyQ and #SkyBroadband Yet another night ruined while trying to watch TV, something seriously wrong with their WiFi. To their credit @SkyUK have sent out Engineers but to no avail. Been a loyal Sky Customer since 1988 without so much of a hiccup. Moving to @bt_uk

The competition authorities really should take account of how difficult companies make it to change their service provider or engage with them, it’s a barrier to competition. Currently the wait for @SkyUK is 45 minutes

@SkyUK we're having an issue with our Sky VIP and claiming rewards for example cinema. When we click on the reward it says unable to generate URL.

@SkyHelpTeam I’m still having an outage at M28 3.., not had internet or landline for one week today, zero information from SKY, I contacted Openreach and they were far more helpful, all I get from sky is try this link ….., .

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks Pete it was a Sky issue as colleagues that live in the same area with Sky also lost Internet. Fingers crossed it doesn't go down again 🤞

Two examples of customer service. Call @SkyUK explain recently single & need to reduce bills. Amazing service & sort new deal. Same call to @bt_uk @BTGroup usual poor service. Can’t help. Nothing can do. If want to leave will have to pay fees! Which one is focused on customer!??!

@SkyHelpTeam It says there is no know problem in the area but it can’t connect to the hub (which isn’t surprising as that’s the issue I have and the reason I’m checking over my O2 data). FYI Two green lights on hub. Internet light intermittently off or flashing orange.
