@SkyHelpTeam I'm trying to contact office to sort out billing issue. 1/Cant understand why you are not taking DD. 2/ Trying to sort out new DD, but keep getting stupid text which doesn't help then I get hung up on.

@SkyUK I am trying to contact customer services to sort out an issue with my landline, today I am being hung up on by 03337593502. I cant make or recieve calls, I am a disabled & vulnerable customer, Not happy that I cant contact Sky direct to resolve the issue.

Had enough of #SkyQ and #SkyBroadband Yet another night ruined while trying to watch TV, something seriously wrong with their WiFi. To their credit @SkyUK have sent out Engineers but to no avail. Been a loyal Sky Customer since 1988 without so much of a hiccup. Moving to @bt_uk

@SkyHelpTeam For past 5 hours I have not had access to any apps via Sky Q incl BBC & Netflix, so cannot continue watching 2 series I'm half way through. What's the problem & when will it be fixed. I expect a rebate on this months fee as I cannot watch your services.

@SkyUK my service is so so poor since moving to sky stream.. I cannot watch a programme without it cutting out, now it’s just a blank screen… cancel my contract now
