@SkyHelpTeam I'm trying to contact office to sort out billing issue. 1/Cant understand why you are not taking DD. 2/ Trying to sort out new DD, but keep getting stupid text which doesn't help then I get hung up on.

Had enough of #SkyQ and #SkyBroadband Yet another night ruined while trying to watch TV, something seriously wrong with their WiFi. To their credit @SkyUK have sent out Engineers but to no avail. Been a loyal Sky Customer since 1988 without so much of a hiccup. Moving to @bt_uk

@SkyUK I am trying to contact customer services to sort out an issue with my landline, today I am being hung up on by 03337593502. I cant make or recieve calls, I am a disabled & vulnerable customer, Not happy that I cant contact Sky direct to resolve the issue.

@SkyUK your customer service is a joke! Thought I had my new bill sorted last week only to find out none of what I was told was true. Spent almost an hour on the phone yesterday to be told your systems has gone down and someone would call me back, obviously they didn’t!

@OGold80 @SkyHelpTeam Just cancel it and restart after march so you avoid the price hike. Chances are if you get this £28 over the next few weeks, you'll be subject to the price hike so it'll be around £31 post increase

@SkyHelpTeam No. It started off well as between 3.50am and 11am there were no issues but since then the hub hasn't lasted more than 20 minutes. 6 minutes being the shortest interval between reboots. An engineer is booked for the 27th but because instability we're breezing through mobile data

@AnfieldEdition @David_Ornstein @SkySports Get FSG out man. When we don't qualify is when we need investment the most. They've been saying next summer will be a huge investment for years and now they are saying it'll be cut down if we don't qualify.
