When you start an online conversation with @SkyHelpTeam almost 4 hours ago for a simple home move and still are no further forward and they have stopped replying great customer service I bet if I was a new customer they would be all over me

@SkyUK I am trying to contact customer services to sort out an issue with my landline, today I am being hung up on by 03337593502. I cant make or recieve calls, I am a disabled & vulnerable customer, Not happy that I cant contact Sky direct to resolve the issue.

@SkyHelpTeam any improvements to your terrible Sky Go App in the pipeline?? ALL streaming apps are miles ahead of sky go, yet your services are by far the most expensive. I can stream 4K on BT Sport, Netflix AND Amazon. Yet live football on Sky Go stutters and is barely HD.

@SkyHelpTeam Hello. It keeps reactivating for a while then randomly stopping again. All devices show a signal on them, just that they can’t connect to anything any more. Just came back on now as I can hear a YouTube video continuing in other room. Using 4g on my phone to access Twitter

@SkyHelpTeam Anyone else having problems with Sky re cancellation. Spent ages on ‘live messaging’ finally told to answer security question. When I did, chat box had disappeared. Back to square 1. Piss poor Sky - again

@SkySports The goal can’t stand as the ref blew the whistle! The ref shoulda let it play out for me if anything it was a penalty to Burnley keeper clatters into him and drops the ball ! That’s the whole idea of VAR but the ref makes his decision,,,Ref made poor decisions all game tbh !

@SkySportsPL @SkySports Terrible refereeing that. By blowing for a foul against Ben Mee before the ball hits the net he stops VAR from being able to look at the decision and award Burnley the goal that he had incorrectly disallowed. Even if he thought there was a foul he should have waited a moment.

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you - this has been a matter of extreme frustration - no one takes ownership of the problem and every time you ring SKY you speak to a different person and have to start all over again - no one phones back - the buck is always passed to someone else. Time to leave I think
