The lack of updates to customers advising what the issue is very poor!

To their credit @SkyUK have sent out Engineers but to no avail. Been a loyal Sky Customer since 1988 without so much of a hiccup. Moving to @bt_uk

I cant make or recieve calls, I am a disabled & vulnerable customer, Not happy that I cant contact Sky direct to resolve the issue.

Focussed on Nisbets dive to try make it look bad and focussed on the offside/foul disallowed goal whilst McFadden tried to claim it was perfectly good. @SkySports are absolute Rangers haters. Which is bizarre consider it makes so sense to pick a favourite team as a media company.
