    @SkyUK Slmost 2 hours online with Dky Customer did-Services. Still have not actually managed to cancel subscription. Sharp practice at its very worst.

    Had enough of #SkyQ and #SkyBroadband Yet another night ruined while trying to watch TV, something seriously wrong with their WiFi. To their credit @SkyUK have sent out Engineers but to no avail. Been a loyal Sky Customer since 1988 without so much of a hiccup. Moving to @bt_uk

    @SkyUK Broadband is down in #Aberdeen / #Aberdeenshire and possibly beyond, a number of collegues reporting the same thing.

    @2ndDusty @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I saw a post on Facebook saying it’s down in Inverness too. We’re in Stonehaven and ours is down too.

    @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp in #Banchory #Aberdeenshire we have been without #Internet since 10:30 ish 12th August, probably the bad weather caused the outage and I am sure teams are working to fix it. The lack of updates to customers advising what the issue is very poor!

    @SkyHelpTeam Anyone else having problems with Sky re cancellation. Spent ages on ‘live messaging’ finally told to answer security question. When I did, chat box had disappeared. Back to square 1. Piss poor Sky - again

    @SkyUK I am trying to contact customer services to sort out an issue with my landline, today I am being hung up on by 03337593502. I cant make or recieve calls, I am a disabled & vulnerable customer, Not happy that I cant contact Sky direct to resolve the issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm trying to contact office to sort out billing issue. 1/Cant understand why you are not taking DD. 2/ Trying to sort out new DD, but keep getting stupid text which doesn't help then I get hung up on.

    @SkySports It doesn't help the refs cause when the pundit ref on the other sports channel makes excuses for dreadful decisions instead of saying what an abysmal decision. No point in him being there if he can't give an unbiased view.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi AM. Ive done all that. I also spoke to someone on the phone who informed me that there was indeed an issue in my area of sporadic connectivity issues. Im hoping for some sort of update on this.
