I cant make or recieve calls, I am a disabled & vulnerable customer, Not happy that I cant contact Sky direct to resolve the issue.

The lack of updates to customers advising what the issue is very poor!

To their credit @SkyUK have sent out Engineers but to no avail. Been a loyal Sky Customer since 1988 without so much of a hiccup. Moving to @bt_uk
