@SkyUK - Sky Store has the most ridiculous customer service. Pointed out a flaw in their rules and all I got back was ‘I didn’t make the rules’ Wasted 45 mins on chat after answering security questions to be told sorry it has to be the account holder!!

@SkyHelpTeam i've tried changing the channels to all of them, still the same issue. I'm getting this issue on everything, WiFi and Ethernet. The connection just drops from 20-30mbps to 5mbps-2mbps when on the sky site it says 79mbps.

@marieclaire3487 I don't think there's anything scabby about it, they're unable to provide a service that you are currently paying for!, I'd be doing exactly the same thing...I also did so with skysports back when lockdown began and there's was very little sport on TV

@SkySports When a black or Asian person abuses a white person why is this never treated as a race/hate crime?? Hmm Walked through any black communities lately, the abuse is horrendous and London and Birmingham areas are some of the worst. If you can't disagree with FACT "don't bother"
