@SkyUK I am trying to contact customer services to sort out an issue with my landline, today I am being hung up on by 03337593502. I cant make or recieve calls, I am a disabled & vulnerable customer, Not happy that I cant contact Sky direct to resolve the issue.

I left @SkyUK back in August as their service was absolutely dreadful, today (4 months later!!) I get a mail demanding £20 outstanding from my very last bill (which were always paid DD), I go on to check the site, it goes up to £30 I now owe!! What ********!!??? Thieves!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp in #Banchory #Aberdeenshire we have been without #Internet since 10:30 ish 12th August, probably the bad weather caused the outage and I am sure teams are working to fix it. The lack of updates to customers advising what the issue is very poor!

@SkyHelpTeam any improvements to your terrible Sky Go App in the pipeline?? ALL streaming apps are miles ahead of sky go, yet your services are by far the most expensive. I can stream 4K on BT Sport, Netflix AND Amazon. Yet live football on Sky Go stutters and is barely HD.

@DrawtyDevil i know it sounds bad but for the 2nd Xmas in 2 years, i find myself wanting a new Manager just to break the negativity we find ourselves in. I pay for my tickets, my skysports fees, bt fees etc to be entertained and not to watch Matic and Mata play 3 yard passes left to right.

@BillyNelsonBox £20 is too much never mind £25. I’ve never had money & never will because I’m far too generous for my own good. I paid £1150 a year for my @SkySports & don’t see why I should pay more for fights that aren’t ‘superfights’ especially after Eddie said it was a ‘one off’ last time.
