@SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp in #Banchory #Aberdeenshire we have been without #Internet since 10:30 ish 12th August, probably the bad weather caused the outage and I am sure teams are working to fix it. The lack of updates to customers advising what the issue is very poor!

I left @SkyUK back in August as their service was absolutely dreadful, today (4 months later!!) I get a mail demanding £20 outstanding from my very last bill (which were always paid DD), I go on to check the site, it goes up to £30 I now owe!! What ********!!??? Thieves!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for your reply. The conversation was with the accessibility team who passed them onto someone else. The response from that person was very unhelpful. We are currently looking at moving them to another provider which is a shame after 30yrs of being a loyal customer
