I left @SkyUK back in August as their service was absolutely dreadful, today (4 months later!!) I get a mail demanding £20 outstanding from my very last bill (which were always paid DD), I go on to check the site, it goes up to £30 I now owe!! What ********!!??? Thieves!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam this issue has happened last few weeks and is now becoming annoying. I record the NFL on channel 5 every week and have missed the end of the game as it goes into overtime. Is there any way to extend recording time rather missing out

@oosaboos @SkyHelpTeam Don’t worry. It’s happening everywhere. Not just you. Sky have done something and they seem to think we have to do something to solve the problem lol. My YouTube has been loading for 15 mins. Still loading… it’s sky’s fault. Ever since they’ve had maintenance, it’s been down.

@SkyHelpTeam hi can you guys please lower your rates so we can back out of a deal with Virgin? Their whole set up is awful but they’re cheaper than you. All we want is sports, entertainment and WiFi 😭 give us some cheap deals
