@SkyHelpTeam Been through all the help section on the app, many times and it does not fix my problem, now will work for a few hours then cut off and go back to stand by I’m lucky if I get 4 hours of sky per day , really need help , as I’m paying for a service that I ain’t getting

When you start an online conversation with @SkyHelpTeam almost 4 hours ago for a simple home move and still are no further forward and they have stopped replying great customer service I bet if I was a new customer they would be all over me

@SkyHelpTeam moved to sky fibre, constantly dropping, slow connection and sky dare tell me the problem is at my end. The only thing that has changed in the last 7 years is moving provider to sky. I refuse to be tied into an 18 month contract for a service that does not work.

@SkyUK Slmost 2 hours online with Dky Customer did-Services. Still have not actually managed to cancel subscription. Sharp practice at its very worst.

@SkyHelpTeam hi could you please help , I my sky+ box keeps freezing and this happening since Friday , I have done multiple resets and so on , it’s taking me 3 hours to get it powered on and then it cuts off again within hours , I also get the message insert sky card even though

@SkyUK been trying to call at various times for a week now. Keep getting the voice message that calls are either taking 30 mins or 60 mins to answer. Can’t notify moving date online. Help!

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam Anyone else having problems with Sky re cancellation. Spent ages on ‘live messaging’ finally told to answer security question. When I did, chat box had disappeared. Back to square 1. Piss poor Sky - again

@SkyHelpTeam Hello. It keeps reactivating for a while then randomly stopping again. All devices show a signal on them, just that they can’t connect to anything any more. Just came back on now as I can hear a YouTube video continuing in other room. Using 4g on my phone to access Twitter

@SkyUK A few years ago, after reporting a lengthy service outage, I got a call from a cranky Sky broadband manager. He flat out accused me of lying about not being able to get online. If your service was free I'd still never touch it ever again.

@SkyUK Unfortunately Sky couldn’t get me anywhere near this £24 package. Reduced my package to the basic at £15 after 23 years as a so called “VIP” customer. Worse, my package was cancelled in 2 days of my call with @SkyUK but they still took December and January full previous payment?

@SkySportsNews @SkySports @EmmaRaducanu what’s going on - it’s always when you are losing that you get injured! Need some kind of physiological or medical rehab before you tackle Wimbledon! These are too constant now and you need help or focus on modelling

@SkyHelpTeam ordered a new hub 7dec told it was being delivered 9 dec booked day off work nothing turned up spoke to your call centre 4 times no one knows where delivery is not to confident in sky at the moment maybe need to cancel??
