@SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp in #Banchory #Aberdeenshire we have been without #Internet since 10:30 ish 12th August, probably the bad weather caused the outage and I am sure teams are working to fix it. The lack of updates to customers advising what the issue is very poor!

@SkyHelpTeam 1/2 during a 40 minute phone call to fix my WiFi that constantly breaks, after being told my connection was 25mb/s and I was getting 5mb/s and that was like a car manufacturer stating 50mpg and actually getting 5mpg on the, to be told
