@SkyUK - Sky Store has the most ridiculous customer service. Pointed out a flaw in their rules and all I got back was ‘I didn’t make the rules’ Wasted 45 mins on chat after answering security questions to be told sorry it has to be the account holder!!

@SkyHelpTeam this issue has happened last few weeks and is now becoming annoying. I record the NFL on channel 5 every week and have missed the end of the game as it goes into overtime. Is there any way to extend recording time rather missing out

@SkyHelpTeam hi my internet has been dreadful yesterday and today especially. There apparently isn’t a fault but I can’t even use my tv as the signal isn’t bad. I’ve ran the diagnostic check and everything. Can’t access security cameras/baby cameras or anything
