I left @SkyUK back in August as their service was absolutely dreadful, today (4 months later!!) I get a mail demanding £20 outstanding from my very last bill (which were always paid DD), I go on to check the site, it goes up to £30 I now owe!! What ********!!??? Thieves!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam this issue has happened last few weeks and is now becoming annoying. I record the NFL on channel 5 every week and have missed the end of the game as it goes into overtime. Is there any way to extend recording time rather missing out

@SkyHelpTeam Hi I have fibre and the voice light has gone amber on my hub, I don’t use internet calls and all else is working fine , help sais do a router reset and try that but do not want to do it and then have to connect all devices again for something we don’t use, can I just leave it
