Have tried all the help pages + links in texts. Just need to know if I can get a new router or can I just go and buy one? I understand limited staffing but no contact is ridiculous

The lack of updates to customers advising what the issue is very poor!

Literally just gave the context everyone can see - Romero deliberately slowed down to shield the ball which was a factor in the incident. Brobbey clearly then pushes him. It’s not a major assault. The collision that follows is unfortunate.
