@SkyUK - Sky Store has the most ridiculous customer service. Pointed out a flaw in their rules and all I got back was ‘I didn’t make the rules’ Wasted 45 mins on chat after answering security questions to be told sorry it has to be the account holder!!

@SkyUK My complaint was upheld after I was miss sold a deal. I have been waiting for someone to call but despite many calls nothing has happened. I have been a customer for 25 years but now thinking of changing.

@SkyHelpTeam On 3 seperate occasions since I switched to Sky mobile I have had no reception or roaming data on the phone for the best part of a day. Very intermittent or emergency calls only in an area with very good signal strength.
