    @SkyUK Slmost 2 hours online with Dky Customer did-Services. Still have not actually managed to cancel subscription. Sharp practice at its very worst.

    @SkyHelpTeam any improvements to your terrible Sky Go App in the pipeline?? ALL streaming apps are miles ahead of sky go, yet your services are by far the most expensive. I can stream 4K on BT Sport, Netflix AND Amazon. Yet live football on Sky Go stutters and is barely HD.

    The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

    Excellent service from @SkyUK today. When I explained I was out of work for 3 months they reduced my bill significantly so I could still enjoy my shows while I’m off.

    @SkyUK My complaint was upheld after I was miss sold a deal. I have been waiting for someone to call but despite many calls nothing has happened. I have been a customer for 25 years but now thinking of changing.
