@SkyHelpTeam any improvements to your terrible Sky Go App in the pipeline?? ALL streaming apps are miles ahead of sky go, yet your services are by far the most expensive. I can stream 4K on BT Sport, Netflix AND Amazon. Yet live football on Sky Go stutters and is barely HD.

@SkyHelpTeam Been through all the help section on the app, many times and it does not fix my problem, now will work for a few hours then cut off and go back to stand by I’m lucky if I get 4 hours of sky per day , really need help , as I’m paying for a service that I ain’t getting

Absolute shambles from @SkyUK phone support today. On the phone for an hour, handed over to 4 different people all positioning different prices for the same services. Upgrading our current account/box to UHD seems to be harder than it should be.

Excellent service from @SkyUK today. When I explained I was out of work for 3 months they reduced my bill significantly so I could still enjoy my shows while I’m off.

@SkyHelpTeam hi could you please help , I my sky+ box keeps freezing and this happening since Friday , I have done multiple resets and so on , it’s taking me 3 hours to get it powered on and then it cuts off again within hours , I also get the message insert sky card even though

@SkyHelpTeam Hello. It keeps reactivating for a while then randomly stopping again. All devices show a signal on them, just that they can’t connect to anything any more. Just came back on now as I can hear a YouTube video continuing in other room. Using 4g on my phone to access Twitter
