I left @SkyUK back in August as their service was absolutely dreadful, today (4 months later!!) I get a mail demanding £20 outstanding from my very last bill (which were always paid DD), I go on to check the site, it goes up to £30 I now owe!! What ********!!??? Thieves!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam @steveburn82 So Sky, ITV Hub can be viewed on other devices, I think the question was when is the issue with ITV hub going to be resolved, or update issued on SKY Glass. Customers would like to view on the very nice TV whichever was purchased and not on a small screen

Dear @SkyHelpTeam … why is it so hard to speak to someone? I’ve been on a ‘chat bot’ all afternoon. I refuse to call you as the last time it cost me £30! I want to terminate my broadband, I’m sure @Ofcom would not be happy with you making communication so difficult!
