The lack of updates to customers advising what the issue is very poor!

Pointed out a flaw in their rules and all I got back was ‘I didn’t make the rules’ Wasted 45 mins on chat after answering security questions to be told sorry it has to be the account holder!!

All devices show a signal on them, just that they can’t connect to anything any more. Just came back on now as I can hear a YouTube video continuing in other room. They left an elderly customer distressed and upset. Charging for a service you don’t provide is unacceptable.
