When you start an online conversation with @SkyHelpTeam almost 4 hours ago for a simple home move and still are no further forward and they have stopped replying great customer service I bet if I was a new customer they would be all over me

@SkyHelpTeam Anyone else having problems with Sky re cancellation. Spent ages on ‘live messaging’ finally told to answer security question. When I did, chat box had disappeared. Back to square 1. Piss poor Sky - again

@SkyHelpTeam Hello. It keeps reactivating for a while then randomly stopping again. All devices show a signal on them, just that they can’t connect to anything any more. Just came back on now as I can hear a YouTube video continuing in other room. Using 4g on my phone to access Twitter

Absolute shambles from @SkyUK phone support today. On the phone for an hour, handed over to 4 different people all positioning different prices for the same services. Upgrading our current account/box to UHD seems to be harder than it should be.

@SkyHelpTeam Been through all the help section on the app, many times and it does not fix my problem, now will work for a few hours then cut off and go back to stand by I’m lucky if I get 4 hours of sky per day , really need help , as I’m paying for a service that I ain’t getting

@SkyHelpTeam any improvements to your terrible Sky Go App in the pipeline?? ALL streaming apps are miles ahead of sky go, yet your services are by far the most expensive. I can stream 4K on BT Sport, Netflix AND Amazon. Yet live football on Sky Go stutters and is barely HD.

@SkyUK Had issues with Sky now since March. Complaint made. No direct contact number for complaints team. Phone returned on two occasions. Goodness knows how many hours wasted being passed round various departments on the 0345 number. Worst customer service you’ll get anywhere.

@SkyHelpTeam I called and somebody who actually had good customer service helped me out cancelling immediately. You should look into your live chat support as I've been unable to cancel from 30th May through this. I shouldn't have to call you to get an easy resolution.

@TennisChannel @SkySports Why are Sky so bad at tennis. Tennis Channel shows matches on-deman while SkyTennis requires you to watch live unless it is a feature match. Disgraceful for the 21st Century. I hate the fact you bought out Amazon Prime which had the perfect system!

I can't easily count the sweet chances he wasted in the just ended season but keeps greener pastures laboured by other hardworking players elsewhere. Lord, have mercy! No wonder he can't find a team.
