@SkyHelpTeam Been through all the help section on the app, many times and it does not fix my problem, now will work for a few hours then cut off and go back to stand by I’m lucky if I get 4 hours of sky per day , really need help , as I’m paying for a service that I ain’t getting

@SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp in #Banchory #Aberdeenshire we have been without #Internet since 10:30 ish 12th August, probably the bad weather caused the outage and I am sure teams are working to fix it. The lack of updates to customers advising what the issue is very poor!

@SkyHelpTeam any improvements to your terrible Sky Go App in the pipeline?? ALL streaming apps are miles ahead of sky go, yet your services are by far the most expensive. I can stream 4K on BT Sport, Netflix AND Amazon. Yet live football on Sky Go stutters and is barely HD.

@SkyHelpTeam Hello. It keeps reactivating for a while then randomly stopping again. All devices show a signal on them, just that they can’t connect to anything any more. Just came back on now as I can hear a YouTube video continuing in other room. Using 4g on my phone to access Twitter

Absolute shambles from @SkyUK phone support today. On the phone for an hour, handed over to 4 different people all positioning different prices for the same services. Upgrading our current account/box to UHD seems to be harder than it should be.

@SkyHelpTeam To many issues. I spoke to an advisor a couple of weeks ago who assured my the issue was being escalated, obviously nobody has bothered getting back to me, and the issues are persisting. This untimely outage is unpredictable but added to all my issues is the final straw.!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam I haven't spoken recently, as every time I call the waiting times are horrendous. Last time they weren't very helpful, eventually sent new sim at my insistence, but with today's issues where I can't even make a call, it's getting ridiculous.

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam still nothing. This is honestly shocking! I cannot continue with a service that doesn’t work or give you any help or support when you require it. I will be cancelling my direct debit with you as I cannot find anywhere to cancel the contract.
