The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

I left @SkyUK back in August as their service was absolutely dreadful, today (4 months later!!) I get a mail demanding £20 outstanding from my very last bill (which were always paid DD), I go on to check the site, it goes up to £30 I now owe!! What ********!!??? Thieves!!!!

Nevermind @netflix I'm canceling @skytv @SkyUK my subs has gone from £18 to £27 in the last couple of months. Barely a warning and no additional services. Gaw'd awful customer service, no easy means of canceling. Should have done it years ago.

Got fed up of being told I was a VIP customer, them passing me to a different team who miraculously cld offer a slightly better price. They are the gift that keeps on giving though as I had to chase them for the money they owe me yesterday
