@SkyUK - Sky Store has the most ridiculous customer service. Pointed out a flaw in their rules and all I got back was ‘I didn’t make the rules’ Wasted 45 mins on chat after answering security questions to be told sorry it has to be the account holder!!

@SkyUK My complaint was upheld after I was miss sold a deal. I have been waiting for someone to call but despite many calls nothing has happened. I have been a customer for 25 years but now thinking of changing.

@BIGT0806 @SkyUK @BT 1 of 2. Check your paperwork. Did you get a letter off them saying it was going up? Does it give you a right to cancel FoC? If it does, then use it if you want/need to. I had a letter from Virgin Media 3 weeks ago saying my £80 package was going up £21 a month.....

@grimdawgg @SkyHelpTeam There’s a really strange fix for it! Basically have to download/sign into the app using your mobile hotspot - then once you’re signed in, switch back to your Wifi.
