Tried restarting router/restarting devices. If I tell devices to forget the network and try to reconnect it says the password is wrong when it isn’t.

ALL streaming apps are miles ahead of sky go, yet your services are by far the most expensive. I can stream 4K on BT Sport, Netflix AND Amazon. Yet live football on Sky Go stutters and is barely HD.

The only thing that has changed in the last 7 years is moving provider to sky. I refuse to be tied into an 18 month contract for a service that does not work.

I get a mail demanding £20 outstanding from my very last bill (which were always paid DD), I go on to check the site, it goes up to £30 I now owe!! What ********!!??? Thieves!!!!

Phoned customer service Delhi to report told it was because of heavy rain and too much cloud. Still waiting for engineer visit. Run far and fast to another provider

Only difference was I had sky Q the new one was sky stream. Tried to haggle but their best price was nowhere near the new customer price. Needless to say I start virgin next week
