I left @SkyUK back in August as their service was absolutely dreadful, today (4 months later!!) I get a mail demanding £20 outstanding from my very last bill (which were always paid DD), I go on to check the site, it goes up to £30 I now owe!! What ********!!??? Thieves!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam - as a loyal customer i am dismayed to see I am tied into a 2 year broadband contract - I moved to fibre when it first came to my area, sky were the first to offer it beyond BT. I pay £35 a month for 100mb. Now I see I could get x5 the speed for less £ with Vodafone
