    I left @SkyUK back in August as their service was absolutely dreadful, today (4 months later!!) I get a mail demanding £20 outstanding from my very last bill (which were always paid DD), I go on to check the site, it goes up to £30 I now owe!! What ********!!??? Thieves!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I need someone to help me with my router. No one picking up call even if vulnerable. Have tried all the help pages + links in texts. Just need to know if I can get a new router or can I just go and buy one? I understand limited staffing but no contact is ridiculous

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve had to restart my router 4 times in 3 days to get reconnected to the internet. Have you a problem in Aberdeenshire cause this is getting very annoying. Thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp in #Banchory #Aberdeenshire we have been without #Internet since 10:30 ish 12th August, probably the bad weather caused the outage and I am sure teams are working to fix it. The lack of updates to customers advising what the issue is very poor!

    The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve just spent over an hour going through all the steps and waiting to speak to your team on the phone to confirm both my SkyQ boxes are failing. My back up was to use Sky Go, and that is also not working. A bit more pro activity on behalf of Sky might be an idea here.

    @SkyHelpTeam my WiFi is dropping in and out (mostly out) have tested the connection and it seems fine, so not sure what the problem is?
