@SkyHelpTeam Thanks very much- the tracking is useful, although it says that it could be 2-5 working days to fix the fault whereas the initial request that I put in said it would be 2 days. Really hope it can be solved quickly. Thank you for responding.

@SkyHelpTeam no internet in wrexham. Not just me many sky broadband users in wrexham. Was intermittent before 10 with drop outs. No connection now. Can you please fix or provide update when normal service is due back.
