    @SkyHelpTeam this issue has happened last few weeks and is now becoming annoying. I record the NFL on channel 5 every week and have missed the end of the game as it goes into overtime. Is there any way to extend recording time rather missing out

    @SkyHelpTeam Impossible to get through to anyone! I’ve had no internet or phone line for at least 16 hours! Can anyone shed any light on this please?? Absolutely ridiculous! I’ve had sooo many issues with this over the years. Simply not good enough.

    @stockoooo @SkyHelpTeam If your speeds are below MALS then you can leave the contract without ETCs but in reality you are going to have this problem with any provider you go to. Changing the cable is down to to Openreach not Sky and OR are not going to change an old copper line when FTTP is being...
