I left @SkyUK back in August as their service was absolutely dreadful, today (4 months later!!) I get a mail demanding £20 outstanding from my very last bill (which were always paid DD), I go on to check the site, it goes up to £30 I now owe!! What ********!!??? Thieves!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Yea ive tried it but it says my broadband connection is now fixed despite me not actually doing anything because its all set up how it should be. Its an intermittent problem not permanent so the automated systems dont recognise the issue
