    I left @SkyUK back in August as their service was absolutely dreadful, today (4 months later!!) I get a mail demanding £20 outstanding from my very last bill (which were always paid DD), I go on to check the site, it goes up to £30 I now owe!! What ********!!??? Thieves!!!!

    The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

    @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp in #Banchory #Aberdeenshire we have been without #Internet since 10:30 ish 12th August, probably the bad weather caused the outage and I am sure teams are working to fix it. The lack of updates to customers advising what the issue is very poor!

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam Please can someone help I’m a sky customer who has been without broadband for over 9 weeks. Sky team tell me it’s an openreach system fault with no confirmed resolution. Have to work from home which I can not do with no internet access #badservice

    Utterly atrocious service with @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam landline & broadband not working, vulnerable customer, online service not working, minimum 45 minute telephone wait and help team refers u back to both of these, all this to try & log your service that is not working.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, we switched to Sky in December. Openreach engineer did not turn up on December 15th and despite several phonecalls to Sky, we still don't have a date for our internet activation, more than a month on. Please can you help?
