    @SkyUK - Sky Store has the most ridiculous customer service. Pointed out a flaw in their rules and all I got back was ‘I didn’t make the rules’ Wasted 45 mins on chat after answering security questions to be told sorry it has to be the account holder!!

    @SkyHelpTeam this issue has happened last few weeks and is now becoming annoying. I record the NFL on channel 5 every week and have missed the end of the game as it goes into overtime. Is there any way to extend recording time rather missing out

    @SkyHelpTeam Really feel you should be informing your paying customers what is going on. If we have a loss of service we deserve to be informed. And I hope we will be compensated. 5 of us are at home - we shouldn’t be using our mobile data. We should all be connected to the WiFi we pay for.
