@SkyHelpTeam @kieranc2k The sign in rather complicated I have given up twice. Probably Apple is the problem its not just a simple case of your email and password if you have an existing subscription.

Wow. @SkyHelpTeam phone service is ridiculous. Placed an order last week subject to confirmation, someone was supposed to phone me back but didn't - I keep trying to place the order but nobody seems to know what it was, and I'm not going through the whole process from scratch.

Moving to new premises due to economic downturn. Virgin can't provide service to new premises. Unlike @BTBusiness & @SkyUK, @vmbusiness will charge a cancellation fee higher than the cost of paying for the service until the contract ends even though we won't be there! Wickedness!

Dear @SkyUK we have had a full package with you for 10 years or more. Sports, movies, phone and Internet but after call today to customer services we have decided to leave and will not be back. Such poor service.
