@SkyHelpTeam Hi there. My WiFi is working fine but none of my iOS devices will connect to the router. Same goes for my Apple TV. Tried restarting router/restarting devices. If I tell devices to forget the network and try to reconnect it says the password is wrong when it isn’t.

@SkyHelpTeam moved to sky fibre, constantly dropping, slow connection and sky dare tell me the problem is at my end. The only thing that has changed in the last 7 years is moving provider to sky. I refuse to be tied into an 18 month contract for a service that does not work.

@will_av1874 @SkyUK Agreed. Absolutely arse and it seems we are the gullible fools being used to trial it. We have our broadband, phone line and tv with Sky, but since we took on a Glass tv we’ve had nothing but problems with it all. It’s not the getting used to a new system/remote, that’s fine.
