Therefore we should be able to cancel without penalty. Because it would appear that a misrepresentation was made.

Had LH won this way it would be the same problem. It's not about LH vs MV, it's about how the FIA handled it

AME (@AMEB62) reported@SkyHelpTeam Being asked to log & book a visit. We did that on Friday and we’re told Open Reach had sorted the issue. Had problems over the weekend and yesterday. Works for a while, then internet access drops/ disappears. Reason I’m tweeting is that others saying same as me since last week.
