@SkyHelpTeam I need someone to help me with my router. No one picking up call even if vulnerable. Have tried all the help pages + links in texts. Just need to know if I can get a new router or can I just go and buy one? I understand limited staffing but no contact is ridiculous

I left @SkyUK back in August as their service was absolutely dreadful, today (4 months later!!) I get a mail demanding £20 outstanding from my very last bill (which were always paid DD), I go on to check the site, it goes up to £30 I now owe!! What ********!!??? Thieves!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp in #Banchory #Aberdeenshire we have been without #Internet since 10:30 ish 12th August, probably the bad weather caused the outage and I am sure teams are working to fix it. The lack of updates to customers advising what the issue is very poor!

@SkyUK So you have to buy tv only 2 year warranty what happens when there’s a problem with tv? No multi room and a small tv if I bought my one over £90 far more expensive and don’t trust it what happens when Wi-Fi is down and apps are annoying as is their voice facility hardly ever work
