The lack of updates to customers advising what the issue is very poor!

Pointed out a flaw in their rules and all I got back was ‘I didn’t make the rules’ Wasted 45 mins on chat after answering security questions to be told sorry it has to be the account holder!!

I get a mail demanding £20 outstanding from my very last bill (which were always paid DD), I go on to check the site, it goes up to £30 I now owe!! What ********!!??? Thieves!!!!

The only thing that has changed in the last 7 years is moving provider to sky. I refuse to be tied into an 18 month contract for a service that does not work.

Also make official complaint so it's escalated to a manager and they should offer cash or credit as a sorry.

Someone crying on the call would immediately make them vulnerable and would prevent upselling/coercion of any kind. Fix this @SkyUK
