    Absolute shambles from @SkyUK phone support today. On the phone for an hour, handed over to 4 different people all positioning different prices for the same services. Upgrading our current account/box to UHD seems to be harder than it should be.

    Excellent service from @SkyUK today. When I explained I was out of work for 3 months they reduced my bill significantly so I could still enjoy my shows while I’m off.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello. It keeps reactivating for a while then randomly stopping again. All devices show a signal on them, just that they can’t connect to anything any more. Just came back on now as I can hear a YouTube video continuing in other room. Using 4g on my phone to access Twitter

    @SkyHelpTeam hi could you please help , I my sky+ box keeps freezing and this happening since Friday , I have done multiple resets and so on , it’s taking me 3 hours to get it powered on and then it cuts off again within hours , I also get the message insert sky card even though

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi there. My WiFi is working fine but none of my iOS devices will connect to the router. Same goes for my Apple TV. Tried restarting router/restarting devices. If I tell devices to forget the network and try to reconnect it says the password is wrong when it isn’t.

    @SkyHelpTeam any improvements to your terrible Sky Go App in the pipeline?? ALL streaming apps are miles ahead of sky go, yet your services are by far the most expensive. I can stream 4K on BT Sport, Netflix AND Amazon. Yet live football on Sky Go stutters and is barely HD.

    @SkyHelpTeam Been through all the help section on the app, many times and it does not fix my problem, now will work for a few hours then cut off and go back to stand by I’m lucky if I get 4 hours of sky per day , really need help , as I’m paying for a service that I ain’t getting

    @SkyHelpTeam Cut out again after ten minutes. Says that there is no broadband connection detected. Trying resetting router once again in case that works

    @skytv But how @skytv can I watch anything when your service is down. I mean, @SkyHelpTeam can't actually provide any help even when they bother to reply and your own tool says no issues in my area but I sure as hell can't use it so is my router lying?

    @SkyHelpTeam Have tried 4 different devices, cleared DNS resolver caches attempted to use 3rd party DNS, have run the test at URL above several times, it now acknowledges there is an error but only after running the test, service status still shows no known issues. None of this will help 1/2

    @SkyHelpTeam It will do this roughly every 20 minutes, just feels like the mini boxes are simply not fitted with sufficient signal strengths for the purpose they’re there for

    @SkyHelpTeam Also not impressed that we are paying £50 for this service when none of your packages are that much. We're being charged for phone package when we don't have a phone etc. We really want to move to a cheaper company who can actually help us lower costs and increase
