@SkyUK - Sky Store has the most ridiculous customer service. Pointed out a flaw in their rules and all I got back was ‘I didn’t make the rules’ Wasted 45 mins on chat after answering security questions to be told sorry it has to be the account holder!!

@SkyHelpTeam this issue has happened last few weeks and is now becoming annoying. I record the NFL on channel 5 every week and have missed the end of the game as it goes into overtime. Is there any way to extend recording time rather missing out

@SkyUK My complaint was upheld after I was miss sold a deal. I have been waiting for someone to call but despite many calls nothing has happened. I have been a customer for 25 years but now thinking of changing.

@ade1983 @jimmy_thompson5 @SkySports The pickford one was in play, at the time a whistle hadn’t been blown when the challenge happened, they reviewed for offside to decide whether it should have been a penalty or not, it was offside, but it should have still been a red for an awful challenge

@SkySports Souness absolutely spot on. Terrible challenge and even worse decision not to give the penalty and reward Fulham keeper with a free kick. Sheffield Utd didn't deserve a point but should have been given the opportunity here
