    @SkyHelpTeam I need someone to help me with my router. No one picking up call even if vulnerable. Have tried all the help pages + links in texts. Just need to know if I can get a new router or can I just go and buy one? I understand limited staffing but no contact is ridiculous

    @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp in #Banchory #Aberdeenshire we have been without #Internet since 10:30 ish 12th August, probably the bad weather caused the outage and I am sure teams are working to fix it. The lack of updates to customers advising what the issue is very poor!

    Absolute shambles from @SkyUK phone support today. On the phone for an hour, handed over to 4 different people all positioning different prices for the same services. Upgrading our current account/box to UHD seems to be harder than it should be.

    The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, all signal goes, and the only light that remains on is the power light. The system then reboots, 3 lights come on, middle changes from amber to green then we have to go about trying to get connected to whatever it is we were doing

    @SkyHelpTeam my WiFi has recently started dropping with anything up to 4 in an hour. Obviously this is not only affecting steaming, but work also.... It can be fine for days but like all of us has a really bad day! What can be done?

    @SkyHelpTeam just to add, I've had nothing but problems with my broadband meaning we never get to use the TV because the TV doesn't work without the broadband. I'm sick of speaking to people who are robotic. I'd like a manager in charge or ill take this to the ombudsman!

    @SkyHelpTeam so it’s over a week ago since I contacted Sky regarding my broadband being activated. Told it was an Openreach problem (4rd missed appointment) and heard nothing since although I did have an automatic missed appointment payment. Still nothing from Sky or Openreach

    @SkyHelpTeam To be honest Carol, I am close to just giving up which I can only assume is what Sky wants its customers to do in terms of support, I've been a best practice consultant for over 20 years and never experienced anything as poor or frustrating as this for such a simple issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam Jason, there is no number at the bottom of the web page you shared, there is a number at the top but this is the automated service that doesn't work. Frankly, I'm staggered at the poor level of service I am receiving from Sky.
