The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Seriously!? Again!? How many times has your broadband service gone down over the past few weeks. People rely on this service a lot, esp those like myself who are still working from home. Just not good enough. Get it sorted #skybroadband #skybroadbanddown

@SkyHelpTeam Hi there. My WiFi is working fine but none of my iOS devices will connect to the router. Same goes for my Apple TV. Tried restarting router/restarting devices. If I tell devices to forget the network and try to reconnect it says the password is wrong when it isn’t.

Absolute shambles from @SkyUK phone support today. On the phone for an hour, handed over to 4 different people all positioning different prices for the same services. Upgrading our current account/box to UHD seems to be harder than it should be.

@coys100 I don't watch pre or post match on @SkySports as its all a load of crap but to have it during the game was atrocious. The Villa ********** of the first half and the fragility of the @SpursOfficial defence led them to have 0 shots for the first time in the league for years. Awful.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam, all of a sudden, my fibre optic broadband is extremely poor - I assume it’s because I’ve got an old router (5 years old). How can I resolve this without having to spend hours waiting to speak with one of your call centres?
