    @SkyHelpTeam Hi there. My WiFi is working fine but none of my iOS devices will connect to the router. Same goes for my Apple TV. Tried restarting router/restarting devices. If I tell devices to forget the network and try to reconnect it says the password is wrong when it isn’t.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve had to restart my router 4 times in 3 days to get reconnected to the internet. Have you a problem in Aberdeenshire cause this is getting very annoying. Thanks.

    Absolute shambles from @SkyUK phone support today. On the phone for an hour, handed over to 4 different people all positioning different prices for the same services. Upgrading our current account/box to UHD seems to be harder than it should be.

    The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, any idea what's going on in the Portsmouth area? Intent went down last night, off for a bit, then back on. Then went down late last night, still not up and running this morning. Yes have troubleshooted, etc.

    @CripsterUK @SkyHelpTeam There's clearly something going on that they're not being up front about...this is my second outage in as many weeks. Had no service since 11am yesterday. Been told it could take two working days to fix.
