Tried restarting router/restarting devices. If I tell devices to forget the network and try to reconnect it says the password is wrong when it isn’t.

Over 2 weeks later the promised repair pack has still not arrived and nothing has been done. Unacceptable level of service. Can someone take ownership and resolve this
