I left @SkyUK back in August as their service was absolutely dreadful, today (4 months later!!) I get a mail demanding £20 outstanding from my very last bill (which were always paid DD), I go on to check the site, it goes up to £30 I now owe!! What ********!!??? Thieves!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam I need someone to help me with my router. No one picking up call even if vulnerable. Have tried all the help pages + links in texts. Just need to know if I can get a new router or can I just go and buy one? I understand limited staffing but no contact is ridiculous

@SkyHelpTeam I have a wired extension from the router to a Sky extender in a garden room. This is working better than the WiFi in the house. Sky Q cannot connect anything. This suggests the router is not broadcasting WiFi properly - a problem we had before which required a new router.
