The lack of updates to customers advising what the issue is very poor!

Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

They can’t allow me to speak to anyone else from SKY to make a complaint. They won’t book me an appointment for tomorrow. I can’t afford to spend a third day in waiting for someone.
