The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

@SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

You have no loyalty from @SkyUK for being a loyal customer to them! Due to renew and they say, sorry can’t give you a better price, my bill has gone up by £45 for no reason at all, they offer a pre made deal for you and it’s more expensive than starting a new package?!!

@D_S_Kenny @SkySports I really don't think you've read up on this at all I'm afraid . They never once stated that would be the new CL format. Part of the reason they tried to break away was they weren't happy with the proposed changes to CL format .
