@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam I am sorry, they are not helping as I said, I have spoken to roughly 10 agents and they are rubbing off responsibility to others, I need someone in authority to call me back. I made a complaint yesterday online and also via call 2 weeks ago, guess the result?

@SkyHelpTeam I think it’s more a @Channel4 issue, as it’s always been available on catch up before and is on the mobile app but not Sky Q app. Just wanted to highlight, as I believe it is supposed to be there but channel 4 have been having lots of issues recently since the sprinkler incident.

@SkyUK where is my engineer? Had broadband fitted over 2 weeks ago and have had the worst speeds ever. I want to discuss leaving already. You promised me and engineer here today by 1pm. I’ve had no confirmation at all and I’ve taken a day off work! Awful service so far!
