  @SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

  @SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

  @SkyHelpTeam I have been checking, every hour or so all day, and it doesn't even acknowledge that there's an issue in my area. @OpenreachHelp - can you tell @SkyHelpTeam #broadband customers what the issue is in #Trafford and when it'll be fixed? Will t'internet be on tonight or tomorrow?

  @SkyHelpTeam can't belive after 16 years of loyal service, the way you repay loyalty is to try and add £5 a month on to my broadband renewal for a booster that I don't even need. Making it £9 more a month than another company for the same service. Time for a change.

  @SkyHelpTeam please can I get an update about the Manchester outage. It would be useful to know how long it’s going to take to get fixed. I might need to sort out my working from home arrangements tomorrow if applicable.
