@SkyHelpTeam @kieranc2k The sign in rather complicated I have given up twice. Probably Apple is the problem its not just a simple case of your email and password if you have an existing subscription.

The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

@SkyHelpTeam I've been trying to get my Sky Go Extra issue resolved that was part of. my Sky VIP but the disappeared. Someone told ne it would e sorted in a few days 11 days ago, and tonight I get transferred about and the call cut off!!! 😡

@SkySports it is completely disrespectful that your commentator is calling Murphy, “Willock”. Willock crosses the ball for Willock to score. There bloody names are on there back. Ensure your commentator issues an apology. I’ve never seen anything like it. #NUFC
