@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

How @SkyHelpTeam in the year 2023 is the mobile signal around the town centre of Altrincham (WA14 1) so horrendous. It’s in 3G and I can’t load a thing. If I lived round here I’d cancel my contract!

@SkyHelpTeam Called today to discuss price increases & 2 different advisors tried to charge termination charges for removing sky boost, despite the price rise email stating no termination charges. Got sorted, but really poor trying to rip people off. 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam Watching F1 on Sky Glass 406. As with the football, the F1 picture is SO ‘Dull’. Tried adjusting all settings. Is there an option to watch F1 in just HD on Glass, as UHD quality is awful
