    @SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam @kieranc2k The sign in rather complicated I have given up twice. Probably Apple is the problem its not just a simple case of your email and password if you have an existing subscription.

    The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Seriously!? Again!? How many times has your broadband service gone down over the past few weeks. People rely on this service a lot, esp those like myself who are still working from home. Just not good enough. Get it sorted #skybroadband #skybroadbanddown

    @SkyHelpTeam Been through every help section you provide. I am aware a number of people are suffering the same problem. At this stage, all I want to know that you are aware of it and are doing something about it. I am willing to be patience before cancelling. Thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

    @SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

    @SkyHelpTeam Nothing it says it’s recording but on my recordings page it’s only the normal channel I’ve jsut got a blue screen and it says no signal even though every other channel works so it can’t be a signal issue

    @SkyUK as it stands our internet with you is pretty terrible But my main concern is that there are 48 new houses going up near us How will they affect the internet, if there are another 48 houses on the same exchange to us with already shockingly slow internet?

    @SkyHelpTeam I am having problems with my TV, what I am watching is freezing, and then says it can not connect, I have turned it off and turned it back on, I also took the card out in the main sky box, is anything not working
