@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkySports please,please sky, The info above the yellow strap moves too fast and disappears before I have read it. It's so frustrating that I turn off. Does anyone else have this problem ?

@WyattDu69157112 @ami_dda @SkyUK Maybe worth looking into? that's what happend to me despite not being able to use either still billed me, I wasn’t to pleased I felt sorry for the agent I spoke too regards this but made my point and bills reimbursed and within a few days of the call issue was sorted. Good luck

@SkyHelpTeam Hi I am getting my sky glass remote replaced as it has broken and I have yet to receive any message to say that it is on the way, is there any way of chasing this up as we are unable to watch TV until it gets here, thank you

@andystock22 @POF_POD @SkyUK It’s potentially an issue for subscribers. Also impacts clubs, undersoil heating for a southern club I spoke to has gone from £20k to £50k…and it doesn’t use it very often due to recent mild weather but a cold winter would add to the cost
