@SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkySportsNews here in 🇵🇰 when someone is too slow we call them PTCl. basically PTCL is a internet service provider which is too slow. but from now onwards we'll call them skysports.

@SkyHelpTeam I ran a test, it got me to run through plugging things in again and then came back said there was a problem and said an engineer needs to visit. I’ve booked one for tomorrow but was hoping you guys might be able to sort it, unless it’s an exchange/cabinet issue

@SkyUK hi our skyQ box often has issues where sound doesn't come through on the various channels. Its frustrating as we then have to reset. Its not the TV.There are also points where we will just hear its fan going and nothing works, from the Internet to the channels. Any ideas?
