@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Seriously!? Again!? How many times has your broadband service gone down over the past few weeks. People rely on this service a lot, esp those like myself who are still working from home. Just not good enough. Get it sorted #skybroadband #skybroadbanddown

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam @kieranc2k The sign in rather complicated I have given up twice. Probably Apple is the problem its not just a simple case of your email and password if you have an existing subscription.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

@SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

@SkyHelpTeam Been through every help section you provide. I am aware a number of people are suffering the same problem. At this stage, all I want to know that you are aware of it and are doing something about it. I am willing to be patience before cancelling. Thanks.

@alexbloor @SkyUK I buy 150Mb/s service from Sky, I actually get almost 151Mb/s from Speedtest, I don't know if they account for headers etc. Their access is actually what they sell, unbelievably I'm actually on their side on this one...

@SkySports ... why have "Ref watch" if you don't even show the Harry Kane clear red card incident? Stop protecting Kane! It's ridiculous.

@SkyHelpTeam Maybe an update tomorrow but as Xmas this weekend don’t hold any hope of being connected as not received anything that’s been promised! It’s costing me a lot of 💴 to not have any service 😡😱

It’s becoming increasingly notable just how bad network coverage on @SkyHelpTeam is, please folk think twice before being tempted by cheap mobile package, coverage is awful in so many places

@alexbloor @SkyUK I do get your point, and "average" is questionable, but Sky are one of the few reputable ISPs (yours being another). Except the Sky Hub which is a crashy piece of ****.

@SkyHelpTeam Gosh...that’s helpful isn’t it? I don’t have hours on end to wait for your call centre to answer (who are probably all working from home..hopefully not having to rely on your crappy broadband service)

Day 3 of @SkyUK barely or not working at all. (Already contacted them and been through the "help guide" countless times trying to fix the fault that is on their line).

@dotwaffle @SkyUK Supposing you download from endpoints that literally don't have 150meg upload capacity. You will never get 150meg. I am not really having a pop at sky or anyone else. I think the regulator/ASA's collective failures are culminating in a situation where figures are meaningless.
