@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Seriously!? Again!? How many times has your broadband service gone down over the past few weeks. People rely on this service a lot, esp those like myself who are still working from home. Just not good enough. Get it sorted #skybroadband #skybroadbanddown

@SkyHelpTeam Can you explain why after a week of no broadband in Brixton- it starts working for an hour and then goes off again- 8 days of not being able to fully work and no updates until today telling me problem is resolved- it isn’t and its been a very difficult and frustrating week

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have just been emailed about my sky bill. I actually left sky last year. My final payment was the 2nd Jan 23, I have returned my equipment so am very confused to be contacted asking for more money. This problem needs to be sorted out straight away.

@SkyHelpTeam Quickly resolved? It’s 4pm and it’s still not working. It won’t even connect to BT wifi despite being able to connect to other devices and constant attempts to restart it. Not to mention the constant glitches with apps, turning on and off randomly.
