@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

Fully support #virtualschooling but when will the #internet providers catch up with the quantities of people needing the internet now at home? Haven’t been able to effectively work or hold #videocall since 5 jan! @SkyUK

New home network in place using mesh tech, love it super stable BUT causing big problems with SkyQ - knew it's mesh didn't play nicely from forums but figured surely I can sort it! Testing my patience tho! Which goes back network kit or Sky if can't get to work??? @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam Internet still down, it’s over 24 hours now! Called 3 times and given zero information apart from “it’s an outage and open reach are working on it”. Surely if you are their client, you can get better information than this! I’m working from home with kids on online teams lessons!

@TheBoiledEgg @SkySports Yeah. Since Newcastle played with 10 men for most of the game. It could have changed the game. I'm not saying Newcastle would definitely got anything done since they were so poor but who knows.
