@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Seriously!? Again!? How many times has your broadband service gone down over the past few weeks. People rely on this service a lot, esp those like myself who are still working from home. Just not good enough. Get it sorted #skybroadband #skybroadbanddown

@SkyHelpTeam Been through every help section you provide. I am aware a number of people are suffering the same problem. At this stage, all I want to know that you are aware of it and are doing something about it. I am willing to be patience before cancelling. Thanks.

@SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@OpenreachHelp @SkyUK We have had 3 failed apps. 9/10 you fitted something to the pole 14/10 no one showed then 21/10 2 guys came, made a rude remark, said the pole was unsafe and they weren't doing it I have 2 children both on the SEN registe. When we will get Internet?

@SkyHelpTeam @allantjconnell Isn’t it strange that when you EVENTUALLY get through to Sky on the phone and you want to scale down/cancel the subscription they give you nothing but crap about needing to be transferred to another dept as they can’t do it BUT they can upscale your package....hmmm ... strange

@SkyHelpTeam @diizzydee What happens when the tele breaks down - have to have a stand by “old fashioned” HDR tele to put on the wall ? How do you access Sky if the equipment is sent back for repair ?

@SkySports It wasn’t really a clamour though was it? We didn’t want him from the start and the piss poor start to the season didn’t help. Even Fat Mike would’ve got rid eventually
