@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks. While you are here ... I called customer support about our new Sky Glass TV but have heard nothing back. The picture quality is atrocious. Pixelated, dim and grey. Any thoughts?
