@SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

Our Sky broadband has been off for a week and a half now and still no signs of it being fixed. No-one is updating us and not able to get hold of any consistent answers. Please can someone provide us with some kind of help. Appalling service so far @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK
