  @SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

  The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

  @SkyHelpTeam @kieranc2k The sign in rather complicated I have given up twice. Probably Apple is the problem its not just a simple case of your email and password if you have an existing subscription.

  @SkyHelpTeam @EE There's a problem with sky you can't call or receive a call from anyone on sky .other networks seem ok . Hopefully sky can fix it. Hopefully telling everyone on the website about it.

  @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I was with Virgin/NTL for 15-20 years, was always below £40. They then wouldn’t budge from £52. I left for real this time, and now enjoying the same service with Sky for £30.

  @SkyUK every time I try to access my online account (app or desktop) for upgrade prices on mobile sim, tv packages etc it crashes. Been like this for months and impossible to use. 25 years loyalty. Can you help?
