  @SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

  The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

  @SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

  @SkyHelpTeam @kieranc2k The sign in rather complicated I have given up twice. Probably Apple is the problem its not just a simple case of your email and password if you have an existing subscription.

  @SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

  @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Sky comes down Openreach fibre, like most other providers, so it is very easy to move elsewhere. They act like they have a monopoly on Broadband and TV, but the world has changed. They don't.

  @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I’m not sure why you’re surprised.This has always been the case with sky. You’re paying £90 a mth to watch the exact same TV that they are advertising the exact same channels to a new customer for £50 per mth. Mind boggling! No customer loyalty at all, yet we all still pay it
