@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam what's your broadband contact number? My router keeps flashing orange its doing my nut. Its easier to find the winning lotto numbers on your website than a tech support number 🙄

@SkyHelpTeam But nothing said when, what time, what day 2nd day without internet and no contact whatsoever from Sky or the engineer to tell us when we can expect them We also need to go out so we don’t even know if we are going to be in when your engineer calls This is disgraceful service
