@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam @bwarduk That's not true. Nothing is recorded, it's a restrictive streaming service. Also you cannot just add any program from Netflix etc. onto your playlist using the + unless you can find it within the Sky UI.

@bt_uk any news if internet service will resume asap i know it’s been bit windy and rain but seen worse and most services for broadband down including @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK as cant watch sky glass tv either as bt internet down. Sort it out. Please
