@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam why is the wi-fi constantly dropping in the Bury BL9 area? over the last 2 weeks the wi fi signal strength/speed is frequently dropping from a usual 25/30 mbs to as low as 0.75/4mbs at all times of the day/night.

@SkyHelpTeam yes i have... there are numerous reports of sky internet/wifi issues being reported on a daily basis as recorded by online internet pages/forums/test sites etc.

@SkyHelpTeam Outage in area is still prevalent 24 hours later. Is there nothing that anyone at Sky can tell me? Surely investigations thus far have yielded some form of cause/ETR?

@SkyHelpTeam I know it’s part of the instructions (I referenced it above) - just the way they are written implied to me that that was a service sky offers.

Is anybody else having trouble with @sky internet? Our Sky box has been playing up for nearly a week, with the internet going off and on repeated times a day. What do we need to do to get a replacement, @SkyHelpTeam?

@SkyHelpTeam My brother has been waiting three weeks for a Sky engineer to make his TV work. Today, the engineer arrived, couldn't find the front door, and drove off. He has now been told he has to wait another two weeks. Obviously unacceptable. Customer Service do nothing.

@PBXscribes @SkyHelpTeam There is no situation. You put it up there and if you’re not happy with the job you did, you can engage an independent contractor to review your work. Why you never just paid somebody in the first place…
