@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Seriously!? Again!? How many times has your broadband service gone down over the past few weeks. People rely on this service a lot, esp those like myself who are still working from home. Just not good enough. Get it sorted #skybroadband #skybroadbanddown

@SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

@SkyHelpTeam Hello. Im having issues with Sky go on my PS5 I have read people having similar issues. Im with virgin media and the internet seems fine with all other apps working fine but sky go won’t load or goes to a blank screen. I’ve been through your help section. Any ideas?

@SkyUK your customer service really is shite and inconsistent. In the past 20mins you have told me that my broadband will be back up in either 2hrs or 24hrs and you have told my Sky neighbour it will be 72hrs. Is it lucky dip? 😡😡 #Useless

Today isn’t fairing any better for me. Therapist confirmed tissue damage from putting my back out earlier this week. And for some reason non @SkyUK mobile people can’t call/text my phone. Says number not in service. But I can call out and my caller ID reflects the right number.
