@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

WHY have you added Sky Atlantic onto our account? We did not ask for this nor want it and now your charging £80 a month! RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE AS USUAL! Can’t get hold of anyone! Just want our money back and if it isn’t rectified ASAP, our account cancelled!! @SkyHelpTeam
