@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

@SkyHelpTeam @StuartButtle There was a ticket raised yesterday morning for piggy bank issues why do you not know about this @SkyHelpTeam I cannot roll over no data, I’m on holiday & cannot roll any of my 120g over to my phone. Neither can your customer services when calling them so they raised a ticket
