@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam why can’t I speak to a human on the phone & have to go through all the robots. I need to discuss my bill but the system won’t let me go further without paying it in full which I can’t do right now… so how can I resolve the issue when I can’t speak with a human?
