  The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

  @SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

  @SkyHelpTeam @kieranc2k The sign in rather complicated I have given up twice. Probably Apple is the problem its not just a simple case of your email and password if you have an existing subscription.

  @NUFCDon @SkySports They can't because they cater for the Cartel-Five-Clubs (Arsenal/Man Utd/Chelsea/Spurs/Liverpool). Best thing to do would be to cancel subscriptions to them and watch the matches via other methods.

  @paullewismoney Hi Paul, @SkySports put up my monthly subs from £33 to £87.50 without telling me - they said they didn’t have to as my special offers had run out. I told them I wasn’t paying that but they’re still chasing me for 2 months fees (£175), even though I told them I wanted to cancel.
