  @SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

  The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

  @SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

  @SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

  @SkyHelpTeam @kieranc2k The sign in rather complicated I have given up twice. Probably Apple is the problem its not just a simple case of your email and password if you have an existing subscription.

  @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Move off , check comparison sites . EE was charging me £55 for 500gbs and every time I queried it was because of the service they provided is so much better , I only ever wanted them to sort glitches and had to go through phone robots, now with virgin 1100gbs £30 not a glitch!

  I recently cancelled my @SkyUK package. They sent me a survey to complete: about joining Sky. Indicative of why I left. Low effort. Poor customer service. Out of contract cancellation is a con. And the user interface of the tv platform is terrible.
