@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

Sky sports graphics are terrible. Booking appearing beside the score, it’s too small. No added time up. And the font. Ugh it makes me wanna turn the telly off. @SkySports change it back

@SkyUK must be the only company I know that cancel an order for a new mobile handset AFTER paying it in full without a decent explanation! Then deduct some of the refund for a bill that isn’t even due!
