    @SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

    @SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

    @SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam Harry from a dedicated sky team has left me on hold for 28 mins. Now cut off. Shocking for AMIR Khan. I have sky till March 24th & I cant book. Useless dedicated team. Shocking customer service. Someone will now post pretending to be concerned !!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Having issues regarding my account, we have re-joined sky but as I used my email address from previous account before we left im not being shown anything on the account,just had confirmation emails and text messages so can't see anything regarding reschedule

    @SkyHelpTeam I want to remove Sky Kids from my package. It’s never watched anyway and this latest price increase has sent me over the edge, so until I can cancel the whole contract, that add on has to go. Your “customer service” line is atrocious! please advise how I can get rid

    @SkyUK so after 10 years as a loyal customer I'm leaving. Neither the customer service person I spoke to about my cancellation nor the pathetic survey you sent me asked why. The survey asked about my mobile provider and subscriptions and questions that have nothing to do with you

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your response, because of the bad signal in my flat, I'm unable to run the diagnostic test. I reset the hub. And the voice light is amber, and the Internet light, isn't even on

    @SkyUK broadband is even more **** than usual in this weather. Can't wait to **** them off in September Who in this day and age has piss poor speeds???? @virginmedia have piss poor speeds at getting decent Internet in this part of the world

    @SkyHelpTeam Very disappointed that as an existing gold VIP customer, there is no incentive to change to sky glass. I have some good deals on my current sky Q package, however I cannot keep my current deals if I change to sky glass. 🙁
