@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam Been through every help section you provide. I am aware a number of people are suffering the same problem. At this stage, all I want to know that you are aware of it and are doing something about it. I am willing to be patience before cancelling. Thanks.

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Seriously!? Again!? How many times has your broadband service gone down over the past few weeks. People rely on this service a lot, esp those like myself who are still working from home. Just not good enough. Get it sorted #skybroadband #skybroadbanddown

The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

@SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

@SkyHelpTeam @kieranc2k The sign in rather complicated I have given up twice. Probably Apple is the problem its not just a simple case of your email and password if you have an existing subscription.

@SkySports @Carra23 Davis, Regulion, Toby, Dier, Auier, Doherty, Sanchez & Rodon are all International players. So i can not understand why they make make so many silly errors. Defending is more mentally exhausting & they switch off. Need to b more offensive in our approach. keep the ball for longer

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve got an issue with audio cutting out/ jumping ahead on recordings only on my mini boxes, I’ve tried both our mini boxes but it’s the same. Doesn’t happen on live TV, I’ve tried your steps online and hasn’t resolved the issue, please can you assist?
