@SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

Anyone wanting to Change their TV subscriptionto @skytv DO NOT BOTHER. They will not install due to covid but will not tell you this until you have signed up. Also a real lack of customer service leaving me with no @skytv until the pandemic is over! Shambles #Skytv @SkyHelpTeam

@NathanL68388590 @SkySports A year or 2 down there isn’t exactly experienced when it comes to top flight here is it ? He got the job on same basis as dyer , a good coach. Don’t really count how many black or white managers there is tbh if they are good enough they’re good enough IMO
