The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

@SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam when I got my then new iPhone 11, I had a glitch and took to Apple Store as advised by support. They replaced it for me so the IMEI does not match my account. I’ve just realised this after I’ve agreed to swap. Will this prevent the swap?

@ameskidoodle @SkyUK I'd contact the ombudsman, i had to for BT and got a few months refunded and a couple free months, plus the problem fixed although that part won't bother you!
