@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam Incorrect entirely useless hasn’t fixed any issues. Your down for maintenance every night. Resetting my router doesn’t do anything. Cuts out constantly during the day.

@SkyUK Do NOT buy this load of junk. Do not expect any useful help from sky as their customer service is as awful as you can get. You’ll need the very top end of broadband or sky will tell you dismantle your WiFi items to use the pucks or should I say pukes!Worst purchase I’ve ever made

@SkyHelpTeam Sky internet dropped again for the 3rd time today, also drops out most nights. Constant problems not good. You’re going to have to start refunding the money you take when not providing the service.

Tried negotiating my Sky contract renewal and the best deal available was more expensive than what a new customer could get! As a customer of 10+ years surely I should be paying less than a new customer or does customer loyalty not matter :) @SkyUK
