@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam I have all 3 lights on the router. Completed all the checks ie unplug etc and still nothing. Having looked online there seems to be a widespread area of South East Wales with internet issues

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, already checked there which informed me that the broadband is down 🤔 Yep - I know! An estimated reconnection time would be helpful!

@SkyHelpTeam no broadband this morning. POS on openreach box constantly blinking green. Website says only option available to me is to call which I'm not able to do due to disability & I cannot find online chat option. Could you do something to help with this please? Thanks.
