@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

@SkyHelpTeam had an Openreach appointment today to set up our wifi. Had no call or notification the day before and the guy didn’t show up. Now I’m going to have to wait another 2 weeks+ to get another appointment?! ***************. Think I’m going to have to cancel the lot.

@SkyHelpTeam 24 days now with no broadband and no phone line. You promised me that Openreach will fix it today! Has it been fixed today?! No. You have broken the terms of your contract with me. After 20 years of loyalty to Sky, I'm off and will be cancelling all sky services.
