@SkyHelpTeam @kieranc2k The sign in rather complicated I have given up twice. Probably Apple is the problem its not just a simple case of your email and password if you have an existing subscription.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

If you have an issue wit @SkyHelpTeam #Sky, when calling, put 141 in front of their number, then put in a false phone number when prompted. They will not be able to identify your account and will answer. You’re welcome.

@SkyUK I’ve just cancelled my sky. No complaints re service, but pricing was ridiculous. I was quoted £75 when @virginmedia quoted £33 for the same thing. @skytv’s reason for difference was it was a “premium service”. Riiiggghhhhtttttt
