@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Seriously!? Again!? How many times has your broadband service gone down over the past few weeks. People rely on this service a lot, esp those like myself who are still working from home. Just not good enough. Get it sorted #skybroadband #skybroadbanddown

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam @kieranc2k The sign in rather complicated I have given up twice. Probably Apple is the problem its not just a simple case of your email and password if you have an existing subscription.

The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

@SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

@SkyUK is anyone going to explain what the issues are in Durham area instead of stating it’s a network outage?!?! Over 8 hours with no internet and no explanations or expected time of being sorted. Don’t expect much from @SkyUK but this is particularly poor service

@SkyHelpTeam @lynnedixon14 You’ve been saying this the whole afternoon and it’s not helping, there’s no update, no information and no time on when the issue will be fixed, me nor my parents or anyone in Durham using sky broadband can do anything but use mobile data to access Twitter to see what’s happening
