@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

Hei @SkyHelpTeam!activated my SIM with you 4 days ago.Have been using WI-FI only since have not left the house! and still managed to use 6GB of my 12GB allowance?Barely used 4GB in a month when I was with O2!can see on forums it’s a common issue, Can you explain/advice? Not happy

Something weird definitely going on with @SkyHelpTeam broadband. Multiple evidence of network failure across our area and beyond, seems pretty dramatic, and yet no media coverage, customer service sending out the same standard messages, no official updates from Sky itself. Weird.

@PennyHz @SkyHelpTeam @DLNeale Has it crossed your tiny mind that thats all the information available? Or would you rather something be just made up? If so here is the latest update - An escaped Rhino has run into the exchange box caused damage, it is estimated to be resolved at 11:67am today
