@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam It's not letting me PM you. What I will say though is that I've factory reset the box on a number of occasions and that hasn't done anything to improve the issue

@SkySports It poor sportsmanship, not genius. Ref booked him, which is all he could do really. Keeper might also have got an elbow to the throat a few years back.

Very disappointed in #skymobile @SkyUK!! Ordered a phone, Nov 22, after failings with @DPDgroup_news on next day delivery, 2 months later (to the day) I'm told it's out of stock and can't re-issue so had to cancel the order, now there's nothing available at a similar price!

@SkyUK I am having such difficulty talking to someone at Customer services. I'm trying to sort out my package, but unfortunately the chaps broken English is extremely bad .. and he can't understand me let alone me understand him.
