@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam They said that I need new socket and they will send engineer, which makes no sense for new router not working, as old one works. And I upgraded to that speed over a year ago and there was no issues.

@SkyHelpTeam Pretty much everything including a hard reset. Not to worry, I’ve spoke. To customer services in the meantime and someone is coming over tomorrow. Thanks for your reply anyway, much appreciated.
