@SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

@SkyHelpTeam But SKY are still selling the product …are you warning customers of that issue or are you just happy in the knowledge that should something go wrong , it’s them who will pay for the repair cost / or not , and still collect your monthly cost regardless if they do or don’t ?

Helping my dad reduce his monthly bills. @SkyUK were happy to do this via live chat (great for my dad for whom conversation is now tiring) whereas @bt_uk insisted he calls. When he said this was a problem the response was "I've raised a complaint for you." Learn from Sky, BT!

@SkyHelpTeam That's exactly what I have been doing for several days. It's crystal clear from customers posting to your community forum that my activation problems are not unique. Denying that there's a problem does Sky no service whatsoever (pun not intended).
