    @SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

    @SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

    @SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

    @chrisl0684 @SkyHelpTeam Yep. Been trying for 2 days. It’s all over Twitter that many are having the same issue.

    The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for getting in touch. Help page for picture issues on TV from Sky only suggests resetting router. I have tried this, it hasn't helped. Do you have any other suggestions?

    @SkyHelpTeam have you had many reports of the PS4 and Xbox TV service being very blurry? Internet definitely not the issue, tested 100mb download with ethernet cable. Friend of mine reported the same. All channels are very blurry and switch between ~360p and 480p definition

    @SkySports Always odd when they single out a striker after a bad game, granted he has been off this season and we all know why, but as Iv seen every Spurs fan point out on here, Tottenham were **** the other night, Kane is good but he’s not making up for a shite performance on his own.
