@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Seriously!? Again!? How many times has your broadband service gone down over the past few weeks. People rely on this service a lot, esp those like myself who are still working from home. Just not good enough. Get it sorted #skybroadband #skybroadbanddown

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

@SkyHelpTeam @kieranc2k The sign in rather complicated I have given up twice. Probably Apple is the problem its not just a simple case of your email and password if you have an existing subscription.

The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

@ryan_higgins @leeharry100 @SkySports Numbers maybe limited but with the numbers that are limited depending on the rules do you want to travel to another country were they are still in lock down and waste your time and invest a lot of money or go to a stadium which is a driveway and keep in mind both English teams?

@leeharry100 @SkySports I agree regarding the stadium, though the surrounding area is a dump, and probably one of the worst around a first class ground in Europe. The infrastructure around it is poor too. Villa have offered, Spurs haven’t, and wouldn’t with Chelsea being involved.

@SkyHelpTeam People across the UK were reporting outages from 12am. Just check out down detector and you'll see. There clearly was an issue, even if your 'computer says no'. Our broadband didn't come back on until after 5am.

@SkyHelpTeam how come down detector can report failures on your network 8 hours faster than you can? Broadband links in totton/Marchwood/Southampton all being flagged in social media as down. Sky status page "nah, all good"
