The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

@SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

Hello @SkyUK we switched to your services on 26 Nov. TV didn’t work and they couldn’t activate broadband or phone. We have now been told an engineer will visit on 19th December leaving us with no internet or phone. Not good enough. Please help.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes. We’ve called them and spoken to them almost every other day for 2-3 months now. The engineers just never seem to make it to the property. It’s ridiculous!

@EFL @SkySports Ok if you support Reading, Swansea, Cardiff, Norwich, Watford. L1 is lucky to have one game and you’ve not even chosen little old Salford. Sure these clubs need the revenue despite the parachute payments.

@SkyHelpTeam My understanding from reading that, is that "if UHD is available", whether I've selected it or not, then Split Screen is NOT available. Is that right? Because if it is, you can NEVER get split screen with F1, because UHD is ALWAYS available. This makes no sense. Please clarify.
