@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyUK @SkyUK have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you are thinking of purchasing @SkyQ do not. Since the day we have had it it hasn’t worked and despite hours on the phone they can’t fix it, all the while we are charged for a product we can’t use. Outrageous.

@SkyHelpTeam No offence but it won’t solve anything. Hour after hour we are on the phone to sky. Been told tonight after 90 minutes that options remaining may be to remove SkyQ or Sky package altogether if can’t be fixed. After 10 months of it not working. We live in a normal new build house
