@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

Clive and Sue were interviewed by @AnnaJonesSky yesterday as part of @SkyUK's programme of staff support and assistance. Alice worked at Sky in Newcastle up until the time of her death in 2016.

@SkyUK no TV Signal/ Hard Drive error. For 3.5 WEEKS every time I call I'm taken through the same steps. Sort it out for £100 a month and I'm still watching free view.
