@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam Also suffering from internet outage (M33 - Sale). I know it’s probably a very complex issue to sort with unknown timelines, but could you at least tell people what the issue(s) is and based on historic/similar issues what we should expect. Plan to wfh or office?

@SkyHelpTeam First of all, an estimated time and updates would go a miss, secondly, I presume customers won’t be charged this month for a service that’s been out for 17 hours now and will customers be compensated for having to use mobile data hotspots instead
