@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam I have used your website and called several times and it never goes through. I am building up 1000s of screenshots so when I eventually just stop the direct debit I have proof I have been ignored for over a year and terrible service for over 2 years. #skycriminals

@SkyHelpTeam hello what is the point in the WiFi signal? Full bars and I need to turn on my mobile data. Its costs my family an extra 30 pounds per month to use Internet in our house. I already pay over 150 a month. Its happened for the last two years. Definitely the worstservice

@SkyHelpTeam Is there any chance of someone answering a phone at Sky? Iv been out of broadband since Wednesday, and can only get an automated line saying they know it’s down! Some timescales would be really helpful when trying to WFH.

@SkyHelpTeam @OmegaLuke Becca, Luke shouldn't have to. Surely the complaint is right there in his tweets. Why don't you start the complaint process for him and take ownership of it? That would be customer service, not what has gone before so far.
