@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

@SkyHelpTeam Ah thank you very much! Another thing sorry. Just noticed on my main box that the picture was noticeable jerky during football. I've rebooted it and seems to be ok now. But few days ago I had pixelated issues on my mini box too. That's subsided now after a reboot. 1/2

@SkySports I understand the thinking but surely it makes no difference? In such a close nit group it can make no difference if it’s 7 or 3 1/2 Days. damage must have already been done? By the time they know who has been affected they must have been in contact with the squad since test?

Really disappointed with @SkyUK. No internet since Sunday, two engineers and still not working. Spent 2 hours on the phone tonight. No need to reply with things to try @SkyUK, I’ve tried it all. Think I need to look into alternative suppliers!
