@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam Wasn't wanting a response. Wanted to vent publicly and hoping it gets around how much of a money grabbing waste of space your company is! Been told 4/5 times will be sorted in 72 hours and never is!

Hey @SkyUK my Max hub is total arse. Cant seem to get hold of anyone and the online help is about as good as the hub itself. Can I have my old hub back as it was considerably better.
