@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam All tests showed an issue, online help goes round in a circle getting no where. Contacted sky ( phone number must be available on app) help desk finally turned all wifi off, last resort reset Qbox. Eventually it all came back

@SkyHelpTeam a took a 2nd phone out 4 the other half it said the deal was £32 month ...so why does it say on me account it's now £45'month a didn't agree to that wtf is going on 🤬 ?

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks Alison, we have done this over the 'phone and the automated service said it did not recognise a fault and would send an engineer in 2 days? Will they fix it on this fallout if they can?

Cannot wait to get rid of @SkySports always trying to shove women football down our throats! It’s become a Joke! And some of the commentators come on! Sue Smith, Blanca Westwood, Hayley Mcqueen are excellent.. but jeez just stop

@SkyHelpTeam hello, have tried calling customer service about TV & broadband twice this morning, put on hold twice after holding for 25 mins + each time, then been cut off both times!!! Can somebody help please 😫
