The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

@SkyHelpTeam @skyuk so asking me to raise complaint doesnt really solve my issue as I've raised a complaint on both calls to your call centre and each time, the complaint wasnt raised and the advisor just gets another agent to call.back? Not great quality assurance or complaints process?
