@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

@SkyHelpTeam Oh man . It is a huge flaw in your service . At least fix the problem with when hitting delete forever it stops hopping back to the Undeleted button . Stressful and extremely time consuming

Hi @SkyHelpTeam is there a problem with your satellite dishes? For the last 3 weeks the signal has been so poor with interruptions and no signal at all. Especially for Comedy Central channel. Not sure what I'm paying for to be honest??

@SkyHelpTeam ringing almost every other day with no help from the customer services team. Being promised it would be resolved the next day and then having no one turn up. Also have been told to “stop ringing”. Please advice how you are going to solve this problem. Pt2
