The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

@SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam do you run maintenence or something every night between 1am - 2:30am? My Internet goes off without fail during this time, usually at 2:30 but not always (e.g. tonight.) If there's a valid reason for this then fine but if not you need to rectify it ASAP.

@BBCSport @SkySports How do I filter out Womens Football on your app please? It's force fed down our throats, personally i think it's woeful and couldn't give a flying toss who wins or loses so don't want notifications about it yet it's bundled in with Football. I am about to uninstall the app
