@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

Well Since @SkyHelpTeam is treating the law like it's a list of suggestions an refusing to comply with my lawful request to raise a complaint and issue a deadlock letter, I am being advised to cancel my DD and wait for @SkyUK to contact me. this is a shameful way to treat loyalty

@Ofcom could you please advise @SkyHelpTeam are refusing to provide me a deadlock letter or even allow me to raise a complaint despite the fact they are clear evidence that our package was sold to us with a straight lie by a Customer service agent! FSM Act 2000?
