@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Seriously!? Again!? How many times has your broadband service gone down over the past few weeks. People rely on this service a lot, esp those like myself who are still working from home. Just not good enough. Get it sorted #skybroadband #skybroadbanddown

@SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@alexbloor @SkyUK All you can really quote about an IP network is the maximum bandwidth possible between any 2 points, without considering other traffic passing at the same time. There is no way to accurately quantify what transfer rate you will actually get in reality.
