    The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

    @SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

    @SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

    @SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam Been through every help section you provide. I am aware a number of people are suffering the same problem. At this stage, all I want to know that you are aware of it and are doing something about it. I am willing to be patience before cancelling. Thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam Problem is they are out of contract and want me to sort this out, however you won't speak with me on their behalf. I don't live near them. The only option they have i think is to cancel. They have been with you for 21 years

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s hardly the point. I’m Scottish. English football fans get UHD for their English teams. I don’t imagine they’re that bothered about Scottish games tbh. So my point stands. I’m paying for a lesser service. And indeed. Please feed it back. Not that imagine it will change.

    @SkyHelpTeam Had Sky installed today and the engineer was fantastic. Only trouble is, I’m being told I need to ‘upgrade’ to watch subscription channels on demand even though they’re working live!! Can anyone help?!

    @SkyHelpTeam Nope, where do I stand in terms of paying for a service that is clearly rubbish and still waiting on sky and openreach to actually communicate what’s happening with fibre order?

    @SkyHelpTeam I did and they told me exactly what I’ve told you. It keeps dropping there is no issue at home or the lines and we’re going to get back to me about open reach two weeks ago and surprise surprise nothing. So pay for a service and if it’s rubbish tough luck?

    @SkyHelpTeam Well that’s the problem there haven’t been updates, so I have no idea how long this outage is going to be as no one is updating us on what is going on

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have a mobile with sky and wifi calling has stopped working. I've restarted, removed sim, tried different wifi networks and still doesn't work. The function is enabled but the icon isn't appearing on the top notification bar.

    @SkyHelpTeam I want to talk to someone but I hold and every time at 18 minutes it cuts me off happened 3 times in a row. How do I cancel online?

    @SkyUK please explain to me how your customer service team are justifying NOT notifying us of a price increase because we opted out of marketing? This is ridiculous. Spoken to 5 different people over the past hour who tell us a different story
