@SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam It's not sky that's the problem it's @O2 as it was the same when I was on their network. You never get more than 1mbs even with 4 bars on 4g.

@SkyHelpTeam I think I'm just going to swap providers at this point, it's been on and off problems for months, but been 3 weeks of trying to get the current one sorted or swap our package and not getting anywhere, and it's just too frustrating at this point.

@SkyHelpTeam Been constant slow speeds, possibly due to the router being old and we're also wanting to see what offers are on and about changing what we currently have. But every time the issue hasn't been solved and changing our service just keeps getting ignored.
