    @SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

    @SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam we signed up to the ROXI music app and it worked fine for the first night but now it doesn't work at all. We have reset the box and updated the software but it still hasn't resolved the issue.

    @RankinPeter @Girlwithvoiceuk @SkyUK Cityfibre provide FTTH but they do also have a national network. Backhaul is largely the responsibility of the ISP. That could be OR or another network provider. CF have an agreement with Vodafone. I would assume that uses the VF national network.

    @SkyHelpTeam It's been more than 10 hours now that we are without broadband in the Upminster area. When I call sky an automated message says it is an issue with the telephone exchange. Shouldn't you guys give us an estimated time for a fix in the issue? That's really outrageous

    @RankinPeter @SkyUK Very interesting. We are leaving due to customer service. Were paying through the nose for BT Halo and when we actually needed the technical experts were totally let down so pointless waste of money for that
