    @SkyHelpTeam Been through every help section you provide. I am aware a number of people are suffering the same problem. At this stage, all I want to know that you are aware of it and are doing something about it. I am willing to be patience before cancelling. Thanks.

    @SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

    The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

    @SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Seriously!? Again!? How many times has your broadband service gone down over the past few weeks. People rely on this service a lot, esp those like myself who are still working from home. Just not good enough. Get it sorted #skybroadband #skybroadbanddown

    @SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam Done that, can’t even get past the first test as it says there is an issue in the area. That’s rubbish because the neighbours Sky internet is working fine.

    @SkyHelpTeam have lost satellite signal on sky q box , hardly any snow on our dish and service status says no issue in sg1 ??

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, is there a problem with the website? Trying to look at changing my package and just keep getting "sorry, we're having technical difficulties. Unfortunately we haven't been able to process your order". Have tried different browsers, devices etc.

    @SkyHelpTeam This doesn’t help it just tells me how to fix the issue not why the issue keeps happening every time I turn on Sky. Yes, you’re it is frustrating.
