The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

@SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Seriously!? Again!? How many times has your broadband service gone down over the past few weeks. People rely on this service a lot, esp those like myself who are still working from home. Just not good enough. Get it sorted #skybroadband #skybroadbanddown

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkySports what's the point in having the broadcasting rights to the @Bundesliga_EN if you're not going to show the games? Last season @btsport showed every Bundesliga game. Far superior service

@SkyHelpTeam We are now over 30 hours post incident start, with no further communications from Sky. At this stage, you are in breach of contract as you are failing to supply. Please can you provide further details on the outage, an eta to fix, and what you are doing to resolve it.
