@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam I am in that area and that app is initially telling me there is no problem in my area when quite obviously there is. Judging by the number of replies to an earlier Facebook post and the number of posts on down detector. Then it tells me testing is not available. It's useless

@LaraInTheMiddle @SkyHelpTeam Customer service doesn’t seem to exist anymore. Instead of paying for expensive advertising, they spent it on good customer service, they would have customers flocking to them.

Turns out all the work from home tools like Mural, Zoom, onedrive whatever whatever, don’t mean Jack when your @SkyUK broadband goes down all morning.
