@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@nufcsean @chrillo1976 @SkySports You're having a laugh! At nearly £6 a pint you won't find many people chucking their beer up in the air for any reason whatsoever. The same crap excuses everytime this subject is brought up. Somebody can sit next to me with scalding hot tea, but I can't sit with a beer. #

@TallentireMedia @GraemeBandeira @SkySports I think it would solve a lot of those problems. You wouldn’t have people getting up and down to beat the queue as they don’t need to rush you’d just bring a pint up each half

@SkyUK so disappointed in Sky. I was told WiFi at my new house would be easy. I just got told I have to wait 6 days for an engineer. Is there no such thing as an urgent appointment?! I need to work on Monday and can’t with no WiFi! Do I get a 7 day rebate?! Help please!
