@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

Despite a 45 minute phone call that lasted until 19.54 and a promise of a call back to arrange an engineer visit, I’ve still not had a phone call. Disgusting service. @SkyUK

@SkyHelpTeam been in touch and had call today but still no better. emailed again and will now await another call. Just wish we'd read all the problems before we changed as it is not an upgrade but a downgrade at worst possible time
