@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyUK I need to suspend my account for the time being. Since mid March According to your website I can’t call you. Waiting times on chat are 2-3 hours (I’ve been waiting an hour) and I can’t email. This just makes me think when I do get through I will just cancel altogether.

@SkyHelpTeam please sort out the service to sky puck. Yet again trying to watch live sport and it’s impossible. 20 minutes in and I’ve not had 1 minutes without it jumping, stuttering, moving fast, sound out of sync. It’s ridiculous.

@PenaldosHusband @SkySports its litterally because of maguire, and de gea having good distribution this game, maguire is slow and now hes out we have varane whos quick and allows us a high line, also liverpools midfield is trash
