@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyUK thanks a bunch I moved home and promised a new line install by the 11th guess what no line. You left a disabled person in a very bad position and because I stupidly listened to your promise I can't get a vital service up and running until after Christmas
