    @SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried this previously and followed the onscreen instructions and it just takes you to the activate page with the QR Code which I’ve already activated and signed up. This happens for Discovery and Paramount plus. Only works on mobile devices. Please help

    Hey, @SkyHelpTeam - you've sent some emails to my mum. She's not a customer of yours, & they're addressed to someone she's never heard of, containing his personal details including his address & Sky ID. There's no contact email for you on the Sky website, so pls get back to me.

    @SkyHelpTeam paramount plus app won’t launch and just says we’re updating subscriptions now. What’s happening please? I’m a sky movie customer and was expecting it to be ready to go

    @SkyHelpTeam Nonsense. You aren't open at 12-1am, as a phonecall at that time confirmed. So no help with diagnostics available. Also your colleagues contradicted each other. 1 said outage, other said not. Which is it?

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah the issues are in box sets & from reading your forums it’s because you double dip & stick adverts into content we’ve paid for. Movies which you don’t stick adverts in download and work perfect. Sky Go the same episode is 20mins shorter & plays as no ads but quality sucks

    @SkyHelpTeam Last night watching episode 7 of a programme the download failed halfway through, so I back out and try the download again only to find episode 8 downloading with no issues at all, so you can’t blame my internet either.

    @SkyHelpTeam please can you confirm what is happening re the Broadband Outage in S35 - Sheffield. BT engineers were up a telephone pole on my road, yesterday.
