Had enough of #SkyQ and #SkyBroadband Yet another night ruined while trying to watch TV, something seriously wrong with their WiFi. To their credit @SkyUK have sent out Engineers but to no avail. Been a loyal Sky Customer since 1988 without so much of a hiccup. Moving to @bt_uk

@SkyUK I am trying to contact customer services to sort out an issue with my landline, today I am being hung up on by 03337593502. I cant make or recieve calls, I am a disabled & vulnerable customer, Not happy that I cant contact Sky direct to resolve the issue.

@OralRoberts14 @SkySports What on earth has a trophy got to do with a few guys enjoying a video game. It’s called being human. Not all of us sit cowardly behind a screen using a club badge as their picture, whilst talking utter nonsense. In fact, Lucas won trophies at PSG, so I’d pipe down.

@SkyHelpTeam what’s your current lead times to get new customers up and running with fibre given the ‘resource issues’ with Openreach? I’m having to manage work commitments with no real indication if Openreach will turn up or not, just a promise of an update!

@SkyHelpTeam Every time I check it everything is green and working fine there's also an issue with multiple different devices being kicked from the internet at random points and then being asked to sign back in

@SkyHelpTeam It is due to cancel on the 15th. I am moving house very soon, I was asked which address I need it sent too in which I asked how long it would take, I was told it would be around a week which meant my current address would be fine but time is running out
