@SkyHelpTeam I'm trying to contact office to sort out billing issue. 1/Cant understand why you are not taking DD. 2/ Trying to sort out new DD, but keep getting stupid text which doesn't help then I get hung up on.

@SkyUK I am trying to contact customer services to sort out an issue with my landline, today I am being hung up on by 03337593502. I cant make or recieve calls, I am a disabled & vulnerable customer, Not happy that I cant contact Sky direct to resolve the issue.

Had enough of #SkyQ and #SkyBroadband Yet another night ruined while trying to watch TV, something seriously wrong with their WiFi. To their credit @SkyUK have sent out Engineers but to no avail. Been a loyal Sky Customer since 1988 without so much of a hiccup. Moving to @bt_uk

@SkyHelpTeam topic: Sound issue on Sky Sports Cricket IPL coverage. The sound cuts out frequently for around 1-3 seconds. This has happened in every game so far. Can this be fixed?

@SkySportsPL @SkySports This Spurs team are so ******* weak. Bruno down and counter attack on and aurier puts it out for a throw. You can’t sit on 1-0 for a full 45 mins. They deserve nothing. Cavanis movement has been excellent though. #TOTMUN
