@SkyUK I am trying to contact customer services to sort out an issue with my landline, today I am being hung up on by 03337593502. I cant make or recieve calls, I am a disabled & vulnerable customer, Not happy that I cant contact Sky direct to resolve the issue.

Had enough of #SkyQ and #SkyBroadband Yet another night ruined while trying to watch TV, something seriously wrong with their WiFi. To their credit @SkyUK have sent out Engineers but to no avail. Been a loyal Sky Customer since 1988 without so much of a hiccup. Moving to @bt_uk

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you. I assumed that was the issue, just surprises me that the technology isn’t there to update the times for live events. Happened again with the Qualifying Hits m. You’d have thought by then the schedule would have been updated!
