Had enough of #SkyQ and #SkyBroadband Yet another night ruined while trying to watch TV, something seriously wrong with their WiFi. To their credit @SkyUK have sent out Engineers but to no avail. Been a loyal Sky Customer since 1988 without so much of a hiccup. Moving to @bt_uk

@SkyUK I am trying to contact customer services to sort out an issue with my landline, today I am being hung up on by 03337593502. I cant make or recieve calls, I am a disabled & vulnerable customer, Not happy that I cant contact Sky direct to resolve the issue.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. Is it true that customers can watch coverage on Sky Sports’ red button? As I’m encountering problems. When I open my sky sports app, the screen doesn’t do anything after clicking on the ‘Let’s go’ button.

@SkyHelpTeam @katebenton When though?? It has been down ALL day, surely you should give your customers an update?? We pay good money for a service that is not being provided!! Will we get a refund for the hours lost? I haven’t been able to work all day, will you pay my salary??

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks as they rang to cancel in May but now been sent almaot £1000 and a debt collection agency and they even sent back all the sky equipment in June but some reason keep getting billed since and the phone team (seems to be Indian call centre) don't seem To be listening.

@SkyHelpTeam I’m away from home and want to watch Younger Season 7 Ep 11 in the Sky Go but it’s only giving the option to download it to sky box at home?! Ep 12 will play on app fine but obviously don’t want watch it before 11. Any clues? Same problem on iPad and laptop.
