@SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp in #Banchory #Aberdeenshire we have been without #Internet since 10:30 ish 12th August, probably the bad weather caused the outage and I am sure teams are working to fix it. The lack of updates to customers advising what the issue is very poor!

The new @SkySports scores app. Either I’m really unlucky or it’s a bit naff by comparison with what it was before. Slow, clumsy layout, can’t seem to handle date changes as you scroll.

I left @SkyUK back in August as their service was absolutely dreadful, today (4 months later!!) I get a mail demanding £20 outstanding from my very last bill (which were always paid DD), I go on to check the site, it goes up to £30 I now owe!! What ********!!??? Thieves!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Sky charged me for installing SKY Q and the dish antenna. That was never done as I cancelled the TV package and kept only the broadband. This, they were supposed to refund me the money they took form me for the installation. But I never received that refund.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Carol. I went out and got back from shopping and it's now working. The guy I spoke to, Mark I think did a test and said there was a fault but I was waiting to see how it goes before I contact you to cancel the call out, which is not till 29th November.

@SkyHelpTeam I need to talk to someone ASAP about our broadband. Some guys arrived unannounced today to change the telegraph pole outside out house. Now they've left us with no broadband and didn't check before they left. I'll be invoicing you fir every hour the service is down
