14 years with @SkyUK and despite the genuine efforts of the Advisor their best price was pitiful. £1.193 Million they pay to show the English Premier League per season but ultimately it’s the customer who pays for it with higher subscription costs.

On the 4/9 will be 2 months since I place an order with @SkyHelpTeam for broadband and still no connection due to @OpenreachHelp cabinet capacity issues this is the same as @virginmedia meaning I haven't a way of getting a broadband connection in Greater London anymore. Thanks

@SkyHelpTeam My issue is apparently now with the order recovery team, who promised me a call on Thursday. I have still not been contacted. I have had a to call customer service several times to ask for an update. At least three callbacks promised have not materialised.

@SkyHelpTeam are absolute bullshit!!! Why accept for credit on Sky Glass then decline after ‘following further checks’ when you don’t even state that on the call? TOTALLY WRONG… I’m sure @TheFCA will be happy to here about your poor practices!!!
