The moment you realise that nobody outside the family circle has been in your house for months is when you’re happy to have a socially distanced visit from an @WeAreOpenreach engineer. Line is fine, it’s @SkyUK equipment that’s not. So hopefully the replacements on order fix it!

@SkyUK Games constantly lagging even though Ive paid my bill, refund taking longer than expected, phoned sky to send out an engineer to fix the broadband and they marked it down as something to do with the landline so the openreach engineer couldnt do much, completely incompetent

@SkyHelpTeam I’m on the phone to sky and it is still not sorted out. no one seems to know what’s happening or how to fix it! Just comes up with server error whenever sky tries to log into my account.

@SkyHelpTeam I’m not interested in doing it over the phone, if you email me telling me I can do it online I expect the online system to be working, 5 days on and still not working. It was a last ditch attempt as the service i receive is terrible, so it’s fine, when my contracts up - I’m gone!
