The moment you realise that nobody outside the family circle has been in your house for months is when you’re happy to have a socially distanced visit from an @WeAreOpenreach engineer. Line is fine, it’s @SkyUK equipment that’s not. So hopefully the replacements on order fix it!

@SkyUK absolutely fuming! You book an engineer to come and install my new service but he’s not allowed in my house so why book it!!!! Now left with no tv service as I cancelled my old provider!!!!😡😡

@Dust_Shadows @SkyHelpTeam My sky contact said an engineer would come out within 48 hours but had no report of any outages or issues in the NG10 area, obviously system is slow to update, others not in sky have same issue so open reach for sure. Hopefully not going to be to long.

@SkyUK joke company. Don’t keep promises. Customer is just a number. Was cancelling with you, told if stop the change to BT, fibre would be immediate. Cal today to say it won’t be for 3 weeks, and more expensive 🤯 Just lied to constantly and treated like dirt by Sky

@ngw144 @SkyHelpTeam I’m in NG10, with Sky and have an issue. Phoned them and they said the issue is “outside the property” so an Openreach person will fix it. So I guess that’s a phoneline issue? Said will be fixed within 2 days but COULD be 3-5 if it’s a difficult issue.
