The moment you realise that nobody outside the family circle has been in your house for months is when you’re happy to have a socially distanced visit from an @WeAreOpenreach engineer. Line is fine, it’s @SkyUK equipment that’s not. So hopefully the replacements on order fix it!

@SkyHelpTeam No resolution! I’ve raised a complaint but don’t have much confidence this has been taken seriously and now waiting on a manager calling back which could be up to 48hours. I’m used all mobile data as no internet. Unacceptable!

@TheVster @virginmedia @SkyUK Some companies get some of the most difficult life event scenarios so wrong! All it does is add to the stress for the Customer. We had it recently when changing to a joint bank account after the wedding and one got it spectacularly wrong when updating our direct debit!
