14 years with @SkyUK and despite the genuine efforts of the Advisor their best price was pitiful. £1.193 Million they pay to show the English Premier League per season but ultimately it’s the customer who pays for it with higher subscription costs.

@SkyUK absolutely fuming! You book an engineer to come and install my new service but he’s not allowed in my house so why book it!!!! Now left with no tv service as I cancelled my old provider!!!!😡😡

Really hope the @spfl can get out of their deal with @SkySports. Create your own OTT network instead. Next weekend you have the Edinburgh and Dundee derbies and neither are on Sky Sports. Unbelievable.

@SkyHelpTeam I appreciate what you’re saying, but that is just one example of how poor the service is really. I think sky can and should rethink pushing this while there are so many bugs in the system. It simply isn’t worth the cost.
