The moment you realise that nobody outside the family circle has been in your house for months is when you’re happy to have a socially distanced visit from an @WeAreOpenreach engineer. Line is fine, it’s @SkyUK equipment that’s not. So hopefully the replacements on order fix it!

Now we know it’s fine but first thing we were being told to run diagnostics
