@SkyHelpTeam Hi folks, I still have a problem contacting a known number. If they call me, I receive it ok. It appears on 1471 but if I try to return the call (press 3) I get "this number doesn't exist". Thoughts?

@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam I don't disagree that getting things up and running is the priority, but I think you considerably under estimate the knowledge and understanding of your customers when you refuse to tell them what the problem is. If we know it's severe, we know it'll be a long wait, for example.

@SkyHelpTeam we have been without broadband since xmas eve due to a connection issue. Today we get an text saying the engineer is booked for 4th Jan? We have bern told nothing can be done sooner. My kids are remote learning Monday. I have lost work and now financially impacted

@SkyHelpTeam So I send a nice email to MYSKY on 27th Dec detailing the fact that I have been without TV service since early November - I got the usual standard reply stating that I would receive a 'Personal' reply within 24 hours.........guess what?

What an absolute waste of time it has been to date with @SkyUK - the @SkyHelpTeam are of no use, the priority service team are no help and the fibre team basically said to move to another supplier as they acknowledge their kit isn’t as good as their competitors. Truly awful.
