@Claire_Robbo81 @SkyHelpTeam If you had sky broadband and still have the old wifi router you can set this up as an wifi access point by disabling the dns and dhcp server on and then connect it to you new router via ethernet and set up a specific wifi network just for the sky boxes. This is how I have mine.

@SkyUK mum is 78,in sheltered housing, deaf & was talked into package she can't afford-£94pm-with kids tv add-on.she needs to cancel package but accessibility team said it'll cost her hundreds to leave.After 2hrs they agreed to take off kid's ch-£8! 20yrs a customer! Disgrace 😡
