@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

@OpenreachHelp can you please provide us with an update with the issues going on through the country. I am in Wales and still no internet since 8pm last night @SkyHelpTeam have said it’s an open reach issue but I can’t seem to find any info of what’s going on.
