@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam Originally it downloaded and got to 100% but never said available. I deleted it completely and tried downloading sd too but now it instantly comes up across the top saying download failed...even for other episodes.
