@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam ordered Broadband this afternoon. Received email indicating a problem with order and I must ring. No one one phone seems to be able to help. Additionally price in confirm email was higher than quoted on phone. Can you help here please?

@SkyHelpTeam I don't know when the engineer is due? I haven't been given specifics. There is definitely an issue in my local area my road and those around me. No Internet or landline. Barden Network engineering company turned up last night and started working outside in the road opposite

@SkyHelpTeam They are called Barden Network Engineers, they have offices in Truro and Gloucestershire I think? There isn't any local issues noted when checked on the link provided. But there's definitely no internet and landlines are effected aswell.
