@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam My Sky Q box has crashed and won't restart. It's been crashing about twice a day over the last 3 weeks. I'm fed up of having to restart the box so many times. I'm paying for something I can't use. Please help.

@SkyHelpTeam my broadband is down due to a external issue (outside my control) so this sky glass tv is useless until repaired. I’m been told I can’t have a credit against my tv bill even though I can’t use it as your internet doesn’t work. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻10/10 for customer Service.

@SkyHelpTeam Can you please count this as an official complaint for poor service? For sky to make cancellation much more difficult than signing up in the first place is bad faith.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam . My sister in law has no mobile/text service in Leyburn, North Yorkshire. According to her researches there has been phone mast work in her area in last 24 hours but all should now be sorted. Can you comment?? 🤔

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, no it asked me to rest the router which I did and took me back to the same procedure that I already did prior. Going by everyone else via Twitter, it appears to be down.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, Can you provide an update for M28 Walkden please. I am on my 7th day without internet. It just still says that there is an outage. Timescales would be useful and Openreach are saying you should be able to provide these.

@SkyHelpTeam Hello, I’ve cancelled my contract and already swapped numbers with new network. I’ve received confirmation from sky my account is closed, I’ve requested pre paid package to return device and nothing, I can’t get through to anyone without having to wait 35 minutes.
