@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam My Sky Q box has crashed and won't restart. It's been crashing about twice a day over the last 3 weeks. I'm fed up of having to restart the box so many times. I'm paying for something I can't use. Please help.

@SkyHelpTeam I know it's outside. It was causer by openreach engineer working at my neighbours. I told him he'd caused a problem. It should be rectified sooner as they caused it. The wait time for damage by an engineer is not acceptable
