@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam My Sky Q box has crashed and won't restart. It's been crashing about twice a day over the last 3 weeks. I'm fed up of having to restart the box so many times. I'm paying for something I can't use. Please help.

I get fackallll for it..basic telly package and broadband, I'm still paying over £60 and im probably one of the only people still with a dish cos they want £80 for SkyGlass. I'm leaving for good in sept.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I booked time off work for Fibre broadband installation today from 1pm-6pm. I rang customer services after 6 and they couldn’t track the engineer, saying they could turn up until 9pm. Surprisingly, no one turned up with no comms. Not happy. Can you help please?

@cyclingjonny @SkySports Problem is, it was basically the same tackle as Damsgaard made for their free kick which they scored from, so either two very good decisions (they were), or two bad decisions (they werent)

@SkyHelpTeam so when your broadband and wifi is shocking you get a email saying it’s going up. Why is it going up? I’m paying for a service that isn’t working as you advertised. Super fast broadband that is completely the opposite
