    @SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

    @SkyHelpTeam 5 times and every time I get the same response and promise of a call back but low and behold that never happens. It has been very poor service and I am seriously considering not renewing my BB when my contact runs out

    @SkyHelpTeam I have just tried the link and still will not allow me to manage the mobiles it’s as if the manage is not working as soon as I press this it just shows me the latest iphone13 offer.

    @SkyUK Really disappointed. We’ve had to return one due to a speaker fault and then we got a stripe down the screen yesterday on the replacement. It’s slow, clunky and cumbersome to use. If we had the choice again we wouldn’t get it and seriously considering returning it.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi its was bad when we got up this morning wasn't working at all had the orange light I unplugged it then took the blue bit out the back and out it back in seems OK at the moment just seems to be bad last week or so don't know why
