@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam I have seen online if there is price increases with yous u are free to leave 2 advisors on phone one esp thought less of the tone I was bit shocked as yous are normally good customer service I just want to know just to way options up can u leave with any increase for broadband
