    @SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

    @Anabugling @SkyHelpTeam They asked me where I’m reporting from, why would I say Eastbourne when I’m not from there. If it’s down in Brighton then it’s most likely to be down in the rest of the county

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, issues with Broadband in North Kent? Tried several router restarts and the connection test via my Sky account on the website but this doesn't work either. Any thoughts please?

    @SkyHelpTeam any updates, it’s been over an hour without service both broadband and customer, not that I’m surprised of course. I’m sure many would agree, an update or an ETA would suffice but it seems customer engagement throughout Sky, unless up selling, is abysmal.

    @PapaKweg @NOWHelpTeam @SkyUK I managed to fix it, try hitting the ‘more details’ box when the error comes up, run a connection check (can’t remember what option that is on the menu) and then after that try the reload Netflix option. It worked for me!
