@SkyHelpTeam That doesn’t help as it is a page about cancelling my sky mobile..I have a mobile and I have upgraded. The app states o have an additional sim but I don’t… don’t want to get two bills…

@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam When I click buy now on sky go extra on the sky website, it just puts me onto the home page. The website can be very frustrating at times. I won’t be spending money to call support, to add more to my package. Im paying €100 per month as it is. Disgraceful
