Well this is ****. Sky broadband down for the last hour and no Engineer appointments until the 7th — I’m sure my work will be delighted! Hopefully just a local issue as others appear in the same boat. @SkyHelpTeam

@ianfieldhouse @SkyHelpTeam We’re in Edinburgh and our sky broadband cut out around an hour ago, we were offered an engineer app for the 11th managed to get one for the 6th but here’s hoping it gets fixed soon

@SkyHelpTeam Does it not tell you in tweet !!!!! You team seem to think that someone else reading my emails is not a data protection leak while I can't sign in to read them as my account has been merged with another account.....3 hours wasted today add that to 2 other days

@SkyHelpTeam hi, I switched to sky broadband this week but all social media apps are not working properly or loading information/pictures etc. Work on 4g, and web browser works on WiFi no problem.

@SkyHelpTeam next door has had some builders in and my sky dish was obstructing the scaffolding so they attached it to the scaffolding. Just got home, the scaffolding has gone and they have just left my sky dish on the floor? Any advice? As I now have no TV signal

@SkyHelpTeam Yes. They are blaming Open Reach and have no idea when it’ll be fixed. When your smooth talking sales team convinced us to switch we asked specifically about any down time and were assured it’d all be working on the day. Having to work from home due to covid and I can’t!

This would all be sorted if @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach actually finished the install of fibre to our estate, but they still seem to be dragging their heels on that. I've put up with these slow speeds for too long now! Its 2020, and I'm basically on dial up. @SkyHelpTeam
