    @SkyHelpTeam Hey thanks i have sky + q box and mini in my bedroom it just seems to be all sky channels are pixelated and the blu signal screen comes on other channels and wifi is absolutely fine

    @SkyUK you've really let me down. Chose you as new broadband provider to get a better service as, like so many, now working from home and kids off school. You didnt send me new router. Old provider been notified by you so deactivated. Now no broadband at all.

Accies 2-0 down with 10 men (no pissing about with two bookings, this was a proper red) came back to 2-2, missed a penalty and Hibs won it in stoppage time. Played at 150mph - marvellous fun.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi there I'm having wifi connectivity issues with my broadband. The connection went yesterday afternoon and it is still ongoing. I've never had this problem before. I have went through the troubleshooting advice on the website but nothing has changed.

    @SkyHelpTeam No, no issues. The rest of the house is fine. I think it’s because it’s towards to back of the house. Fairly old house too so solid brick walls, was okay but these last couple of weeks were really struggle with video conferencing etc. Thought it was just a blip but not the case

    @SkyHelpTeam Your advisor said customer impact was not a consideration when sky agreed to a 2-5 working day SLA for openreach visits. You agree yeah? Surely if an engineer has made a mistake and someones internet has been cut then it should be urgently fixed?
