@SkyHelpTeam hi, I switched to sky broadband this week but all social media apps are not working properly or loading information/pictures etc. Work on 4g, and web browser works on WiFi no problem.

Assuming anyone without @SkySports won’t be able to watch the Serbia game legally. What a travesty, considering the only way to see our biggest game for over two decades is on TV. Got the potential to lift the nation and we have never needed it so much.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve just signed up for Sky Broadband and can’t access the MySky app as I’ve had a SkyID linked to my email address when I was a customer 4 years ago. How can I access this again, can I resurrect my old SkyID?

You tweeting the same reply to lots of people. Surely the penny drops and you could send an update that Sky are looking into it.

@Vitt2TsNoC @SkyUK How long ago was it recorded? There was an issue with some of the broadcasters which meant they switched over to a backup system a few weeks ago. The end result was no subtitles for a number of shows.

@SkyHelpTeam I unplugged the tv, but it didn’t do anything. I also reset the internet, but it still didn’t work. I know it’s not an internet problem, because I can watch things on the apps. It just won’t let me watch the channels.
