@SkyHelpTeam have you looked at your @GooglePlay Store app ratings and comments recently? 1.6 must be one of the lowest ratings going with lots of annoyed customers - what are you doing to fix it? App hasn't been updated in 2 years!

Class service from @SkyHelpTeam. Broadband broken, an engineer comes. Says it’s fixed, it’s not. Wait another two weeks only to be sent a TV engineer. Now having to wait even longer. My wife - an NHS nurse - and I can’t do the work we need to from home. Great job guys!

@SkyHelpTeam Hey thanks i have sky + q box and mini in my bedroom it just seems to be all sky channels are pixelated and the blu signal screen comes on other channels and wifi is absolutely fine

@SkyHelpTeam Yes it is. It was resolved on the day (a problem with the electricity supply to the fibre cabinet) but I learnt this from neighbours after I had booked the visit. Two days later still can’t cancel!
