Gayle Fitzpatrick (@gaylem1978) reported from Glasgow, Scotland
@SkyHelpTeam Have tried a number of suggestions already, but the same connection issues still occur. Given the issues that have disturbed my husband and I quite substantially this week while working from home, we’d also be looking for reimbursement of broadband fees equating to the week past.
-
Stephen (@HughesStephrn) reported from Glasgow, Scotland
@Hughes_Lives_On @ryan011586 @Kevod1967 @67seann @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports Another solution I don’t think too many people would be unhappy with. That would provide the club with the money they need for this season and would be fairer to supporters.

Stevie Beveridge 🏴🐝 (@StevieBev) reported from Falkirk, Scotland
@Simmy1876 😂😂😂😂😂 I cant even watch Skysports News now, blown way out of proportion, never has their been more equality in this country!!
-
Kevin (@Kevod1967) reported from Cambuslang, Scotland
@HughesStephrn @gasreggal @liviman71 @67seann @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports I never thought i was arguing with anyone to be honest.
-
Kevin (@Kevod1967) reported from Cambuslang, Scotland
@67seann @gasreggal @liviman71 @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports Thats what id do if it was my decision but we have to accept that if we go down this route our team on the park will be considerably weakened and some staff at Celtic Park will lose their jobs. Its not an easy decision. Celtic are more reliant on gate income than most clubs.
-
Kevin (@Kevod1967) reported from Cambuslang, Scotland
@HughesStephrn @gasreggal @liviman71 @67seann @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports I'm not happy about it but understand why we are going down this route and have renewed to a. Keep my seat and b. Hopefully be back in the stadium at some point this season. Understand others wont renew and it doesnt make them any less of a fan.

Gayle Fitzpatrick (@gaylem1978) reported from Glasgow, Scotland
@SkyHelpTeam I tried to contact you re intermittent issues with broadband which have now been for the last fortnight. Your website is of no assistance. I need to *speak* with a human whom I can interact with....not a drop down list which doesn’t apply to me.
-
Craig Corse (@CraigCorse) reported from Glasgow, Scotland
Hi @SkyHelpTeam, please explain how I can go online to fix a non-existent broadband connection, without any opportunity to speak to an operator. Think that one though...
-
Chloe (@n30hrg) reported from Glasgow, Scotland
@SkyHelpTeam I’m still a customer I don’t need 3 phonecalls a day
-
Gayle Fitzpatrick (@gaylem1978) reported from Glasgow, Scotland
@SkyHelpTeam I’d appreciate it if I didn’t have to locate anymore details myself as what I have found has been unhelpful hence contacting by Twitter now. I would like you to send me the email or telephone number please. There are real issues with our internet. Thinking of cancelling.

Mrs Broony (@charlenemcg) reported from Falkirk, Scotland
Please help @SkyHelpTeam
-
Kevin (@Kevod1967) reported from Cambuslang, Scotland
@AnnmarieColvan @67seann @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports Yeah it sucks. Guess you need to decide whether keeping that seat is worth the money or not. I feel your pain as ive two tickets to pay for as well.
-
Kevin (@Kevod1967) reported from Cambuslang, Scotland
@HughesStephrn @ryan011586 @67seann @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports We have two options. Maximise revenues and hope enough overpay out of a sense of wanting to help the club. Price things fairly and see the club massively downsize and a lot of employees lose their jobs and good players be sold. Neither option is good.
-
Andrew Keegan (@KeeganLost) reported from Glasgow, Scotland
@SkyHelpTeam boy our internet is so bad that it took me literally six minutes to tweet this!
-
Kevin (@Kevod1967) reported from Cambuslang, Scotland
@67seann @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports Theres no great option. In a fair world we would not sell tickets till fans are allowed back in and put our games on at 5 quid PPV. Unfortunately this would mean a fire sale on players. This appears to be the best of many bad options.
-
Bob Pollock (@BobPollock1) reported from Glasgow, Scotland
@SkySports I think it’s more about finding a solution to the fact that Hearts were absolutely pants and going down anyway.
-
Kevin (@Kevod1967) reported from Cambuslang, Scotland
@HughesStephrn @67seann @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports I don't think its value for money but given the circumstances im going to renew. Nobody is forcing anyone to pay for this. Everyone can make up their own minds. From the clubs perspective if you chargex 5 quid a game rather than 30 youd never get 6 times as many people sign up
-
Stephen (@HughesStephrn) reported from Glasgow, Scotland
@gasreggal @liviman71 @Kevod1967 @67seann @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports The problem with that Angela is how many people can easily afford... the vast majority of people with season books make sacrifices for it. The cost of my season book is circa £30 a game. If the club say it’s like for like then I’ll be paying that to watch a home game in my house

Ross Logan (@RossLogan_89) reported from Glasgow, Scotland
@thomoboy30 @SkySports Started on the coronas early the day stupid arse aye
-
Gayle Fitzpatrick (@gaylem1978) reported from Glasgow, Scotland
@SkyHelpTeam terrible broadband internet service for the last week in G41 area of Glasgow. Internet has been in / out several times a day. Please advise. My husband and I both are working from home & require a stable, high speed connection we can rely on & indeed we pay for!

@SkySports yeah footballs back this w/end here’s to watching loads of in-game re-plays. See more replays than actual live footage. Think I’ll cancel subscription when contract is due to end.

@MartinSLewis Apologies for bothering you. However any advice on how best to approach @SkyUK charging my pensioner mother for years, services she doesn't need or have access to? As she has never been notified of the bill increases and I've only just found out now?
-
Rachel (@rachieblenn) reported
@SkyHelpTeam I’m glad you’re happy. I am not. I have raised a complaint. I am still waiting for a manager to call back. They never do. I wonder if the press would be interested. Hmmm, thinking the Daily Mail would love this story.

@SkyHelpTeam I have been around in circles trying to sort out paramount and you tell me there is a problem with my account that you can’t sort out. Your suggestion is to pay for paramount direct and not get it as part of the Sky Cinema

@SkyHelpTeam Hello Matt, I've already been on to your help team, one lady was helpful but I am still at a loss as to what is happening. Apart from being told that the repair for my phone that's under warranty will cost £318 to fix. #Anovoareconartists

@TheShortBlond @SkyHelpTeam How did your meeting go today? I hope you got a positive response? As I’ve said, my speed issue is totally Sky BB’s fault and I’ve got the evidence to prove and it’s on my side! They broke our BB contract so I’ve made a note of CISAS &OFCOM!
