@SkyUK why when I call can I not speak to anyone. I have even raised a complaint and complaints email me and tell me to call and there is a 40 minute wait.

@SkyHelpTeam That you don’t offer support for using VPNs (bit of a let down after 45mins on hold) - to have a search on the forum and see if there were any fixes, not found anything that works though.

@cccammy1 @SkySports I said the exact same last night. The fact that they focus on the “incident” more than his goal also focused on a cross from Hibs into our box more than the only goal!! Walker shouldn’t be the commentator on Rangers games! One sided slanted hatred.

@SkyHelpTeam I'd love to ask the person who had the bright idea of only allowing TV watching if you have a solid internet connection... at least when my internet went down before Sky Q I could still watch TV! Have to reset my router and boosters 5-10 times a day just to watch TV

@SkyHelpTeam We don’t have a building management team. And I am the landlord. It costs £55 per time to get the council engineer out on the roof. I’m the only one in the block with sky Q. Am I going to have to pay this every time the dish has a problem?
