I have tried to cancel @LFCTV for 3 months now. On line you get a message saying they can’t do it right now and you call @SkyUK and they tell you it will be a 20 minute wait. It’s a con stay away from it. @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam is there not a 24 hours number to contact as none of my services are working at all. Contacting the service provider is impossible to fix all 3 services which I pay monthly for 80mbps and hardly get 50mbps. Clearly an issue any solutions since can’t contact via phone

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I will, but that does not help other customers who get two pre recorded messages, first saying wait time is one hour, then another saying 20 minutes. Pre-record suggests this is delibrate tactic, not because of a one off busy period.

@rawkode @SkyUK Oh you'll get MUCH more than that. I've never been so harassed as when I dropped @SkyUK. It goes on for months, by mail, text, mobile and landline calls. (And we didn't terminate our contract early).

Fuming is not the word 😡 so I have decided to downgrade @SkySports. So I rang and after listening to the 'oh we appreciate your loyalty' crap i am then informed by @sky if I no longer want to pay for @SkySports I have to pay them £50 to have it taken off! Cancel the lot 😡
