@SkyHelpTeam was promised call back from manager within 72hrs last Friday, re your dishonesty and breach of customer legislation on contracts and pricing. Now been a week. Guess if you can add 15% when promised max increase of 10%, also cant work out 7*24=168 hours. #shambolic
