@SkyHelpTeam I have been remote working from home. Several times a day the internet connection disappears. I’ve done the usual troubleshooting ie reboot laptop, reboot router, internet speed tests. Always showing really slow. It’s appalling. It’s only myself using the internet.

@SkyHelpTeam Only thing that is connected is the ps5 which is running really slow and then my phone which I ran the test via the internet connection. I tried Netflix early which is now off and that is worse than normal so obviously an issue somewhere
