    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely sick to the back teeth of SKY Q I am on my 3rd box in 3 years and at the third one keeps faulting with the hard drive and wiping everything. Utter crap. My old hd box was years old and worked perfectly!! Very unhappy

    @cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

    So I ring @SkyUK on their Customer care line 03337591018 at 12.55 today and after the usual computer generated questions to identify I wanted 2 speak with someone about broadband recorded message stating that dept only open 8.30am to 9pm 7 days a week ! So I guess today is day 8

    @SkyHelpTeam Constant issue. All other apps work. Both mine and my wife’s iPads same issues. SkyGo hardly works anywhere, SkyQ a disaster.

    @SkyHelpTeam Can't wait to leave, wifi between 8pm and 11pm is non existent, never mind weekends. Its like the whole street is on same channel and don't matter what i change its still buffering like mad, but wired up its great

    @SkyHelpTeam ??? Followed all instructions and now have to await 5 days for an engineer to come out. How many engineers do you have as that is a lot of people i see needing one for your problem. If they then say its @OpenreachHelp issue like last time this won’t end well

    @SkySports I can’t help but wonder what the statistics are of boxers in later life suffering from dementia, after all there’s a link between heading the ball in football & dementia surely boxing has to have similar cases, after all it is a far more violent “ Sport “ if you can call it that
