    @SkyUK Tried to cancel last week but got talked into a new deal, phoned today - well within the cooling off period, but I couldn’t cancel (clearly not smart enough) so I’ve somehow arranged an engineer appointment for an update I didn’t want, I’m genuinely crying at the moment 😢

    @SkyUK I've been having issues with my broadband today I call up to get it fixed. They do line test say my box is faulty and it will cost £50 And also inform me I'm out of contract apparently. Good to know I've been out of contract and your still taking my money

    @SkyHelpTeam I have an issue with my mums sky broadband and talk. Her broadband is working fine and she can dial out on her phone no issues. However she's not receiving calls from anyone other than my sky mobile number. Also your records show her broadband & talk as not activated

    @SkyUK Having issues with my Sky Q and mini box! I’ve had Sky Q for a few years now connected to Virgin broadband and never had ay issues. I’ve recently installed a mini box and daily I am having to reconnect the broadband to both boxes! Help please.

    @skytv have confirmed that there is a billing error on my account. Get one number to call but they can’t help so get given another number to call which no doubt will be another queue to sit in. You’d think they could take the initiative to call me to sort. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam my girlfriend is a key worker doing the test and trace. We have little to no broadband and your website/phone number offers no help other than "sort it yourself" can I speak to a human to get this working!!

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam you need to fix the Sky Glass issue where ads for shows like westworld (smashed skull having a red sphere inserted into it) or dexter (bloodstained serial killer) are shown in the living room when kids walk past the tv. No setting changes can stop it

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for your reply, Claire. Someone on Sky Community has since explained that I now need an app password for each device rather than my Sky password. I have done this and the issue is resolved.

    @JennieAnderton @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been down in WN1 since 5ish. Rang Sky, they said it was an issue with the cabinet and they’d get Openreach to fix it. Worst case it would be back in the morning. Not great…
