During a lengthy call, I reduced the bill to £90 by removing services they have never used. I dread to think how many years they have been paying over the odds. Happy to discuss this issue.

It would be much better to at least televise one CC match per round and raise awareness. It makes me upset and offers poor value for customers

When they decide to bother to turn up they can pick them up. Cancelling the direct debit. Useless service, a piss take. A wasted day. I’ll be Invoicing Sky for my time today.
