    So I ring @SkyUK on their Customer care line 03337591018 at 12.55 today and after the usual computer generated questions to identify I wanted 2 speak with someone about broadband recorded message stating that dept only open 8.30am to 9pm 7 days a week ! So I guess today is day 8

    @SkyHelpTeam Constant issue. All other apps work. Both mine and my wife’s iPads same issues. SkyGo hardly works anywhere, SkyQ a disaster.

    @SkyHelpTeam severe outage in my area. I work from home and rely on the sky service I pay for to be able to do my job. Not happy at all. I can’t really say to my employer, sorry I can’t work today my internet is down.

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s not an update. You have had more than sufficient time to diagnose the issue, the very least you could provide is an update on how long, just a best guess, it will take to fix. I know you don’t want to commit to a timeline, but surely by now you (Sky) know what the issue is

    @SkyHelpTeam I work from home and have zero mobile data signal so rely heavily on wifi. If we have an emergency, we're screwed and I'm sure there's others in our shoes. It's not good enough, what has happened? We paying customers deserve an explanation.
