@skytv have confirmed that there is a billing error on my account. Get one number to call but they can’t help so get given another number to call which no doubt will be another queue to sit in. You’d think they could take the initiative to call me to sort. @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam I have an issue with my mums sky broadband and talk. Her broadband is working fine and she can dial out on her phone no issues. However she's not receiving calls from anyone other than my sky mobile number. Also your records show her broadband & talk as not activated

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve dropped Sky sports from my package - 1st time ever - & its gone off today, last day of the season! I’ve been told it will be £30 + £2 for HD for 1 month & I’d need it call back again today to cancel. Madness! I had been told it would be £20 to add it on as non-contract. 1/2
