So I ring @SkyUK on their Customer care line 03337591018 at 12.55 today and after the usual computer generated questions to identify I wanted 2 speak with someone about broadband recorded message stating that dept only open 8.30am to 9pm 7 days a week ! So I guess today is day 8

@SkyHelpTeam so frustrating. Sky app was working fine, and now its suddenly signed me put and wont accept my login details. So frustrating as cant get through to anyone. Plus no sky in northants!!!

@SkyHelpTeam all week my broadband has been cutting out now there’s a total outage. Since I joined last august it’s been appalling service! I work from home and have already missed multiple days work with your broadband being down so often so I do hope it’s fixed in the morning
