    So I ring @SkyUK on their Customer care line 03337591018 at 12.55 today and after the usual computer generated questions to identify I wanted 2 speak with someone about broadband recorded message stating that dept only open 8.30am to 9pm 7 days a week ! So I guess today is day 8

    @SkyHelpTeam I am not wasting my time and money to call you - I cancelled my order so it's not on me. You ask your team to call me if they have to but, again, I CANCELLED the order - never want to have anything with Sky ever again

    @SkyHelpTeam BT have told me you cancelled the order on their side, so the issue is firmly with sky. Can you have someone call me tomorrow with a resolution. I’ve been a sky customer for 13 years this isn’t acceptable and I’m substantially out of pocket as a result.
