    @SkySports you are a bunch of con artists. There is now a pattern forming, so as soon as you reach your direct debt date guess what the technical problems all of a sudden disappears because they have another months money I will be leaving sky completely as soon as I can *****

    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky+ apps have stopped working fully on both of my android devices (phone and tablet). No TV Guide, Search, Movies, Catch up etc The only function that works is the connection to the planner on my Sky box. Is this a problem that you are aware of and how do I fix?

    Having recently upgraded to sky Q with @SkyUK I’m shocked how poor it is, for me it’s a massive backwards step! The menus are confusing and the recordings have no order what so ever! And don’t get me started on them charging £14.99 for the premiership games! 😡

    @SkyUK customer service is quite impressively bad. Engineer doesn't turn up and then get dumped from one call queue to another. 90 minutes in and no further forward.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky,it was a little temperamental this morning but eventually seemed to work fine & agree it appears that last nights issue has been resolved. I haven’t been using the tv this evening so can’t comment on any further issues but will advise accordingly if I encounter any. Cheers

    @SkyHelpTeam outrageous customer service today. Spoke to Jordan on your live chat service. Waited 80 mins to get someone available. 3 mins in he says that he's due his lunch break & is off for 30mins!!! Unacceptable. I will be making a formal complaint & leaving Sky 👋

    @SkyHelpTeam I don't want to test my broadband, I know it works up to 62mbs during the day, just want to know if there is a reason it's dropping off so much in the evening recently. Stop fobbing your customers off with this go over to Sky Help rubbish.

    @SkySports Why try to fix something which isn't broken? UEFA tried to mix it up before by adding 2 group stages before the knockout rounds, it didn't work so they reverted back to this model which works perfectly.
