You are harassing ex customers, I’m staggered that after a year of constant calls, sometimes twice a day, your company thinks this is acceptable behaviour. Also, when I left Sky, they eventually offered the sports package at £20 pm for me to stay, but I had other issues with them, so was leaving whatever they offered.
