    Having recently upgraded to sky Q with @SkyUK I’m shocked how poor it is, for me it’s a massive backwards step! The menus are confusing and the recordings have no order what so ever! And don’t get me started on them charging £14.99 for the premiership games! 😡

    @SkyUK customer service is quite impressively bad. Engineer doesn't turn up and then get dumped from one call queue to another. 90 minutes in and no further forward.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have had poor reception or no reception to my sky Q service since the middle of June and I’m now fed up with it. I keep rebooting my box and it’s still not giving a proper picture. The tv says I’ve got a good connection but the tv stations say the opposite.

    @SkySports you are a bunch of con artists. There is now a pattern forming, so as soon as you reach your direct debt date guess what the technical problems all of a sudden disappears because they have another months money I will be leaving sky completely as soon as I can *****

    @SkyHelpTeam outrageous customer service today. Spoke to Jordan on your live chat service. Waited 80 mins to get someone available. 3 mins in he says that he's due his lunch break & is off for 30mins!!! Unacceptable. I will be making a formal complaint & leaving Sky 👋

    So I ring @SkyUK on their Customer care line 03337591018 at 12.55 today and after the usual computer generated questions to identify I wanted 2 speak with someone about broadband recorded message stating that dept only open 8.30am to 9pm 7 days a week ! So I guess today is day 8

    @SkyHelpTeam Agent said they will contact me to book it in. When I asked why old modem works and new one doesn't on same socket, they said 'I don't know, but I am sure it is faulty socket'. Which doesn't sound reassuring at all. And what happens if that won't fix it and I loose day at work?

    @SkyHelpTeam do you have an estimated time when my catch up tv, demand and sky cinema will be up and running again on my account after number of messages and phone calls this is still not resolved. I feel like this is very poor service from sky

    @SkyHelpTeam The broadband/internet in our house keeps loosing signal. Its been doing this for a few years now. It started losing signal about once a week for a few seconds at a time but its now doing it everday up to 5 times a day. I pay £30+ a month and we're all getting a little annoyed.
