    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky,it was a little temperamental this morning but eventually seemed to work fine & agree it appears that last nights issue has been resolved. I haven’t been using the tv this evening so can’t comment on any further issues but will advise accordingly if I encounter any. Cheers

    @SkyHelpTeam outrageous customer service today. Spoke to Jordan on your live chat service. Waited 80 mins to get someone available. 3 mins in he says that he's due his lunch break & is off for 30mins!!! Unacceptable. I will be making a formal complaint & leaving Sky 👋

    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky+ apps have stopped working fully on both of my android devices (phone and tablet). No TV Guide, Search, Movies, Catch up etc The only function that works is the connection to the planner on my Sky box. Is this a problem that you are aware of and how do I fix?

    @SkySports you are a bunch of con artists. There is now a pattern forming, so as soon as you reach your direct debt date guess what the technical problems all of a sudden disappears because they have another months money I will be leaving sky completely as soon as I can *****

    @SkyHelpTeam my husband received a call offering a deal, he said he would think about it and call back however was told they could not access the same deals as the sales team that called him. We have now been waiting weeks for a call back. Can you help please?

    @pdavis43 @SkySports Problem is without reviewing every single thing and having 300 cameras looking at every angle and decision throughout every match there's always going to be teams and players that get away with one, just lucky it was us this time, midweek it went against us & will again next week

    Having recently upgraded to sky Q with @SkyUK I’m shocked how poor it is, for me it’s a massive backwards step! The menus are confusing and the recordings have no order what so ever! And don’t get me started on them charging £14.99 for the premiership games! 😡

    @VodafoneUK you might need to work on your new customer experience 3 days, 10 calls, 24 hours since a manager took it on and still waiting for his follow up call to resolve the issues . . I’m not even a customer yet! @SkyUK I might not leave you after all. .

    @SkyUK customer service is quite impressively bad. Engineer doesn't turn up and then get dumped from one call queue to another. 90 minutes in and no further forward.

    @SkyHelpTeam #blackfriday offer ends in 4 hours. Call this number it says to me, an existing customer. The number is closed. Absolutely rubbish.

    @SkyUK Help! We recently subscribed and switched our Disney + add to you but now my kids can’t watch Disney on their Smart TV’s where previously they could?I was under the impression that as we’re still paying for Disney + we could continue to watch on any device not just via Sky?

    @SkyHelpTeam Nothing blocking. As soon as it starts to rain or thunder it closes down. Shocking in this day and age. Nothing you can do but someone needs to get Sky signals to be more robust.

    @virginmedia I’m with sky for tv and Bt for internet. I used to have virgin but the customer service was horrible so I left. I’d rather pay a little extra for my services in exchange for excellent customer service that @SkyUK and @bt_uk provide

    @SkyUK eh sky I've got a question for you. Years ago you went digital from analogue so you said the signal wasn't lost whenever it rained or snowed. So why am I sat paying £92 a month with no sky channels cause there's a bit of rain in the sky
