No TV Guide, Search, Movies, Catch up etc The only function that works is the connection to the planner on my Sky box. Is this a problem that you are aware of and how do I fix?

So I guess today is day 8

I keep rebooting my box and itโs still not giving a proper picture. The tv says Iโve got a good connection but the tv stations say the opposite.
