    No more @premierleague fixtures for me, I do not go very often, but never again. Looks like I will be visiting @theposhofficial & controversially @CambridgeUtdFC along with our local teams for my football fix. @SkySports cancelled, WTF are the clubs and players up to! #Disgrace

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam can’t get any help on the phone. My bill has tripled and I can’t talk to anyone until I pay £180, my bill is usually £33. This isn’t on at all, I can see why people are using IPTV more and more

    @pdavis43 @SkySports Problem is without reviewing every single thing and having 300 cameras looking at every angle and decision throughout every match there's always going to be teams and players that get away with one, just lucky it was us this time, midweek it went against us & will again next week

    Having recently upgraded to sky Q with @SkyUK I’m shocked how poor it is, for me it’s a massive backwards step! The menus are confusing and the recordings have no order what so ever! And don’t get me started on them charging £14.99 for the premiership games! 😡

    @SkySports you are a bunch of con artists. There is now a pattern forming, so as soon as you reach your direct debt date guess what the technical problems all of a sudden disappears because they have another months money I will be leaving sky completely as soon as I can *****

    @SkyHelpTeam I have had poor reception or no reception to my sky Q service since the middle of June and I’m now fed up with it. I keep rebooting my box and it’s still not giving a proper picture. The tv says I’ve got a good connection but the tv stations say the opposite.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky,it was a little temperamental this morning but eventually seemed to work fine & agree it appears that last nights issue has been resolved. I haven’t been using the tv this evening so can’t comment on any further issues but will advise accordingly if I encounter any. Cheers

    @VodafoneUK you might need to work on your new customer experience 3 days, 10 calls, 24 hours since a manager took it on and still waiting for his follow up call to resolve the issues . . I’m not even a customer yet! @SkyUK I might not leave you after all. .

    @SkyHelpTeam outrageous customer service today. Spoke to Jordan on your live chat service. Waited 80 mins to get someone available. 3 mins in he says that he's due his lunch break & is off for 30mins!!! Unacceptable. I will be making a formal complaint & leaving Sky 👋

    So I ring @SkyUK on their Customer care line 03337591018 at 12.55 today and after the usual computer generated questions to identify I wanted 2 speak with someone about broadband recorded message stating that dept only open 8.30am to 9pm 7 days a week ! So I guess today is day 8

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s missing the point. You are harassing ex customers, I’m staggered that after a year of constant calls, sometimes twice a day, your company thinks this is acceptable behaviour. If a customer doesn’t answer any calls after a month, remove them.

    @SkyUK customer service is quite impressively bad. Engineer doesn't turn up and then get dumped from one call queue to another. 90 minutes in and no further forward.

    On the phone to @SkyUK to renew my package with them. So far, been cut off twice and not put through to the department we really need to speak to. On hold again now. This is what Sky Diamond VIP service looks like.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Virginmedia were horrible to us. My mother had a stroke and had severe dementia. we tried to cancel her broadband and just keep the tv as she couldn't use a computer any more. They kept asking to speak to her and got angry when she couldn't remember her password. Utter scum.

The lady on the phone couldn't grasp she'd passed even though her contract had been terminated. She kept saying she'd been a Mobile Customer for 10 years, she would get a great deal. Useless

    @SkySports Stupid question. No debate. Rules are rules. England dodged a bullet due to a faulty tech system. No doubt that the ball hit the cable. To question this is like asking if the sky is blue or green. And 54 % chooses green due to the narrative. Good luck in the semis 👍🏻
