@SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky,it was a little temperamental this morning but eventually seemed to work fine & agree it appears that last nights issue has been resolved. I haven’t been using the tv this evening so can’t comment on any further issues but will advise accordingly if I encounter any. Cheers

@SkyHelpTeam I have internet through wired connection, and though a wired, non Sky extender. The problem is the WiFi through the Sky equipment. It’s there, some devices cannot connect and regularly there is no internet thought the signal!!

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, I have been told that thers's an outage in my area. I have been living in this area for 16 years and it is the first time that I have had no internet connection for such a long time! But I am getting used to it, in last 3 months with Sky, I haven't had internet for 25 days!
