    @SkyUK why are you making it so increasingly difficult for customers to contact you? Your app isn't working, you won't allow us to phone up, and the online process is so convoluted it's unreal. I'm trying to sort an issue you "fixed" but have actually made worse!

    No more @premierleague fixtures for me, I do not go very often, but never again. Looks like I will be visiting @theposhofficial & controversially @CambridgeUtdFC along with our local teams for my football fix. @SkySports cancelled, WTF are the clubs and players up to! #Disgrace

    @SkySports you are a bunch of con artists. There is now a pattern forming, so as soon as you reach your direct debt date guess what the technical problems all of a sudden disappears because they have another months money I will be leaving sky completely as soon as I can *****

    @SkyHelpTeam #blackfriday offer ends in 4 hours. Call this number it says to me, an existing customer. The number is closed. Absolutely rubbish.

    @ms_manutd @SkyUK Thanks. I've had Sky for 15+ years and BT Sport since they got the CL. I've rarely had any problems with either, but Virgin was going to save me money. I'd really prefer to stay with Sky especially now they can provide BT Sport. You may have just swung it 👍😊

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky,it was a little temperamental this morning but eventually seemed to work fine & agree it appears that last nights issue has been resolved. I haven’t been using the tv this evening so can’t comment on any further issues but will advise accordingly if I encounter any. Cheers

    @SkyHelpTeam my husband received a call offering a deal, he said he would think about it and call back however was told they could not access the same deals as the sales team that called him. We have now been waiting weeks for a call back. Can you help please?

    @SW_Removals @SkyHelpTeam I’ve had to use 2 boosters in my 3 bed house as well. Reading all the forums after being unable to be sorted by sky, it appears that their broadband routers aren’t the best for WiFi 🙁 I use TP Link ones and since installing them, haven’t had a problem.

    @SkyHelpTeam I don't really want to complain. I just want my phone and broadband to be cancelled on the right day. And I don't want the service ordered at my new home as it is going to take you 174 days to deliver it. So I want to cancel that too. It's a reasonable request and very simple.

    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband has been up and down a lot this week - a few times an hour at its worst (each time it goes down and comes back after a couple of minutes). Checked with some other Sky customers in the area and they’ve had similar. Any known issues or work happening in CV34?

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks - tbf I have a connection right now so it’s loving it and unsurprisingly not detecting any issues when I run the test. Will try when it next goes down but seems unlikely that it’ll even work!
