@SkyUK why are you making it so increasingly difficult for customers to contact you? Your app isn't working, you won't allow us to phone up, and the online process is so convoluted it's unreal. I'm trying to sort an issue you "fixed" but have actually made worse!

@ms_manutd @SkyUK Thanks. I've had Sky for 15+ years and BT Sport since they got the CL. I've rarely had any problems with either, but Virgin was going to save me money. I'd really prefer to stay with Sky especially now they can provide BT Sport. You may have just swung it 👍😊

@SkyUK broadband contract about to expire. Now over £40pcm to renew. Customer service can’t improve on the online offer and the best deals only go to new customers. Been with SKY for nearly 20 years and spent an awful lot of money. Wasn’t asking for much, just some recognition for being a loyal customer. I guess loyalty goes both ways.
