    @SkySports you are a bunch of con artists. There is now a pattern forming, so as soon as you reach your direct debt date guess what the technical problems all of a sudden disappears because they have another months money I will be leaving sky completely as soon as I can *****

    @legendkiller2k8 @SkySportsPL but you have to request it and most I know say it doesn't work. They should pause it for every sports channel automatically. Customers shouldn't have to request it. Come on @SkyUK many firms helping out.

    @SkyUK why are you making it so increasingly difficult for customers to contact you? Your app isn't working, you won't allow us to phone up, and the online process is so convoluted it's unreal. I'm trying to sort an issue you "fixed" but have actually made worse!

    @SkyHelpTeam #blackfriday offer ends in 4 hours. Call this number it says to me, an existing customer. The number is closed. Absolutely rubbish.

    @btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

    @ms_manutd @SkyUK Thanks. I've had Sky for 15+ years and BT Sport since they got the CL. I've rarely had any problems with either, but Virgin was going to save me money. I'd really prefer to stay with Sky especially now they can provide BT Sport. You may have just swung it 👍😊

    @SkyHelpTeam hello, I’ve been informed of a six week delay on my Sky Broadband installation. It was supposed to be activated today and is now showing as Jan 25th 2023?? Tried calling a few times for an explanation - no help at all on the phone.

    Looks like this @SkyUK pin requirement is utter crap when I can go to the same programme requiring a pin on sky that is on freeview at the exact same time without having to put in a pin! @SkyHelpTeam

    @skytv @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Has anyone else received poor service from Sky Broadband & Telephone recently.They have tested my telephone lines for a fault, and they are refusing to send me a written report which I can submit to another firm for a second opinion.Unprofessional !
