    We switched to @SkyUK broadband as it was meant to be better. It’s just as awful as Virgin was. The damn thing is always going down. I’m going to mega pissed if I can’t buy tickets to meet Taker at 5pm.

    @jessicabrierley @SkyUK Same happened to me. Bill increased from £80 to around £110 a month. Phoned them and got them down to £78. They have literally no interest in current customers the new customers get the best deals, if it wasn't for Pepper Pig and Hey Duggee I'd probably cancel altogether.

    @SkyHelpTeam Afternoon, I raised an issue with router firmware on the phone app, and was flagged for downgrade. A couple of days later I get a txt asking if my issue is resolved. I reply no and I've had no response for nearly a week

    @SkyHelpTeam I HAVE kept previous number. That’s definitely the line in use. It’s also the number registered in my Apple ID info on phone. HOWEVER, it’s not the number appearing on people’s phones when I text them. Bizarre. Your link won’t help as it’s about keeping old number. I’ve done that

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Terrible customer service. Trying to cancel father-in-laws Sky TV, on phone for half an hour enduring hard sell tactics. Thank God he had me to talk on his behalf, feel sorry for elderly and vulnerable who have no one to help them. Disgusting.

    @virginmedia I did - no help there. Was sent to the customer service team, then technical team, now waiting for the customer service team again. I just need to know how long I have left in the contract before @SkyUK can buy me out.

I've watched for 40 years and never have I been so bored with the whole show.... infact it's not even a show anymore.... it's bedtime reading at best.
