@SkyHelpTeam Reward would come, ignore email sent on May 30th stating your friend has not become an active Sky TV customer, so unfortunately you don't qualify for an Introduce a Friend reward, & which they did in June because of COVID not fault of their own, did refer a friend on Feb 29th

@btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

@legendkiller2k8 @SkySportsPL but you have to request it and most I know say it doesn't work. They should pause it for every sports channel automatically. Customers shouldn't have to request it. Come on @SkyUK many firms helping out.

@ms_manutd @SkyUK Thanks. I've had Sky for 15+ years and BT Sport since they got the CL. I've rarely had any problems with either, but Virgin was going to save me money. I'd really prefer to stay with Sky especially now they can provide BT Sport. You may have just swung it 👍😊

@SkyHelpTeam I have done all that. It's says there is a problem and to get an engineer. But that will cost £65. An engineer completely replaced the line a few months back and it worked fine for a few months after that. So I can't see there being a problem at my end.

@SkyUK for the love of God how do you get to actually get to speak to a human about a problem. The issue can’t be resolved by looking on line so I need to speak to someone
