    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Liam, is there any further information for SG8 at all? I phoned earlier with little information available, other than it could take 2 days. It’s been down since around 9am and is still not back up. The online service checker is still showing the same “couple of hours” message

    @SkyHelpTeam @itscoxyofficial Shocking service. Delighted I’m not with sky but have friends affected. Router in sync but no authentication. Sky, why don’t you just tell your customers what the problem is? It’s a fibre break, where? If it’s a server issue, then share that too.

    @VodafoneUK you might need to work on your new customer experience 3 days, 10 calls, 24 hours since a manager took it on and still waiting for his follow up call to resolve the issues . . I’m not even a customer yet! @SkyUK I might not leave you after all. .

    @SkyUK absolute atrocious service, would definitely NOT recommend. Currently hanging in the phone listening to dreadful music after falling asleep waiting for you to answer earlier. Dreadful broadband can’t wait for my contact to end. If you do decide to answer the phone I’m here
