@SkyHelpTeam I have had poor reception or no reception to my sky Q service since the middle of June and I’m now fed up with it. I keep rebooting my box and it’s still not giving a proper picture. The tv says I’ve got a good connection but the tv stations say the opposite.

@legendkiller2k8 @SkySportsPL but you have to request it and most I know say it doesn't work. They should pause it for every sports channel automatically. Customers shouldn't have to request it. Come on @SkyUK many firms helping out.

@btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

@SkyHelpTeam Last time I spoke to one of your colleagues she said she could see a huge dip in speeds and yet the online tools show that it’s been at 40mbps forever. We have never been able to connect with that speed since we moved to this substandard service.

@SkyHelpTeam tried getting the 30 day free trial for Prime Video through apps on my sky box and was charged the monthly fee straight away. Amazon refunded me but said it's a problem on Sky. How do I get the free trial via Sky?
