@uncorrect_me @SkySports @SkySportsF1 What about when both Leclerc and Otmar said it was a racing incident. 2 neutrals with nothing to gain from either outcome agreed it was a racing incident. If anything Leclerc would have wanted a more severe penalty to Lewis so he could get the win but agreed a racing incident.
