@SkyHelpTeam @itscoxyofficial Shocking service. Delighted I’m not with sky but have friends affected. Router in sync but no authentication. Sky, why don’t you just tell your customers what the problem is? It’s a fibre break, where? If it’s a server issue, then share that too.

@SkyHelpTeam people UK wide are having massive problems connecting to multiple websites and VPN. I can access these pages fine if I swap to my mobile broadband..........
