@SkyHelpTeam I've tried all the online advise. I was contacted by a rep of your's the other evening asking for some feedback as I've had sky glass for a year. He was going to email me a number where I could request a replacement but the number never came?

@SkyUK My Sky Stream won’t work because you cannot send me a replacement remote. Used to have Sky Broadband years ago. Swore I would never use it again because the connection was so unreliable. BT costs more, but is much more reliable and their customer service is first class.
