@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam can’t get any help on the phone. My bill has tripled and I can’t talk to anyone until I pay £180, my bill is usually £33. This isn’t on at all, I can see why people are using IPTV more and more

@SkyHelpTeam I have had poor reception or no reception to my sky Q service since the middle of June and I’m now fed up with it. I keep rebooting my box and it’s still not giving a proper picture. The tv says I’ve got a good connection but the tv stations say the opposite.

@rollingcreation @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Yes, I’m soooo lucky they can squeeze me in this month...... But it’s ok, because as the Customer Service tells me: “You can still watch on your PlayStation”..... Ideal for a family of four that share no common TV interests.....

@btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

@BenColeyGolf Been saying it for years. @SkySports have brilliant cricket pundits but when it comes to golf, with the odd exception, the punditry is poor. Thieving a living and ripping up those paying for subscriptions. You’d find 10000 fans at the Open every year with more knowledge.
