    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve made 7 phone calls over the last week and finally ‘Francis’ has made sense of a bad situation ... I’m not overly confident and, as a loyal customer, hugely disappointed... if there’s anyway of tracing ‘Scottish Francis’ - the guy deserves a gold star or donut 🍩

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky,it was a little temperamental this morning but eventually seemed to work fine & agree it appears that last nights issue has been resolved. I haven’t been using the tv this evening so can’t comment on any further issues but will advise accordingly if I encounter any. Cheers

    Having recently upgraded to sky Q with @SkyUK I’m shocked how poor it is, for me it’s a massive backwards step! The menus are confusing and the recordings have no order what so ever! And don’t get me started on them charging £14.99 for the premiership games! 😡

    @angry_corner @SkyHelpTeam 2 working days for Ofcom’s autocomp from the day after the fault is reported by yourself or noted as an outage if its a network issue so sounds like you’ve got another couple of days for that but it can take longer

    @SkyHelpTeam I've come to the conclusion all Sky want to do is lie. I've had people call me and never have. I've waited for "written responses" that never were written. To lie to customer to get contracts is not something I'd do but from the perspective of a victim Sky lie
