    Having recently upgraded to sky Q with @SkyUK I’m shocked how poor it is, for me it’s a massive backwards step! The menus are confusing and the recordings have no order what so ever! And don’t get me started on them charging £14.99 for the premiership games! 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Liam, is there any further information for SG8 at all? I phoned earlier with little information available, other than it could take 2 days. It’s been down since around 9am and is still not back up. The online service checker is still showing the same “couple of hours” message

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s missing the point. You are harassing ex customers, I’m staggered that after a year of constant calls, sometimes twice a day, your company thinks this is acceptable behaviour. If a customer doesn’t answer any calls after a month, remove them.

    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky+ apps have stopped working fully on both of my android devices (phone and tablet). No TV Guide, Search, Movies, Catch up etc The only function that works is the connection to the planner on my Sky box. Is this a problem that you are aware of and how do I fix?

    @SkyHelpTeam Mine has been down most of the time since just after midnight. Came on for half an hour around 4 ish this afternoon. And it could have been on between 12.30 and 7 this morning. I was in bed. But I will get a text to tell me when it's fixed, so all is well 🙄 West Manchester area

    @samsully98 @SkyHelpTeam And that’s obviously worse but considering there’s a cost of living crisis, making people commit to spending extra money to work from the office - when the outage might be fixed by tomorrow, really isn’t fair. I just want to know if it’s likely to be fixed by tomorrow morning.
