Having recently upgraded to sky Q with @SkyUK I’m shocked how poor it is, for me it’s a massive backwards step! The menus are confusing and the recordings have no order what so ever! And don’t get me started on them charging £14.99 for the premiership games! 😡

@SkyHelpTeam Managed to resolve my resetting my router but have an issue when I try and use the app. My credentials don’t work and looks like the Microsoft Authenticator isn’t linked to my account.

@SkyHelpTeam I have done nothing but contact them since Sunday and they have been as much help as a chocolate fire guard. No internet since Saturday, blaming everyone else then charging me for an item I didn’t receive and telling me you can’t refund me was just the icing on the cake.

@brianzeilinger @SkyUK Did the same to us when moving house a couple years ago. Cancelled our broadband a whole month early due to an error on their side. Had to buy mobile data packs until moving house. ‘Nothing we can do’ was always their line. Never going with them again.
