    Having recently upgraded to sky Q with @SkyUK I’m shocked how poor it is, for me it’s a massive backwards step! The menus are confusing and the recordings have no order what so ever! And don’t get me started on them charging £14.99 for the premiership games! 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam we want to change our address on our account (we moved 5 years ago) as you have it incorrect despite sending out an engineer when we moved. Please help as your automated phone service is useless and apparently all ‘real’ people are currently furloughed!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Managed to resolve my resetting my router but have an issue when I try and use the app. My credentials don’t work and looks like the Microsoft Authenticator isn’t linked to my account.

    @VodafoneUK you might need to work on your new customer experience 3 days, 10 calls, 24 hours since a manager took it on and still waiting for his follow up call to resolve the issues . . I’m not even a customer yet! @SkyUK I might not leave you after all. .

    @SkyHelpTeam It's really getting to a point where it's nothing new for me and my partner. Third time in 2 months it's been down for us due to issues with bt men messing about with the streets open reach so you can imagine our frustration atm with this on top of that issue alone! 😶

    @SkyHelpTeam Can you confirm that the problem in East Yorkshire is being investigated? When I check the service status it still says there are no problems in the area but that isn't the case as many others in the area have reported problems.

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky Q. It’s now the third time we’ve had this issue in just over a year. The last time an engineer came to change the box and now nothing is working, including app services and recordings and your line is all automated
