@virginmedia So VM, I’ve been ‘talking’ to Andi BOT for the past 90 minutes and it says wait times are over 15mins but ‘it’ has been saying this for over an hour!! There’s only so many times I can reset the damn router to try and improve wifi! Really regretting leaving @SkyUK atm

@SkyHelpTeam hi team, I had a load of issues over a year ago with latest sky q boxes and Bt Wi-Fi mesh discs - boxes kept freezing and getting overly warm. I had to cancel membership. Has this issue been resolved yet?

@SkyHelpTeam The info given always states the same,’will be a few days’ it is a great inconvenience. We pay £44 per month for this non service. Am running up a huge data bill with my mobile company and you are suggesting I use it to go online to b]e told the same info each day 🙄

I’ve just discovered that @SkyHelpTeam conducted a hard credit check on me in December for a product I never had. This constitutes a breach of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), as it involved processing my personal data without a lawful basis or my explicit consent. Now, as I attempt to close my accounts via their website, I’m met with repeated errors that prevent me from doing so. It feels as though I'm being deliberately obstructed from leaving, which is both frustrating and unacceptable. I am minded to pause the direct debit to facilitate a resolution!!
