    @TalkTalk so frustrated lack of support and service. Customer in cooling of period. Now moving to @SkyUK but @talktalk talking rubbish. Even engineer told me they don’t know what they are going!!!!

    @SkyUK we spent an hour trying to cancel my Nona who is 81 who is in serious pain who has had her house knocked down & she is moving into a flat . The customer services are absolutely terrible , why can't you make an easy process rather than have all these delaying tactics

    Sick to the death of @SkyUK I have been a customer for nearly 20 years! Since I’ve taken Sky Q have had nothing but issues! New customers get TV’s and I get price increases. 🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK - just wasted another hour of my life on the phone. Sky do not want to help. Sky do not want to fix my problem. Sky do not care about me, or my 12 years of loyalty. I have been treated appallingly. All I want is for my faulty Sky Q silver box to be replaced..

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, our Broadband has stopped working again, it’s been like this all week now. Thought we resolved it on Saturday but it’s gone again. Was told it was an OpenReach power issue in Enfield.

    @prickettboy3 @premierleague The market determines what consumers are willing to pay to watch live football. If the @SkySports price was too high for fewer matches, then presumably customers can cancel.

    @SkyHelpTeam Funny how the speed you say I’m paying for has dropped from appr 10mbps when I first started paying Sky for broadband over 10 years ago is now down to THREE !!!! That is shocking, what’s the reason? You haven’t lowered the charge!

    @SkyHelpTeam Internet drops in and out and it is as slower than what I paid for and doesnt reach the whole of the house which sky garentee , the multi room always looses connection to the main box and the main box turns its self on in the middle of the night and always losses signal
