    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps losing connection. I follow all the procedures; I’ve reset my hub, taken out cables & reinserted them, turned hub off and on again. Follow steps for broadband tests/MySky, all useless. No issues in my local area according to my Sky 😡 Please help!

    @SkyUK we have been a customer of yours for 5 months, upgraded our internet with you, got a mesh system, yet we still have WiFi issues. We have spent an hour a week (20+ hours) with your Customer Service team doing resets. I need WiFi for work! What can you do as this can’t go on

    @SkyUK Hi, I’ve been trying to regain access to sky go extra as part of my sky vip but it’s still not working & tells me to upgrade! I have made 3 of phone calls & it knows it’s free on the tv but not on the my sky app that matters. Really poor sky.
