@virginmedia So VM, I’ve been ‘talking’ to Andi BOT for the past 90 minutes and it says wait times are over 15mins but ‘it’ has been saying this for over an hour!! There’s only so many times I can reset the damn router to try and improve wifi! Really regretting leaving @SkyUK atm

@sky no satellite signal = two week wait for an engineer It worked yesterday and doesn’t work today We have not done a thing here!!!!! Why does it takes two weeks to fix a problem you created. Whilst I still pay stupid money for the service!!!! Not impressed @SkySports

@IanJamsie @SkyHelpTeam Its an awful TV. Picture quality is years behind current tech. Its as heavy as a 90s TV and it gets ridiculously hot. If you want a better picture quality, or to skip adds, or dilby surround sound.. you can pay for it in addition to the astronomical upfront cost.

@SkyHelpTeam I'm also having trouble with some the other app on Sky Q as well. Such as @channel5_tv app and @ParamountPlusUK app too it goes to a black screen halfway through the programmes that I have watch on these apps.
