@virginmedia So VM, I’ve been ‘talking’ to Andi BOT for the past 90 minutes and it says wait times are over 15mins but ‘it’ has been saying this for over an hour!! There’s only so many times I can reset the damn router to try and improve wifi! Really regretting leaving @SkyUK atm

@SkyHelpTeam Sky tech team came out Monday checked all in house equipment and passed it over to open reach/ open reach came out today and still being advised damage to by hub. Been told early best week but have no faith in this as been waiting far too long

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Liam, is there any further information for SG8 at all? I phoned earlier with little information available, other than it could take 2 days. It’s been down since around 9am and is still not back up. The online service checker is still showing the same “couple of hours” message

@SkyHelpTeam hi team, I had a load of issues over a year ago with latest sky q boxes and Bt Wi-Fi mesh discs - boxes kept freezing and getting overly warm. I had to cancel membership. Has this issue been resolved yet?

@SkyHelpTeam Issue as now been resolved! Very poor communication from sky on this.. I had an engineer booked as this was the only option available when I tried to resolve the outage. Very poor service from Sky!!!!

@TimmyHammersley I’m in Italy and if it wasn’t for sky I couldn’t watch any games this weekend. Unless I start paying for gaago. Same way people can pay for gaago/skysports at home/abroad if they want to watch extra games that rte are not showing, and never used to show anyway before sky
