@SkyHelpTeam Sky tech team came out Monday checked all in house equipment and passed it over to open reach/ open reach came out today and still being advised damage to by hub. Been told early next week but have no faith in this as been waiting far too long

@virginmedia So VM, I’ve been ‘talking’ to Andi BOT for the past 90 minutes and it says wait times are over 15mins but ‘it’ has been saying this for over an hour!! There’s only so many times I can reset the damn router to try and improve wifi! Really regretting leaving @SkyUK atm

Anybody have any recommendations on good broadband and TV providers (not Virgin) as @SkyHelpTeam can't give me anything near approaching a good deal after 3 years of being a customer.

@SkyHelpTeam Don't know if it's you or open reach that I need to talk to but communication has been awful regarding new fibre that we didn't even really want. They keep changing appointments and then just turning up on random days anyway. And they've make a mess of the garden.
