@SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps losing connection. I follow all the procedures; I’ve reset my hub, taken out cables & reinserted them, turned hub off and on again. Follow steps for broadband tests/MySky, all useless. No issues in my local area according to my Sky 😡 Please help!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Ellie, yes it does - I ran this last night and it has detected a problem and booked an engineer visit for me. It just seemed very odd that a few days after my minimum contract expired, the speed reduced to those comparable with the "superfast 35"!

So much for being a so called "sky vip customer ". TV package cancelled and the retention offer was pathetic,really poor @skytv @SkyUK your equipment is on its way.
