    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps losing connection. I follow all the procedures; I’ve reset my hub, taken out cables & reinserted them, turned hub off and on again. Follow steps for broadband tests/MySky, all useless. No issues in my local area according to my Sky 😡 Please help!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, am a New customer, placed an order for sky tv few days ago. An engineer is supposed to come today to give the new connection. Am waiting... no email or call or text about the time of visit. Called few different numbers but no response 😕

    @SkyUK we have been a customer of yours for 5 months, upgraded our internet with you, got a mesh system, yet we still have WiFi issues. We have spent an hour a week (20+ hours) with your Customer Service team doing resets. I need WiFi for work! What can you do as this can’t go on

    @virginmedia Thanks, all sorted and against my better judgment I stayed with Virgin and cancelled the @SkyUK package I had signed up for whilst waiting. I have to say the Sky service I got even when cancelling their order was multiple times better than Virgin.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi guys, why can’t I reconnect my Q box / Minis back via a wired connection? Boxes say there’s an issue etc But WiFi and Wired connections elsewhere in my home are perfectly fine 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
