    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps losing connection. I follow all the procedures; I’ve reset my hub, taken out cables & reinserted them, turned hub off and on again. Follow steps for broadband tests/MySky, all useless. No issues in my local area according to my Sky 😡 Please help!

    @SkyUK we have been a customer of yours for 5 months, upgraded our internet with you, got a mesh system, yet we still have WiFi issues. We have spent an hour a week (20+ hours) with your Customer Service team doing resets. I need WiFi for work! What can you do as this can’t go on

    @SkyUK hi, am a New customer and placed an order for sky tv few days ago. An engineer is supposed to come today to give the new connection. Am waiting... no email or call or text about the engineer visit. Called few different numbers but no response 😕

    @SkyHelpTeam is there a problem with broadband in SG9? Connection keeps coming and going, run tests and it says there’s no problem. Keeps happening, getting to the point where we’re thinking of changing ISP

    @SkyHelpTeam So I’ve upgraded my dads broadband for him (speeds he was getting for price was insane) but his account online has TV on which he doesn’t/shouldn’t have. He’s really poorly atm and is reliant on internet. Also, can I pay more to have his hub and service on quicker?

    @SkyHelpTeam No broadband since this morning. Frustrating to say the least. Trying to 'contact us' leads to page without being able to contact you. Not helpful. Please help check out service thank you.

    @SkyHelpTeam And in the meantime we're paying for a none existent service, and have had to purchase a standalone Wifi device which you refused to provide to keep us online. Shocking lack of customer service.

    @SkyHelpTeam No... bit I have no service at my new address and "no date" for install but must continue to pay. Regardless of future rebates this is awful service.
