@SkyHelpTeam hi team, I had a load of issues over a year ago with latest sky q boxes and Bt Wi-Fi mesh discs - boxes kept freezing and getting overly warm. I had to cancel membership. Has this issue been resolved yet?

@SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps losing connection. I follow all the procedures; I’ve reset my hub, taken out cables & reinserted them, turned hub off and on again. Follow steps for broadband tests/MySky, all useless. No issues in my local area according to my Sky 😡 Please help!

@SkyHelpTeam Sky tech team came out Monday checked all in house equipment and passed it over to open reach/ open reach came out today and still being advised damage to by hub. Been told early next week but have no faith in this as been waiting far too long

@SkyUK how can I speak to a human about my bad broadband signal at home? I pay for boost or whatever it is but I can’t get a VPN to connect as the signal is almost nonexistent in parts of the phone. Just go round in circles on help pages, app and no phone number.

@SkySports That was a disgrace the other night. I'm sitting in my hoose, thousands of miles away, and saw that the lad was knocked out from the replay of the incident, even if only briefly. Shoulda been taken off, no questions asked. The French medical staff have had a shocker here.
