@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I have been waiting for a Sky engineer from 8am to 5pm, and nobody has shown up. Spoken to customer services and they have said won’t be able to install until the new year. I’m a new sky customer, what an appalling service. How will this be sorted?

@SkyHelpTeam It takes like 15 min just getting in contact with a human, is there really not a number I can call to just get in contact with someone that can fix the account? I'm like 99% sure it is a backend issue but the phone operators struggle with it.

@SkyHelpTeam I've tried everything I can think of. The playlist is unusable at the moment. I have no problems watching Amazon tv on my firestick or when I use YouTube. It even happens when it is the only device connected to my router.

@Riddley82 @SkyHelpTeam Sky can’t fix communal dishes as they are owned and managed by your landlord/property management company. Its literally the liability of whoever owns and manages the building so if they won’t do it then you’ll have the cancel but that decision is forced by your landlord not Sky
