@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I have been waiting for a Sky engineer from 8am to 5pm, and nobody has shown up. Spoken to customer services and they have said won’t be able to install until the new year. I’m a new sky customer, what an appalling service. How will this be sorted?

@SkyUK Why do I have to buy or upgrade to sky glass ? Why not allow access via an app on any smart tv? I am customer but this is just another way getting more money out of many loyal customers. Sky Q is disappointing,with no reminder option,poor quality remote for handling etc.

@SkySports A number of our players could be a 5 in all honesty. Mane, Firmino, any of the back line. So poor performances but it's a huge win in one of the toughest places to go against probably one of the most theatrical and unprofessional teams there are.
