    @SkyHelpTeam Managed to resolve my resetting my router but have an issue when I try and use the app. My credentials don’t work and looks like the Microsoft Authenticator isn’t linked to my account.

    @SkyHelpTeam Guys, I have signed up for broadband at my new home after not being with sky, but the login keeps bringing up my old account information which has closed. Can someone rectify as I can’t see my bills and my information about my address has changed.

    Betweeen them @SkyUK and @WeAreOpenreach have disconnected our phone line, without telling us or warning us We have lost our number which we’ve had for 35 years. We’ve never not paid a bill and are supposedly VIP customer. I am shielding at the moment & now have no landline.

    @SkySports Fair play Jocks, played very very well..... But, gotta say, that's the worst England performance I've seen in 30 years. Absolutely dreadful..... Couldn't catch, kick or make a decision. Defence looked okay, but nothing offensively and failed at the basics. #swinglow

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank this would greatly improve the service experience, you can usually skip ads when watching on-demand on tv but not on other devises. I am a fan of the shows available on sky go.

    @SkyHelpTeam @T_Madden31 Standard response - ‘run a line test’. Outcome - new micro filter sent. Result - broadband still absolutely pants. Process repeated until contract expires. Renewal Time - no thanks, find a supplier who actually sends an engineer to sort your line out when there’s an issue 👍🏼
