@SkyUK we have been a customer of yours for 5 months, upgraded our internet with you, got a mesh system, yet we still have WiFi issues. We have spent an hour a week (20+ hours) with your Customer Service team doing resets. I need WiFi for work! What can you do as this can’t go on

@SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps losing connection. I follow all the procedures; I’ve reset my hub, taken out cables & reinserted them, turned hub off and on again. Follow steps for broadband tests/MySky, all useless. No issues in my local area according to my Sky 😡 Please help!

@SkyHelpTeam I brought the Paul and fury fight through sky and it has cut out at the 7th round and is not letting me watch anymore, can you please explain why this is? I can’t see why I should pay £20 when I can’t even watch the last round
