@SkyHelpTeam Guys, I have signed up for broadband at my new home after not being with sky, but the login keeps bringing up my old account information which has closed. Can someone rectify as I can’t see my bills and my information about my address has changed.

@SkyHelpTeam Absolutely DISCUSSING!! I’ve been a customer for 15 years and never missed a payment, you will not let me talk to a person or let me cancel my TV!! 😡 I will be cancelling my Direct Debits because I AM NOT paying for a tv service that I do not recieve

Betweeen them @SkyUK and @WeAreOpenreach have disconnected our phone line, without telling us or warning us We have lost our number which we’ve had for 35 years. We’ve never not paid a bill and are supposedly VIP customer. I am shielding at the moment & now have no landline.

@SkyHelpTeam Managed to resolve my resetting my router but have an issue when I try and use the app. My credentials don’t work and looks like the Microsoft Authenticator isn’t linked to my account.

@SkyHelpTeam so I’m a key worker on the test and trace programme and my internet keeps dropping not good when your calling people I’ve just been told I lll have to wait a week for an issue that’s supposedly need sorted 3 times what Petia say basically tough it’s domestic only

If we only learn one thing from lockdown it’s how awful the UK broadband network is. Rare to see an interview on TV or do an online meeting without some sort of glitch or hang-up! @bt_uk @TalkTalk @virginmedia @VodafoneUK @SkyUK (top 5 UK providers)

.@SkyUK is there any way to make Sky Go not look like the footage was filmed on a Nokia in 2005? I can stream 4k fine on other platforms but this looks like utter garbage. Watching a HD channel but it looks like there's a total of about 8 pixels.

@SkyHelpTeam 'We are having technical difficulties' - this comes up on every option on the website for Broadband. When I then go to the Help section to get help with Offers & Upgrades, it just takes me to the Offers & Upgrades page...rather than offering help!
