@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I have been waiting for a Sky engineer from 8am to 5pm, and nobody has shown up. Spoken to customer services and they have said won’t be able to install until the new year. I’m a new sky customer, what an appalling service. How will this be sorted?

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve made 7 phone calls over the last week and finally ‘Francis’ has made sense of a bad situation ... I’m not overly confident and, as a loyal customer, hugely disappointed... if there’s anyway of tracing ‘Scottish Francis’ - the guy deserves a gold star or donut 🍩

The training ground and OT are rotting. Easy to put it on performances alone genius. Do some research.

@BombFragile @SkySports We have more debt now than when they originally took us over. The ground is decaying. They take out millions every season to line their own pockets. They don’t give a flying **** if the team wins anything, we are a cash cow for them and they are happy to keep milking us.

@theselzman @SkySports Sky is a pay service. That’s why they don’t have them. I would 100% pay for this in NASCAR. We used to have commercials here in American but ESPN was paying so little for the rights that they could actually afford to do it commercial free. Will likely change with next TV deal.

@SkyHelpTeam we’ve run health tests on our broadband & says everything is fine. However we have no Wi-Fi? We’ve tried turning it off and on again & all green lights shows but we have to use 4G to connect online. Help please
