Betweeen them @SkyUK and @WeAreOpenreach have disconnected our phone line, without telling us or warning us We have lost our number which we’ve had for 35 years. We’ve never not paid a bill and are supposedly VIP customer. I am shielding at the moment & now have no landline.

Secondly, about 99% of the problems experienced after the launch have been found to be related to the user not following instructions and signing up incorrectly so wind your neck in and stop moaning
