@SkyHelpTeam My SkyQ box doesn’t work on live sport channels. It says no satellite signal, but is working on all other channels including non live sports events. There’s no issue with weather or line of site, and the box settings are telling me the signal ok

@SkySports @SkyUK As I’m self employed please can you “pause” my subscription now. Your contact centre/online is not working so take away my pain & just suspended everyone’s now. Simple but I’m not holding my breath. Oh & @prodnose would like his paused too whilst you’re at it.

Ordered the boxing and made to pay £29 plus £2 booking fee because it’s half an hour before showing. Just watching the football and you are advertising the boxing at £24.95. Really poor Sky! @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam Apparently there are no known errors in my area but my hub isn’t connected. I have a single orange light. I’ve followed all the health checks including rebooting, disconnecting etc. no luck.
