Betweeen them @SkyUK and @WeAreOpenreach have disconnected our phone line, without telling us or warning us We have lost our number which we’ve had for 35 years. We’ve never not paid a bill and are supposedly VIP customer. I am shielding at the moment & now have no landline.

@SkyHelpTeam Managed to resolve my resetting my router but have an issue when I try and use the app. My credentials don’t work and looks like the Microsoft Authenticator isn’t linked to my account.

@Rammspanghoul @SkyHelpTeam I seem to be seeing the same - the Mux is 11126.5V, Channel 4 HD and 4seven. There are bursts of 'continuity errors', which means part of the video stream is going missing.

@SkyHelpTeam How are they fixing TV problems if they cannot go in? Install sky? Can you clarify what you mean by that? This is all they had to do for me, install a dish, and they could not. You are trying very hard on your brain to cover the engineers ****. Hope you don't end up a haemorage

@SkyHelpTeam It's the broadband that is the issue not the app. All mobiles are on 4g. According to your site it is a local issue. So not a lot you can do. Just a shame that we have experienced it twice in a short space of time. And the frustration is compounded with the situation.
