@SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps losing connection. I follow all the procedures; I’ve reset my hub, taken out cables & reinserted them, turned hub off and on again. Follow steps for broadband tests/MySky, all useless. No issues in my local area according to my Sky 😡 Please help!

Their stress levels must be huge - someone firing off a nasty tweet won’t get the issue sorted faster, so why do it?
