Your contact centre/online is not working so take away my pain & just suspended everyone’s now. Simple but I’m not holding my breath. Oh & @prodnose would like his paused too whilst you’re at it.

It says no satellite signal, but is working on all other channels including non live sports events. There’s no issue with weather or line of site, and the box settings are telling me the signal ok
