Slower speeds than we were previously getting (35mb which it never hits, line is capable of 56mb, confirmed by OpenReach), and WiFi signal is dire @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam

I follow all the procedures; I’ve reset my hub, taken out cables & reinserted them, turned hub off and on again. Follow steps for broadband tests/MySky, all useless.
