    @SkySports @SkyUK As I’m self employed please can you “pause” my subscription now. Your contact centre/online is not working so take away my pain & just suspended everyone’s now. Simple but I’m not holding my breath. Oh & @prodnose would like his paused too whilst you’re at it.

    Absolute shambles of a service from @SkyHelpTeam as wont answer questions on billing, just had to recontract and the amount it quoted is about £24 less than it’s says my future bill is going to be yet you’re happy to take the overpayment with no explanation 😡

    @timblazey @SkyUK @Ofcom I had problems with sky internet being slow. It improved using the old, non sky modem, but have since moved.

    If we only learn one thing from lockdown it’s how awful the UK broadband network is. Rare to see an interview on TV or do an online meeting without some sort of glitch or hang-up! @bt_uk @TalkTalk @virginmedia @VodafoneUK @SkyUK (top 5 UK providers)

    @SkyHelpTeam Guys, I have signed up for broadband at my new home after not being with sky, but the login keeps bringing up my old account information which has closed. Can someone rectify as I can’t see my bills and my information about my address has changed.

    Basic Tv package £28 Landline & very slow broadband £38 £66 a month I don't even use the landline!! Think its time to think about migrating from @SkyHelpTeam #Overpriced

    @SkySports I'm one for criticising footballers in the top flight for the wages. But , and only that, if they open up if they have issues and not give it Billy big bollocks, then we will all have sympathy, no matter who we support. We are ALL living in a crazy time right now, so be honest .

    @SkyHelpTeam So nothing new with the broadband service. Mine drops out 3 or 4 times a day and has done since I switched to sky, and that was in October. Customer services and technical always fob me off saying its a different issue each time. I'm struggling to find a reason why I chose sky

    @SkyHelpTeam Can't say your customer services messaging was either frequent enough or on point given the fact this was a serious outtage which seems to have affected most of the country, but appreciate the apology.
