@SkyHelpTeam Currently have no way of controlling my heating as hive won’t work (glad it’s only 2°) can’t access most of my sky tv and having to use up my phone data as broadband still down in CM23 area and all you keep saying is no update! Don’t you think you should give us some info?

@SkyUK hi, am a New customer and placed an order for sky tv few days ago. An engineer is supposed to come today to give the new connection. Am waiting... no email or call or text about the engineer visit. Called few different numbers but no response 😕

@SkyHelpTeam Hi dunno if you can help! For the last two or three days my Q box tries to do an update in the early hours but seems to get stuck leaving no option but to unplug! I’ve tried a software update but that didn’t help! Any ideas?

Hi @dplus_supportUK I’m having a real problem with my @discoveryplusUK account which despite my #SkyQ having ended is still linked to Sky. I have spoken to @SkyHelpTeam who assured me my D+ is fully separated from SkyQ, but this is not the case. Can someone please fix this?
