Booked a new appointment but you cancelled as apparently had been resolved. Which it hasn’t. And can’t talk to a human being as everything directs me to online. Need to rearrange urgently! 🤬

More likely their engineers. They should just raise it as a fault as the order will be closed and showing active fibre service from their side.
