@SkyHelpTeam hi team, I had a load of issues over a year ago with latest sky q boxes and Bt Wi-Fi mesh discs - boxes kept freezing and getting overly warm. I had to cancel membership. Has this issue been resolved yet?

@SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps losing connection. I follow all the procedures; I’ve reset my hub, taken out cables & reinserted them, turned hub off and on again. Follow steps for broadband tests/MySky, all useless. No issues in my local area according to my Sky 😡 Please help!

@virginmedia So VM, I’ve been ‘talking’ to Andi BOT for the past 90 minutes and it says wait times are over 15mins but ‘it’ has been saying this for over an hour!! There’s only so many times I can reset the damn router to try and improve wifi! Really regretting leaving @SkyUK atm

Broadband back on. wasn't an isolated issue seeing as the whole area went out, not just sky customers. Why we weren't told this when others in the area were?! Or was it to get me to spend money on getting someone out to 'fix' it?? @SkyUK switching when the contract ends!
