    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah yeah yeah , been through all of that and also spent AN HOUR on the phone yesterday with your helpdesk. If anything it’s made it worse ! Fed up with paying a lot of money for a virtually unusable service .

    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps losing connection. I follow all the procedures; I’ve reset my hub, taken out cables & reinserted them, turned hub off and on again. Follow steps for broadband tests/MySky, all useless. No issues in my local area according to my Sky 😡 Please help!

    @SkyHelpTeam It says on my package that I have a signal booster! That was years ago and the engineer took it when I got Q installed from memory!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, am a New customer, placed an order for sky tv few days ago. An engineer is supposed to come today to give the new connection. Am waiting... no email or call or text about the time of visit. Called few different numbers but no response 😕

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks. I’ve already done everything. I’m a network project manager so I know the world of telecoms and I’ve booked an engineer for tomorrow. Really poor service that I already have an outage less than 12 hours after provisioning. Will be taking this further

    @SkyHelpTeam Small problem with that, when these issues occur the department is closed and by the time they open are often resolved. Hence raising with you to get accurate information posted somewhere sensible not lost in a slew of Twitter posts

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tested this on the website also and looks like the issue was reported at 8am this morning and it says this can take a couple of hours to fix. As it is now 10am do you have a better time scale for when this should be fixed?
