@SkyHelpTeam but then didn’t. It comes back it disappears. The call centre is saying everyone must call in but can’t get through. Clearly a wider issue although your online checks that we have to do say not. Can you investigate please?

Awful customer service from @SkyUK no broadband, earliest engineer we can get is 10 days time (unless we’re willing to pay extra) and this keeps happening. @Ofcom

@SkyHelpTeam I am now 9 days into no broadband or home phone - I’ve received one update from SkY 3 days ago - still nothing else - it’s quite appalling service if u ask me - just a message saying you’re working on it would suffice just being left in limbo constantly

@SkyHelpTeam we’ve had no sky tv since the stormy weather last week. Tried all the tips, can’t book engineer online as not Sky Q customer, and rang to be told I’m not in a special category and should use the app (that is for Sky Q only!) getting seriously fed up with this now

Hi @SkyHelpTeam relocated my tv due to buying new sofas but our aerials are too short. I have tried calling the support desk but the automated support doesn't have this feature can a sky engineer rectify? Thanks

@SkyHelpTeam annoyed now. Recurring problem. Engineer attended but fault recurred. Booked a new appointment but you cancelled as apparently had been resolved. Which it hasn’t. And can’t talk to a human being as everything directs me to online. Need to rearrange urgently! 🤬

@SkyHelpTeam when you’ve been without broadband for over 4 days I don’t think an automated message saying you’re aware of the problem and you’ll send a text when it’s working is appropriate customer service, or is it?

@SkyHelpTeam hi. My Internet keeps dropping every 10 to 15 minutes. It's also can be slow. I have done all the tests online. Checked all 5he connections even switched the sky hub to sky hub q which is worse. Been a few days now

@realdirtylarry @jeff_gluck There were 45 overtakes Sunday, second most on the season. I had to watch the ticker cause my drivers were moving forward but I never saw their moves. The fact that people thought that race was boring was because of SkySports, not the on track product. They weren’t showing it
