@SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps dropping off. I have just done a couple of speed checks and the mbps keep fluctuating anywhere between 27.5-48mbps, this is under your guaranteed speed of 50mbps. Was never an issue until a few weeks ago - please help.

@SkyHelpTeam Please help with an issue for my Uncle. He’s reliant on Video Calls to Doctors after Chemo due to Covid. He has been informed to wait till next week. SkyQ box showing Orange light, Cables replaced, device restarted. I’ll follow up with a call tomorrow morning.

@SkyHelpTeam beyond shocking service, my pensioner mum who lives alone has had no TV for 3 weeks awaiting an engineer, only to receive a phone call 24 hours before the engineers scheduled visit, to be told he can’t enter the house!!! SHE HAS NO TV!!! What do you suggest?

@SkyHelpTeam Yep - just to be clear it’s not the policy I’m annoyed about - I can understand it. It’s the lack of communication. The engineer was a really nice chap just trying to do a good job but said he’s feeling bad as he’s spending all day disappointing people!
