@SkyHelpTeam I’m a little confused as tomorrow my 82 year old mother is having sky q installed having waiting 2 months for availability. Now received a message saying engineer will do work outside but won’t come in to the home. Can you help or advise?

@SkyHelpTeam no wifi, having to use mobile data, can’t use any apps via the box, what is going on, we more than enough money for this service. In fact most of my plans have expired, may have to look at competitors

@SkyHelpTeam Currently have no way of controlling my heating as hive won’t work (glad it’s only 2°) can’t access most of my sky tv and having to use up my phone data as broadband still down in CM23 area and all you keep saying is no update! Don’t you think you should give us some info?

When I’ve have “no satellite signal’ for 3 days now and @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam tells me the next available engineer is the TWENTY THIRD OF MARCH. If I receive a bill for those 4 weeks without TV there’s gonna be a problem 🙃

@SkyHelpTeam morning, broadband issues in EN11, intermittent, 2 mins working, 2 mins off, etc. Obviously all troubleshooting/diagnostics are useless as it’s sometimes working. Been the case for at least 24 hours, & getting worse (ie, outages more regular). Issues you’re aware of?

Saw skysports discussion about the penalty incident by Martinez on Welbz.. the ref in the studio could not even defend his colleague..the guy didnt know what to say.. i am still shocked it was ignored.. didnt give 2 reds,Maguire and McTominay.. ref had a nightmare

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Chloe spoke to 5 advisors today and although all really nice I got no further, needless to say after 16 years I am no longer a sky customer and my mother in law is on the phone cancelling her contract now after 30 years

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Laura, it doesn't. I went through the trouble shooting tips online and that was the last one. Am I correct in thinking that the only way to get in touch is by phoning? I work pretty long hours so Web chat or getting a resolution here would be idea.
