@SkyHelpTeam not the greatest service I expected for paying nearly £40 per month for home tel/Broadband, 1mont poor service and it just feels no one is interested in getting it fixed, feel really let down. I am takin service back to EE.

@SkyHelpTeam Been waiting all afternoon for an engineer to install my Broadband and have received no visit or call with an update. Also been cut off from a call with your help centre. Service has been absolutely appalling.

@dtoole764 @SkyUK Firstly they said they could fix it outside. Then needed access. Then they didn’t need access. Then they said it’s fixed and it isn’t. Now had to send picture of hub etc.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK - transferred from BT fibre to Sky fibre around 3 weeks ago. My broadband speed has never met the agreed ‘normal’ level (77MB) and is generally in single figures - virtually unusuable. Sky diagnostic test is fine, and on BT I was always getting 60MB plus. Help

@SkyHelpTeam I wanted to make my frustrations felt as your company is awe full, tel line down, Broadband up/down, standard message it could take up to 5 days, been with EE for nearly 3 years no issues at all, what’s going on sky, feel let down as my alarm keeps beeping even worse

@dtoole764 @SkyUK I live in a big block of flats and the box they need has lots of connections. What happens is openreach come and fiddle around for a new customer and end up knocking someone else off.

Just "upgraded" our Sky broadband package to the "Superfast" package. One problem, it isn't "Superfast", it's bloody slower than the previous package. Our line is capable of 56mb, and is meant to be set at that, but, according to my account, is only capable of 35mb @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam That's not very helpful, it ain't your fault Liam. But the broadband has been woeful for a few days. Full outage last night and again today. Whats the problem? Damaged cables, equipment, flood damage? A bit of info and some idea when normal service resumes would be helpful.

@DavidHub33 @SkySports That’s not what happened though is it. If you read the 10 sec penalty given to Max after the race it states Lewis could’ve passed him early on the left but for some strange reason he also slowed down and sat behind Max. Both trying to get drs.

@DavidHub33 @SkySports The fact Lewis maintains he didn’t know Max was letting him past and then proceeds to slow down and sit behind Max is very irregular. Is Max meant to stop to allow Lewis to pass when he feels like it. Max was probably thinking why is he behind me and not passing.
