    Find it odd that since upgrading our broadband (Superfast) with Sky it's gotten worse. Slower speeds than we were previously getting (35mb which it never hits, line is capable of 56mb, confirmed by OpenReach), and WiFi signal is dire @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam

    Just "upgraded" our Sky broadband package to the "Superfast" package. One problem, it isn't "Superfast", it's bloody slower than the previous package. Our line is capable of 56mb, and is meant to be set at that, but, according to my account, is only capable of 35mb @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK - transferred from BT fibre to Sky fibre around 3 weeks ago. My broadband speed has never met the agreed ‘normal’ level (77MB) and is generally in single figures - virtually unusuable. Sky diagnostic test is fine, and on BT I was always getting 60MB plus. Help

    @SkyHelpTeam for several days few of my SkyQ recording have worked. I get so far into the episode and it stops, saying there's a connectivity issue. It's not my internet. Now it's happening with downloaded episodes as well. We've gone through the help suggestions. It did nothing.

    @SkyHelpTeam 1of2: I had this issue in my last property too and I got nowhere. They just tell me the speed of my router which NEVER matches the actual performance of my devices. An advisor ended up giving me discount on my package because the issue wasn’t resolved......

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah, do this all the time. Bored of it now. Pay over £100 a month to have to reset, rejig, and restart everything at least once a day, and no accountability from the service provider. Boring.
