    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Outage still persists after 16 days. Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. No communication from Sky as to why it is taking so long to fix or when it will be fixed. #ridiculous

    Pathetic customer support and help from @SkyUK broadband - activated almost a week ago and still struggling to get internet connection - everytime the customer support just reads out a same generic script involving turning the router on and off - unbelievable

    @SkyHelpTeam an update (although I’ve had no response from you)… the 3rd person I spoke to yesterday, later on, resolved it, easily! Which is a very satisfactory result, of course, but still worrying why 2 people earlier (one in retentions) told me they could offer no solution!

    @SkyHelpTeam I've already gone through that test with the Sky person on the phone last week. The phone line is just dead and internet extremely intermittent. They said there is an outage in my localized area and it would be fixed by Friday but I'm still waiting.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been without internet and landline service for nearly a week now. I was told by Sky the outage would be fixed within two working days and it wasn't. It's now nearly five working days. This is ridiculous. Are you going to fix it or not?

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Tomorrow will be day 21 of the outage. It's gotten worse too. The internet has gone from slow intermittent to not working at all, in addition to the three weeks dead landline phone. I am going to switch provider if you don't fix this very soon. #disgrace

    @SkyHelpTeam I was told by Sky it is an outage in the area and that it would be fixed within two working days. That was three weeks ago and the outage is still present three weeks later. Someone in my road later said were then told it would be fixed by 02/09 but that hasn't happened either.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Today marks an entire month of outage in my area and still it hasn't been fixed. Sky have said on more than one occasion it would be fixed by a certain date. Latest date given for the fix was yesterday but still the outage persists. Do you think this is acceptable?

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam why does itv hub keeping cutting out every 10 mins on my new sky glass tv. Had to reset tv 4 times during 1 programme which is annoying. Can you please advise how to fix this so I don’t have to keep turning the tv off every time as your engineer has suggested

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m really disappointed that your sales team never pointed this out when the called to promote the tv only last week. When I called the help desk to ask for help they said this was an ongoing issue. Surely this should be advised before reaching out to customers to proactive sell

    @SkyHelpTeam Correct, tells me there are no area issues. I went through the troubleshooting process and it said I need an engineer. However there does appear to be a local problem (couple of posts here on twitter from nearby postcodes with same issue).
