@virginmedia So VM, I’ve been ‘talking’ to Andi BOT for the past 90 minutes and it says wait times are over 15mins but ‘it’ has been saying this for over an hour!! There’s only so many times I can reset the damn router to try and improve wifi! Really regretting leaving @SkyUK atm

@SkyHelpTeam Your system doesn’t allow amendments to downgrade but you can upgrade- so it’s easy to spend money on account. I have tried ringing several times a day and when you select downgrade your on hold for nearly an hour. I need to cancel my package and need an option to do this
