@SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps dropping off. I have just done a couple of speed checks and the mbps keep fluctuating anywhere between 27.5-48mbps, this is under your guaranteed speed of 50mbps. Was never an issue until a few weeks ago - please help.

@Sullivan2T @SkyHelpTeam Still having issues I'm afraid, I rang sky aswell and they went through a software install and was told it won't happen again now...low and behold Still the same issue. I've had to book an engineer to come out on Friday to see if they can sort. Really frustrating.
