No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill, loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.

I can see a 3G signal but no 4G and cannot make calls, send messages or get online. Wi-Fi calling also does not work. Are you aware of this issue? Thanks.

Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. They've now got it down to 51 a month and removed multiroom, which i dont actually use, so ill take that for now. But apparently every Internet provider is down in carlisle according to a fb group
