I have just done a couple of speed checks and the mbps keep fluctuating anywhere between 27.5-48mbps, this is under your guaranteed speed of 50mbps. Also no managers around or anyone senior I could speak to to help get a resolution. Eventually got put though to the renewals team (why?) who advised they could offer me £1.70 credit
