@SkyHelpTeam hello. We renewed our sky contract a month or so ago. It seems you have miss sold me what we agreed. I wanted the same package I had. You have done away with sky go and lowered my netflix to basic. And the price is still higher than said. How do I cancel.

@SkyUK why is it so hard to cancel a contract… phone call 1 - randomly goes dead. No phone call back. Phone call 2 - tried to resell the package, then say you’re putting me through to cancellation team. I’ve been on hold for 22 mins. This is ridiculous.
