    @SkyUK we have been a customer of yours for 5 months, upgraded our internet with you, got a mesh system, yet we still have WiFi issues. We have spent an hour a week (20+ hours) with your Customer Service team doing resets. I need WiFi for work! What can you do as this can’t go on

    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps dropping off. I have just done a couple of speed checks and the mbps keep fluctuating anywhere between 27.5-48mbps, this is under your guaranteed speed of 50mbps. Was never an issue until a few weeks ago - please help.

    @SkyHelpTeam Please help with an issue for my Uncle. He’s reliant on Video Calls to Doctors after Chemo due to Covid. He has been informed to wait till next week. SkyQ box showing Orange light, Cables replaced, device restarted. I’ll follow up with a call tomorrow morning.

    @SkyHelpTeam Our internet has been slow with low bandwidth for 3 months and then get sent message about upgrades? Has broadband service got worse in KT7 and any guarantees upgrade will improve?
