They only respond on twitter to say "call by phone", which is impossible mission. in two days we will loose our internet connection because of @SkyUK poor customer service. We need a solution!

We’ve had intermittent internet for over 2 weeks now. We have phoned or emailed @SkyHelpTeam every day sometimes even 2 or 3 times. Absolutely no help, no follow up. Going to go to Virgin!!!
