So is there no way to access my Sky channels without paying double to get Now TV for a month? I was even told I can’t get a “break in service” refund as I don’t need an engineer call-out!

New contract was agreed and post agreement sky increased the prices. I have tried to call sky customer services serval times and keep been on hold and eventually getting disconnected. Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. No explanation for why it took so long. And looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks
