Sky insist it is our Wi-fi but when I cannot view on mini box I can watch on my I phone. New contract was agreed and post agreement sky increased the prices. I have tried to call sky customer services serval times and keep been on hold and eventually getting disconnected. Can’t get no help!

They suggested that I cast Sky Go to my TV but, whether by casting or HDMI, I get a message that “playback is not allowed on external displays” when I try to play anything. Help!

I can see a 3G signal but no 4G and cannot make calls, send messages or get online. Wi-Fi calling also does not work. Are you aware of this issue? Thanks.
