No explanation for why it took so long. And looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks

The internet has gone from slow intermittent to not working at all, in addition to the three weeks dead landline phone. I am going to switch provider if you don't fix this very soon. #disgrace

Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. So is there no way to access my Sky channels without paying double to get Now TV for a month? I was even told I can’t get a “break in service” refund as I don’t need an engineer call-out!

I have just done a couple of speed checks and the mbps keep fluctuating anywhere between 27.5-48mbps, this is under your guaranteed speed of 50mbps. Was never an issue until a few weeks ago - please help.

They call me on a daily basis on different numbers even though it's the same people. They are aggressive and often call back when you hang up on them @skyuk need to do something about them
