    @SkyUK my sky tv has been showing no satellite signal for the past 12 days. New contract was agreed and post agreement sky increased the prices. I have tried to call sky customer services serval times and keep been on hold and eventually getting disconnected. Can’t get no help!

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Finally the outage has been fixed but it took 31 days for the internet to be fixed and 36 days for the phone service to get back working. No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill the loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.

    @virginmedia So VM, I’ve been ‘talking’ to Andi BOT for the past 90 minutes and it says wait times are over 15mins but ‘it’ has been saying this for over an hour!! There’s only so many times I can reset the damn router to try and improve wifi! Really regretting leaving @SkyUK atm

    @SkyHelpTeam I have another question… I was told on demand, catch up & recordings will continue to work while there is no satellite signal. Now I read people saying those services also stop after a couple of days. Which is correct? I have broadband so no reason those should stop? Thanks

    @F1Media @SkyGroup @SkySports This sucks, for users who travel Europe now I need a sky italia subscription, sky uk subscription and f1 subscription when I’m in Belgium if I want to watch the races?! Why can’t I have a single subscription to watch F1 wherever I am in Europe? Very poor customer experience.
