They suggested that I cast Sky Go to my TV but, whether by casting or HDMI, I get a message that “playback is not allowed on external displays” when I try to play anything. Help!

Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. New contract was agreed and post agreement sky increased the prices. I have tried to call sky customer services serval times and keep been on hold and eventually getting disconnected. Can’t get no help!

No explanation for why it took so long. And looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks
