    @SkyHelpTeam It's quite simple really. I have sent a message to you on your mysky app and if Sky is not working by COB Monday, you can collect your boxes on my pavement. Skyq makes Lotus notes look good!

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK - just wasted another hour of my life on the phone. Sky do not want to help. Sky do not want to fix my problem. Sky do not care about me, or my 12 years of loyalty. I have been treated appallingly. All I want is for my faulty Sky Q silver box to be replaced..

    @SkyUK we signed up based on everyone telling us how great your customer service is 1. You chased me repeatedly to confirm installation date. 2. My wife takes a day to stay at home. 3.Your team arrive to tell us they need another team to install it that day 1/2

    @SkyHelpTeam my optic fibre internet has gone down again, how is it living in London paying top whack for my internet and I have so many outages. Sky haven’t sorted this out and I’m totally fed up. Pay for extra tv in bedroom can’t even watch bbc as no internet! #annoyed #rubbish

    @SkyUK I can't be doing with sky anymore.. had satellite issues for past month.. and just ended up with a rude person at end of phn who refused to think it was box or dish.. and paid for a movie and dvd over a month ago and still no dvd yet I got charged for it.. going elsewhere I think

    Does anyone have experience of using VoIP phones with multiple extensions in the same house? We're changing over to full fibre internet and the woman at the @SkyUK said we wouldn't be able to have multiple extensions, which a) seems wrong and b) is a problem. I don't do mobiles

    @SkyHelpTeam my vulnerable dad has been left with no internet for over a week, he called your call centre again for help to get this matter sorted and was told he should look for a different service provider as you can’t help any further. This is not the service I would expect!

    Reached new levels of frustration with @SkyUK who have cancelled our 3rd order of Sky Glass due to be delivered tomorrow. 😤 We're not ordering it again your incompetence has just lost you a loyal customer. You need to do better! for such a huge company your service is shocking.
