    @SkyHelpTeam I am in London N31QN and both our Sky mobiles have stopped working in the last half hour. I can see a 3G signal but no 4G and cannot make calls, send messages or get online. Wi-Fi calling also does not work. Are you aware of this issue? Thanks.

    @SkyUK we have been a customer of yours for 5 months, upgraded our internet with you, got a mesh system, yet we still have WiFi issues. We have spent an hour a week (20+ hours) with your Customer Service team doing resets. I need WiFi for work! What can you do as this can’t go on

    @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp yes we have been told constantly 2 more days. To be without our broadband for 9 days when trying to teach from home is not acceptable! The app still doesn’t confirm a time or date, but you can see we raised the issue on 20th. Why is it taking so long?!
