I have just done a couple of speed checks and the mbps keep fluctuating anywhere between 27.5-48mbps, this is under your guaranteed speed of 50mbps. No explanation for why it took so long. Also, looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks.

They suggested that I cast Sky Go to my TV but, whether by casting or HDMI, I get a message that “playback is not allowed on external displays” when I try to play anything. Help!

Told it wasnt possible. Until I made the biggest complaint and fuss and magically they were able to let me have it. Horrible company.
