    Sad that we had to leave, go to @SkyUK = worse. clearly focused on sales and NOT Service. All the engineers from @virginmedia & @SkyUK were really nice people, but did not seem too technically skilled passed - replacing router, swirling in/off etc. Today’s guy knew his stuff

    Basic Tv package £28 Landline & very slow broadband £38 £66 a month I don't even use the landline!! Think its time to think about migrating from @SkyHelpTeam #Overpriced

    If we only learn one thing from lockdown it’s how awful the UK broadband network is. Rare to see an interview on TV or do an online meeting without some sort of glitch or hang-up! @bt_uk @TalkTalk @virginmedia @VodafoneUK @SkyUK (top 5 UK providers)

    @premierleague clubs are willing to 'consider' finishing the league if relegation is cancelled. No problem but only give the bottom 3 parachute payments and TV money that they would get in the @efl. This will give everyone something to play for on @skysports.

    Also @SkyUK and @virginmedia the engineer that solved the problem today is what customer service looks like - Gavin Wilson from @virginmedia get him to train your teams. We had at least 8 engineers over past 15 months between your services and this guy sorted it in 1 visit! 5*

    @SkyHelpTeam I have given up , this is a known fault affecting many . Can you not find out ? This is not a setup issue , the problem is sky end . All I want is when will there be a new sky go release with a fix . 25 plus years sky , I am not happy

    @VMO2News @virginmedia such a poor start as a customer. Been with @SkyUK for 15 years but due to become a first time Virgin customer Tuesday, installation delayed. Called today for update to be told customer (me) requested cancellation yesterday! Did not happen. HELP!

    @SkyHelpTeam Ive gone through simple steps and test my connection. I keep getting mixed messages saying issues in your area, then it says no issues in your area but it doesn't give me any numbers to call, just the same options I've been through. It shouldn't be this difficult

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam how do you get any help pls? Trying to talk to someone as contract near renew. Do it online, that don't work. Call, no one answering after 20 mins. As 3 days of trying a Diamond Customer, service non existant. Need to know how to cancel after 20+yrs Bye 👋

    @SkyHelpTeam When are you going to fix the sky go desktop problem@if not being able to connect and getting the error 001 code . Tried all the online help on sky and nothing works . Many people reporting the problem on sky community page .
