No explanation for why it took so long. And looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks

Sky insist it is our Wi-fi but when I cannot view on mini box I can watch on my I phone. And you won’t give me a rebate for loss of service? So unless I pay for someone to move my dish, I have to pay you for nothing for a month & you have no solution?

Sky have said on more than one occasion it would be fixed by a certain date. Latest date given for the fix was yesterday but still the outage persists. Do you think this is acceptable?
