    @SkyHelpTeam annoyed now. Recurring problem. Engineer attended but fault recurred. Booked a new appointment but you cancelled as apparently had been resolved. Which it hasn’t. And can’t talk to a human being as everything directs me to online. Need to rearrange urgently! 🤬

    Never had a problem with @SkyUK but when I’m out of contract and @virginmedia could give me a better deal, of course I am going to switch. What I don’t like is how unprofessional the sky agent was about the fact I was switching to Virgin ... NOT NEEDED 🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam Stop directing me to something that does not work.. I have upgraded my Internet but the problem still persist. Please send an engineer to sort this out. I cannot be paying £92 per month for a service I hardly enjoy. It is a massive rip-off

    @SkyHelpTeam we’ve had no sky tv since the stormy weather last week. Tried all the tips, can’t book engineer online as not Sky Q customer, and rang to be told I’m not in a special category and should use the app (that is for Sky Q only!) getting seriously fed up with this now

    @SkyHelpTeam I am now 9 days into no broadband or home phone - I’ve received one update from SkY 3 days ago - still nothing else - it’s quite appalling service if u ask me - just a message saying you’re working on it would suffice just being left in limbo constantly

    Awful customer service from @SkyUK no broadband, earliest engineer we can get is 10 days time (unless we’re willing to pay extra) and this keeps happening. @Ofcom

    @SkyHelpTeam Not sure if it will help anyone else, but google "Flush & Renew DNS" and follow the instructions. It's cleared it up a little and Amazon is streaming again - just.

    @SkyHelpTeam So why does your status page say no known issues? Shame it took two hours of customers telling you that your DNS is down to listen - not much of a help team if you tell someone who can't connect to websites to go read a web page!
