@SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps losing connection. I follow all the procedures; I’ve reset my hub, taken out cables & reinserted them, turned hub off and on again. Follow steps for broadband tests/MySky, all useless. No issues in my local area according to my Sky 😡 Please help!

@SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps dropping off. I have just done a couple of speed checks and the mbps keep fluctuating anywhere between 27.5-48mbps, this is under your guaranteed speed of 50mbps. Was never an issue until a few weeks ago - please help.

@SkyHelpTeam Still consistently having issues with poor Internet speeds when my router is right next to my devices and my devices are brand new. Very disappointed. Now going to cancel my sky because I'm paying £50 a month for a horrible connection despite the test saying I'm getting '70mbps'
