.@SkyHelpTeam please can I have some help. I booked an engineer for a home move on the 4th November - a guy turned up on the 4th Dec and then left me. I’m still without TV and next appointment is 6th Jan. Wouldn’t mind so much but was told I’d get an earlier date

@ast_carter @SkyUK @virginmedia So obviously you have been working from home. What else do you have connected, did you notice any difference in speeds? When mine works getting 200+mb speeds but even that I’m still thinking it’s slow at times.

@SkyHelpTeam morning, broadband issues in EN11, intermittent, 2 mins working, 2 mins off, etc. Obviously all troubleshooting/diagnostics are useless as it’s sometimes working. Been the case for at least 24 hours, & getting worse (ie, outages more regular). Issues you’re aware of?

@lloydi @SkyHelpTeam It’s probably that your HDMI switcher doesn’t support your sky box’s standard. The switchers are normally pretty cheaply made unfortunately. The sky box might be 4K 60htz and the switcher won’t cope. Does this sound plausible?

@SkyHelpTeam no wifi, having to use mobile data, can’t use any apps via the box, what is going on, we more than enough money for this service. In fact most of my plans have expired, may have to look at competitors

Everyone using @SkyUK Broadband, what devices to have connected and how many? Am getting fed up @virginmedia this year. Nothing but issue and disconnections! Customer service non existent, engineers unable to help unless were happy to have no internet until January!

@SkyHelpTeam Why direct me to article about compensation for total loss of service when I’ve said many times it’s an intermittent problem? I need to be able to rely on broadband which I currently can’t.

@SkyHelpTeam It freezes , it turns itself off , the microphone sometimes doesn't work , the programme im watching will go out of sync with the sound and it disconnects from the router ( sky fibre )

@SkyHelpTeam It’s an awful service you’re providing. He needs to downgrade and you’ve been taking money out of his account for add on’s he hasn’t even asked for. He needs this money back. He can’t use technology like you’re asking for on the telephone. It’s pathetic.
